Chakra instantly enveloped Shigure's entire body. Although she was still a teenager, Shigure, who had inherited the purest blood of the Otsutsuki clan, had already developed an astonishing amount of chakra within her body.

Shigure felt the immense power coursing through her, and her eyes began to itch.

The pain was so intense that Shigure instinctively squeezed her eyes shut.

The voice belonged to the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, who, at this point in his prime, was known as the strongest Hokage. He had clearly felt the massive chakra explosion originating from within the village, but it quickly dissipated, making him frown.

"We're in turbulent times. It's best we don't leave any stones unturned." A middle-aged man with a single eye, Danzo, cautioned.

"I'll investigate myself!" Hiruzen decided, accompanied by the three ANBU members, heading towards Konoha Hospital.

"Konoha has such powerful individuals… Let me see who they are." Shigure thought, focusing her Byakugan and finding several ANBU members surrounding a man who was making his way toward her.

Shigure was slightly stunned when she saw the man leading the group.

The man had a small black beard and wore a Konoha forehead protector, giving off a menacing aura.

"This is the Third Hokage, in his prime?! Why is he coming to me?" Shigure was puzzled, quickly deactivating her Byakugan.

The Third Hokage and the ANBU arrived at her ward.

Upon seeing Shigure, Hiruzen relaxed his guard but didn't leave. Shigure could tell that the Third Hokage was suspicious of her.

While this was dangerous, it was also an opportunity.

"Oh? This kid, are you the only one in this ward? Did you see anyone else?" Sarutobi Hiruzen asked amiably.

Shigure quickly answered without hesitation, "Ah… Hokage-sama, I haven't seen anyone else."

An ANBU member opened Shigure's patient file and said, "He's from the Uchiha clan. His parents were both Konoha ninjas who died on the battlefield."

Hiruzen looked at Shigure and nodded. "A good boy… Your parents were heroes of Konoha."

Shigure shook his head. "If they were heroes, I wouldn't be here."

Hiruzen sensed the sadness in Shigure's words and sighed.

"Are you a ninja?" he asked.

"Not yet. I'll be taking the Ninja Academy entrance exam tomorrow," Shigure answered truthfully.

"If you pass, come to me afterward. Would you like to become my disciple?" Hiruzen suddenly asked.

Shigure, shocked but excited, immediately nodded. "Of course, Hokage-sama!"

"Three generations... He's from the Uchiha clan..." one of the ANBU members muttered.

"I know," Sarutobi Hiruzen replied, raising his hand to silence them.

"Sorry you had to become an orphan, but Konoha is your eternal home, and everyone here is your family." Hiruzen placed a hand on Shigure's head before turning to leave.

"Let's go, look elsewhere," Hiruzen ordered as he departed from Konoha Hospital with his ANBU.

"Although I don't understand why the Third Hokage wants to accept me as a disciple, he is known as the 'Doctor Ninja'! What I lack now are various skills!" Shigure thought excitedly, feeling a surge of hope.

When Shigure woke up the next day, she noticed something strange. Her reflection in the mirror showed her with lighter skin, her eyebrows were becoming more refined, and her once jet-black hair had taken on a slight grayish tint. She appeared a little different overall.

But her chakra and pupil power had clearly increased, further solidifying her new transformation.
