After clashing and neutralizing the Hot Water Ninja Leader's water dragon, electrified droplets rained down from midair. 

The Hot Water Ninja Leader immediately formed hand seals in response. 

[Wind Release: Great Breakthrough!] He exhaled a whirlwind from his mouth, creating a gust that scattered the descending droplets before they could land on him. 

However, even though the leader reacted quickly, some droplets still unavoidably made contact with his body. 

These droplets caused numbness throughout his body and burned the areas where they touched his skin directly. 

Fortunately, he had dispersed most of them in time—only minimal droplets landed on him, not enough to impair his abilities. 

While the leader dealt with the droplets, Chinya had already moved again. 

[Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique!] Chinya launched a massive fire dragon toward the Hot Water Ninja Leader. 

The leader swiftly retaliated. 

[Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique!] After gathering chakra in his throat, he expelled a giant sphere of water from his mouth. 

Upon contact between the fire dragon and water sphere, massive amounts of steam erupted, shrouding the surroundings in fog. 

Chinya formed hand seals again, creating a Shadow Clone. 

Both Chinya and his clone sheathed their ninja swords, slightly crouched forward, eyes locked tightly onto the Hot Water Ninja Leader. 

[Thunder Breathing, First Form: Lightning Flash — Double Flash!] Chinya and his clone burst into action, tearing through the thick steam like thunder cracking through air, approaching the leader at extreme speeds for rapid unsheathed blade strikes. 

The Hot Water Ninja Leader's hairs stood on end. He had always guarded against Chinya's extremely fast Lightning Flash technique.

Yet when experiencing this move firsthand, his heart still pounded with shock. 

[Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere!] 

Only three hand seals were required to execute Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere. However, by the time the leader completed those seals, Chinya and his clone had already drawn their blades for an unsheathed sword strike toward his neck. 

Taking a deep breath, the Hot Water Ninja Leader expelled several wind bullets, hitting one of the Chinyas. 

Unfortunately for him, the target struck was only Chinya's Shadow Clone. 

The clone dissipated into smoke. 

Simultaneously, the leader felt a slight prickling sensation along his neck despite avoiding actual blade contact. 

Instantly, the Hot Water Ninja Leader tilted his head away and leaped backward. 

Frowning slightly, Chinya muttered under his breath while watching the distant figure, "Tch, his reflexes really are sharp." 

Clutching his neck, the Hot Water Ninja Leader glared seriously at Chinya. 

Blood trickled through his fingers. 

Chinya's sword slash had indeed wounded him. 

Luckily, though, it had only grazed his skin surface, missing the artery entirely. 

The Hot Water Ninja Leader eyed Chinya cautiously. 

Chinya predicted he would use Water Release techniques to counter his Fire Release attacks, using the resulting steam to momentarily blind him, then swiftly close the distance for an unsheathed blade strike. 

Moreover, to ensure successful execution, Chinya had split off a clone to strike simultaneously.

If he hadn't reacted correctly in that split second, he might have died—or at least suffered severe injuries. Even so, he still sustained minor injuries.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja inwardly marveled at Chinya's battle intelligence.

Chinya took out a Military Rations Pill from his Ninja Tool Pouch and swallowed it.

His chakra had already been nearly depleted, and using Shadow Clones earlier had drained what little remained even further.

Chinya hadn't expected that attack to be dodged—it was avoided by the Leader of the Hot Water Ninja.

Previously, Chinya had already taken a Military Rations Pill; taking another one so soon had minimal effect.

It only restored a tiny bit of chakra.

Chinya had even thought about using Witness Points to restore his chakra completely.

But after thinking about it, he decided against it.

The System offered him a path to strength, but Chinya didn't want to over-rely on it.

True power came from within oneself.

It wasn't nearly that desperate yet.

Chinya stared at the Leader of the Hot Water Ninja with determined eyes.

An elite jonin and leader of a ninja village—this man was more than worthy to be a stepping stone on Chinya's path to power!

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja also sensed Chinya's fighting spirit and lowered the hand covering his neck.

Experience told him that Chinya's next move would be his strongest attack—the final strike.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja had never underestimated Chinya before, but now he grew even more cautious, keeping a sharp eye on Chinya's movements.

This battle had drawn attention from many ninja.

Among them was Minato Namikaze.

Watching Chinya fight, Minato felt increasingly shocked, realizing ever more clearly how much he lagged behind Chinya.

He had received training under Jiraiya—one of the Sannin—earlier than Chinya, and had entered the battlefield sooner too.

So why had Chinya improved so much faster?

Was he... truly a genius?

This time, the Leader of the Hot Water Ninja moved first.

The Leader launched the accumulated chakra in his mouth like bullets toward Chinya.

Chinya dodged left and right, adjusting his breathing.

As he adjusted, he got grazed several times by the fast-moving and dense wind spheres.

Yet Chinya ignored those wounds, fully focusing on regulating his breath, entering a state of total concentration.

This was the first time Chinya used this technique in actual combat.

Though he'd already mastered it, his training attempts had often ended in failure.

But now, Chinya believed he could make it work.

With eyes closed in deep focus, his senses heightened significantly.

Earlier, he had gotten hit by those wind spheres, but now not a single one could even touch him.

He sheathed his Ninja Sword and suddenly opened his eyes wide.

Instantly, lightning surged wildly around Chinya, while the double tomoe of his Sharingan spun rapidly.

Chinya crouched slightly.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja narrowed his eyes—was it [Thunder Flash] again?

Although Chinya's starting motion seemed similar to [Thunder Flash], the sensation he gave off this time was vastly different.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja had already formed the hand seals in advance and began shifting his feet to prepare for evasion.

Chinya surged forward at a speed that bare eyes could not catch. As he advanced, lightning around his body transformed into a thunderous dragon. His trajectory resembled a dancing dragon made of lightning—completely unpredictable.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja's eyes narrowed suddenly.

This speed was even faster than [Thunder Flash]. The eyes couldn't follow it. Just looking at the deep marks left on the ground from his movement was enough to feel how powerful this attack was.

His body couldn't react fast enough—he had no time to dodge.

But he had already formed the seals. He had to block this strike!

[Wind Release! Great Vacuum Cannon!]

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja spat several high-pressure wind spheres toward Chinya, attempting to stop his advance.

Fire Thunder God didn't have the weakness of only moving straight forward like [Thunder Flash].

Although Chinya seemed to be advancing straight, the wind spheres struck the ground far behind him and detonated, proving he had dodged all of them.

The Leader of the Hot Water Ninja's mind raced. He made a quick decision and released one final high-pressure wind sphere.

At the exact moment he exhaled it, Chinya simultaneously slashed his sword.

A deafening explosion tore through as dust swallowed up both Chinya and the Leader of the Hot Water Ninja, obscuring everyone else' view of what happened inside.
