"I don't want to waste my chances. Let's aim for Shadow clone Jutsu!!" Reko decided after thinking for a while. He was increasing the number of times he could use his kekkei genkai with each kill. He had finished two opponents while on the mission which got him two charges on Steal.

Currently, he only had two available charges for use. There was no point in instant learning a lower ranked Jutsu when something as overpowered as Shadow clone jutsu existed.

The system screen had mentioned the he would be able to learn a Chunin level jutsu in a glance. But there was no specific detail about how he would go around learning that Jutsu.

Though, the level of shadow clone jutsu was higher than the jutsu that chunin rank shinobi used, Reko still wanted to give it a try. He wanted to use it on a high ranked jutsu.

What if there existed a possibility of him learning the jutsu in just one charge because of his talent?

What if his kekkei genkai worked something like famous dojutsu Sharingan? If he was quick enough then there was a good chance of him being able to replicate and learn it instantly.

What if the charges that his kekkei genkai showed activated for more than a glance? Even though there was a possibility, he would still be able to barely learn Shadow clone jutsu.

Reko could make up for the loss of his information by learning the rest from scroll. If Steal helped him to lower the time of being able to learn a higher ranked jutsu then it was still good enough.

Though, he doubted that his kekkei genkai would be so weak that it would only be able to learn Chunin rank jutsu.

"Now that I have decided the jutsu that I want to learn, how should I go around obtaining the scroll for the jutsu?" Reko mumbled after deciding to learn Shadow clone.

There were primarily two ways for a shinobi to obtain a jutsu. Either they get it from their Sensei and acquaintance, or they get it from the village library.

Reko needed to decide between the better option out of the two.

"Should I go around and find a shinobi capable of using Shadow Clone Jutsu and ask him to demonstrate?" He could ask a shinobi who knew the jutsu to demonstrate it, and he could pay them in case they were willing to teach him.

"Or should I go to the Hokage and request her to allow me into the village library? Shadow clone jutsu is a Jonin level technique. I don't think she would permit me!" Reko mumbled

Asking the hokage for permission to enter the library was the safe and easy method. But the problem was that requesting it would take too long, not to mention Tsunade could reject his request to learn a higher level jutsu.

Thinking that the option of visiting library was not that good, he decided to think of something that would work with his kekkei genkai, Steal!

Reko wanted to test out the effectiveness of his kekkei genkai and see if he could learn from simple demonstration. Asking random Jonins would be too risky.

"Ask Tsunade? Too suspicious!! How would I go around clarifying that I want to experiment with my talent? That would bring me unwanted attention." Once again, there was this problem with his request. What would he say about wanting to see a shinobi perform a jutsu?

Reko could not just say that he wants to try to learn jutsu after seeing someone demonstrate it. That would be too suspicious and eye-catching. Even if he managed to perform it, he would get unwanted attention.

Just as he was thinking of spying on someone training their ninjutsu, he thought of another candidate for the test.

"Right!! Tsume. How could I forget that she is a clan head and very likely knows shadow clone jutsu!" Reko muttered to himself in excitement as he recalled that Tsume was also a head of the clan.

Being a head of the clan, it was obvious that she would have learned shadow clone Jutsu already.

Considering their special relationship, and her willingness to repay the favor of saving her friend's children, Tsume was the best candidate for trying out his kekkei genkai prowess.

"I can just go to her and ask her to demonstrate the jutsu saying that I want to experience fighting against two of them." Reko instantly thought of a plan to get Tsume to use the shadow clone jutsu.

He did not want to appear like he was wanting to test out his kekkei genkai. He would just show his desire to fight against two opponents and when she creates a shadow clone then he would try out his one charge.

"This would help my taijutsu while at the same time I can also get the opportunity to request her for jutsu." Reko muttered, believing that he would get to train his taijutsu. And if he happened to loose against her, which would obviously happen, he could just ask her about the jutsu before requesting to be taught.

"Being a clan head, she would not have to request the village library for the scroll. She would hand over the one from her clan library or she could just teach me herself." Tsume was different from Reko.

Her authority would be enough to get the jutsu from the village library in an instant, and that was in the case when she did not want to personally teach him, and the clan library of Inozuka's did not have the said jutsu.

Otherwise, Tsume would most certainly give him the shadow clone jutsu, or even teach him.

Believing that he was done with the planning, Reko got out of his house to visit Tsume. He had just completed his mission. So, it was obvious that he would want to train again with her before going on another.

Also, he had not been able to visit Tsume after the bathroom incident that day. He had made her feelings quite good, and it was time to put his achievement to use and gain Chakra.
