Orochimaru had to be called a good person. Kazuki was worrying about how to find leads, and yet Orochimaru brought the information straight to him. 

In the past, Orochimaru was obsessed with the Sharingan of the Uchiha Clan. Even after becoming a rogue ninja, he didn't give up. And now, he's learned his lesson, hasn't he? 

The Akatsuki Organization. A mysterious man who claims to be Uchiha Madara. 

It seems this Akatsuki is no ordinary group. 

While pondering, Jiraiya appeared, reeking of alcohol, with several lipstick marks on his face. 

Judging by his appearance, it was obvious he had been out indulging in certain activities. 

Indulging in pleasure wasn't inherently wrong, but couldn't he at least clean himself up before showing up? 

"Tsunade, you called me... hic! Is there something you need?" 

Having drunk too much, Jiraiya leaned on the windowsill, his eyes blurry, and let out a hiccup mid-sentence. 

"Nope, feel free to get lost!!" 

I'm over here working myself to death, and you're out enjoying yourself every day. And when you're not, you're just playing babysitter. 

"Ahem! I just went out for a little stroll." 

Feeling guilty, Jiraiya's eyes darted around nervously. When he noticed Orochimaru lying on the ground, he asked curiously. 

"Who's this guy lying here? He looks kind of familiar." 

Kazuki almost burst out laughing. 

As expected, no one recognized Orochimaru at first glance. It seemed Kazuki really had roughed him up. 

Even though his mind was fuzzy, Jiraiya reacted much faster than Tsunade. 

This person looked familiar, and their chakra was even more so! 

It was definitely Orochimaru!! 

"No way, is that Orochimaru…?" 

Ever since Orochimaru became a rogue ninja and defected from the village, Jiraiya had been searching for him. 

But Orochimaru was too cunning and always managed to evade him. 

And yet, the person Jiraiya had been longing to find was now back in the village, apparently captured and unconscious. 

Could this have been Tsunade's doing? 

Doesn't seem like it. 

Kazuki should be in prison, so why is he here? Unless… 

Tsunade, her face stern, explained. 

"Kazuki encountered him in the village. Orochimaru tried to attack Kazuki and take his Sharingan, but ended up being subdued by a genjutsu." 

Jiraiya. "..." 

Hold up, don't explain just yet. Let me process this. My brain's a little fried. 

Orochimaru was taken down by a genjutsu? 

Scratching his messy white hair, Jiraiya tried to sober up. 

At this moment, the door to the Hokage's office opened, and the Third Hokage entered with two advisors. 

The message from the Anbu had been urgent, and the three had hurried over as quickly as possible. 

Upon entering, they saw the unconscious Orochimaru on the floor and Kazuki leaning against the wall by the window. 

The Third Hokage was stunned. 

"Can someone explain what's going on here?" 

Tsunade, exhaling deeply, simply said, "See for yourselves." 

"???" 

The Third Hokage and the two advisors were confused. 

Jiraiya, slumped against the wall like Kazuki, muttered blankly. 

"It's Orochimaru. He infiltrated the village but was captured by Kazuki." 

"Orochimaru?" 

The Third Hokage almost jumped out of his skin. 

The two advisors were equally shocked, their gazes darting to the figure on the floor. 

Despite the disheveled hair obscuring the face, the chakra signature was unmistakable—it was indeed Orochimaru. 

This guy had the audacity to return to the village? 

"It's undoubtedly Orochimaru," Tsunade confirmed gravely. 

"This time, Kazuki has done a great service. Not only did he capture the rogue ninja Orochimaru, but he also extracted critical information. I believe the misunderstanding between the village and the Uchiha Clan can finally be resolved." 

"You mean to say that Orochimaru is connected to the mysterious man from the Nine-Tails incident?" 

As sharp as ever, the Third Hokage and his advisors quickly grasped Tsunade's point. 

Kazuki added, "The mysterious man claiming to be Uchiha Madara belongs to an organization called the Akatsuki. Orochimaru, after defecting, also joined this group. 

"This time, Orochimaru infiltrated the village under orders to recruit informants willing to betray the village." 

"As for more detailed information, we'll need further interrogation. Given the gravity of the matter, I immediately brought Orochimaru here to the Hokage's office." 

"..." 

The Akatsuki Organization? 

Never heard of it before, but it's clear Kazuki has performed a major service this time. 

If the identity of the mysterious man is uncovered, the misunderstanding between the village and the Uchiha Clan can be resolved. 

The most shocking part was that Kazuki had captured Orochimaru himself. 

While others might not realize the gravity of this feat, the Third Hokage and his advisors understood Orochimaru's strength all too well. 

For someone like Orochimaru to be subdued so thoroughly, Kazuki's power must have reached unimaginable levels. 

A true variable. 

The advisors sighed inwardly, their gazes toward Kazuki growing more complex. 

After a moment of silence, the Third Hokage said, "Kazuki, you've done well. I've always believed the mysterious man from the Nine-Tails incident wasn't connected to the Uchiha Clan. It seems it's time to clear their name." 

"Your wisdom is unmatched, Lord Third." 

You always believed the Uchiha weren't involved? 

Don't make me laugh! 

If it weren't for the seriousness of the situation, Kazuki might have laughed out loud. 

As expected, when it comes to shamelessness, no one surpasses Hiruzen Sarutobi. 

"In any case, we need to secure Orochimaru to prevent his escape." 

Orochimaru's ability to escape was top-notch, and Tsunade knew it well. Unlike the Third Hokage, she wouldn't let him go. 

Now that she was Hokage, her priority was the safety of the entire village. 

The personal bonds of the past could no longer influence her decisions. 

"I'll handle it," Jiraiya finally spoke up. 

He didn't want Orochimaru escaping either; there were many questions he needed answered. 

Securing an unconscious Orochimaru wasn't difficult. 

But seeing how deeply unconscious he was, the Third Hokage frowned. 

What exactly had Orochimaru been through? 

Tsunade turned her gaze to Kazuki, who shrugged innocently and said, "Don't blame me. He attacked me first, trying to take my eyes. I had no choice but to subdue him with a genjutsu. The genjutsu I used damages one's will and soul, which is why he's unconscious. Splash some cold water on him; he'll wake up, but he might have a headache for a while."
