Naruto: My Clones Can Evolve

Chapter 28: Chapter 28: The Three-Tomoe Ketsuryūgan

From a single tomoe Ketsuryūgan, Chino's eyes had evolved into a three-tomoe form?

Her chakra surged uncontrollably, growing so strong that even Genzuki could no longer ignore it.

"I'll kill you all... for my parents!" Chino shouted, her rage spilling out. The crimson chakra around her twisted and coiled, transforming into several blood-red dragons that shot toward the group of attackers.

"Blood Dragon Technique!"

The dragons tore through Gato's men, their terrifying chakra rivaling that of a partially transformed Jinchūriki. The sheer force left Gato's men stunned.

"Damn it! This brat dares to attack us!"

"Use Blood Dragon Technique! Let's crush her!"

Those who had transplanted the Ketsuryūgan quickly activated their own Blood Dragon Technique, summoning blood-formed dragons that could counter most elemental ninjutsu.

Chino launched another attack, but before she could unleash her full power, Genzuki caught her in his arms.

He stared at her bloodstained eyes, his expression growing serious.

"I'm sorry, Chino. I've made you suffer."

"These filthy deeds... they shouldn't be your burden to bear."

"Sleep now."

The Mangekyō Sharingan in Genzuki's eyes spun, radiating a power far stronger than the Ketsuryūgan. Caught in his illusion, Chino collapsed into a deep sleep, her blood dragons vanishing into thin air as she rested against his shoulder.

"Yagura, can you take care of her?" Genzuki asked softly.

Yagura nodded, carefully cradling Chino and wrapping her in the protective embrace of the Three-Tails' chakra.

"Genzuki-sama, she will be perfectly safe."

With that, Genzuki turned to face the group of red-eyed attackers. His Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan fully activated, radiating a suffocating aura of death.

For the first time, Genzuki did not hold back the overwhelming power of his Sharingan. A malevolent red haze filled the forest, saturating the air with killing intent.

"This feeling... What is it?"

"This kid... He's dangerous."

Gato's men, initially emboldened by the power of their stolen Ketsuryūgan, finally sensed something was wrong.

"You killed innocent children just to gain power?" Genzuki's voice was cold.

"If this is the reality I must witness... then I'd rather destroy it."

"Feel pain."

His eyes burned with an ocean of blood-red fury.

"Tsukuyomi."

Time froze.

From the perspective of Gato's men, the world lost all color. Everything turned gray, and an oppressive aura of decay wrapped around them.

The vast sky stretched endlessly, a lifeless void. In that desolate world, rows upon rows of pale crosses filled the landscape. Each cross bore one of Gato's men, bound and helpless.

Genzuki stood before them, draped in a black robe, wielding a pitch-black sword. And there wasn't just one Genzuki—there was an army of them, each with the same cold, merciless eyes.

"W-where is this?" The middle-aged man leading the group stammered in fear.

The transplanted Ketsuryūgan in their eyes dimmed, powerless in this domain.

"Stop struggling."

"In the world of Tsukuyomi, space, time, and reality are all under my control."

"In other words, you've already fallen into hell."

Without waiting for a response, Genzuki drove his black sword into the man's abdomen.

Screams filled the gray world, echoing endlessly in the absolute silence. No sound could escape. All that remained was pain.

"Though this is an illusion, every sensation feels real," Genzuki said coldly.

"I'll carve out your organs piece by piece, making sure you don't die too quickly."

The middle-aged man cried out, "Please... spare me!"

Genzuki raised a finger to his lips.

"Shh..."

"One day in Tsukuyomi is equivalent to a single second in the real world."

"Don't waste the last moments of your life."

Amid the endless wails, the world eventually fell into dead silence.

In the real world, Genzuki's vision blurred slightly. His extensive use of Tsukuyomi had consumed a significant amount of chakra.

Even in the original story, using Tsukuyomi once had left Itachi bleeding from his eyes.

If Genzuki hadn't possessed the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, performing Tsukuyomi on this scale would have blinded him long ago.

He had subjected those scum to the most agonizing experience possible within the illusion before their hearts failed from sheer torment.

For trash like them, he had no intention of granting them a swift death.

"Huff..." Genzuki deactivated his Sharingan and took a moment to recover.

The next second, black flames erupted around him, consuming the bodies and turning them into ashes.

Yagura watched in stunned silence. The power Genzuki had just displayed was beyond anything he had ever witnessed.

The Ketsuryūgan-wielding attackers had been formidable enough to make even Yagura feel pressure. Yet Genzuki had taken them down in an instant, leaving them dead without a trace.

If anyone deserved the title of God of Illusions, it was Genzuki.

At that moment, Kakashi emerged from the trees. He had seen everything.

Though Genzuki had told him to leave, there was no way Kakashi could just walk away. He needed to know the truth about Genzuki.

"You... Why do you have the Sharingan of the Uchiha Clan?" Kakashi asked, stunned.

Genzuki knew there was no hiding it anymore. He smiled faintly and replied, "Kakashi Hatake, don't you have one too?"

Kakashi's eyes widened in surprise. "You knew who we were from the start, didn't you?"

Genzuki nodded.

"What's your purpose in approaching us?" Kakashi questioned. "You don't seem to harbor ill intent, but I can't figure out why you're here."

Kakashi worried that Genzuki might be after Sasuke's Sharingan or the Nine-Tails sealed inside Naruto. If that were the case, there was no way he could stop Genzuki from taking them.

But Genzuki had already anticipated Kakashi's concerns.

Rather than wasting time on a lengthy explanation, he pulled Kakashi into his illusionary space.

Within the illusion, Genzuki revealed his eyes.

"As you can see, Kakashi, I possess the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, the pinnacle of the Uchiha Clan's power."

"I have no need for Sasuke Uchiha's eyes."

"As for the Nine-Tails... I have no interest in it. Though, I wouldn't mind fighting the full Nine-Tails one day."

Kakashi drew a sharp breath. This young man had already reached the level of the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan at such a young age.

Kakashi thought back to how he had awakened his Mangekyō after the tragic death of Rin. What kind of past had Genzuki experienced to reach this level?

"Who... are you, really?" Kakashi asked, his eyes wide.

"Most people in the ninja world know me as Phantom Demon or Phantom of a Thousand Shadows," Genzuki said with a faint smile. "And my organization... is called The Moon Organization."
