A powerful energy burst out from the body of Ain and some of the energy from around him also went inside his body. A faint image of a blooming blue lotus could be seen behind Ain before it entered his body as well. A blue streak suddenly reached the chrysalis of the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo. In an instant, Ain suddenly reached the chrysalis as the tentacles were not even able to reach him.

Ain suddenly thrusted his two palms in an open manner onto the chrysalis. A powerful energy exploded onto the chrysalis and reverberated in all parts of it. The outer layer of the chrysalis that was extremely hard suddenly shattered like glass. A large part of the dense protective layer is gone with just one attack but one could see that Ain also became unable to move for a second.

Adrian immediately saw this and quickly sent him back to the backline with teleportation. Ain could be seen giving Adrian a thumbs up as he would have been skewered by the numerous sharp tendrils that came out of the ground. The chrysalis also attacked more frequently as a result of what Ain did, but the defenses of the enemy actually got destroyed.

When Ain charged in a blue streak, Siegfried also charged towards the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo in a red blur. Unlike Ain that went straight, Siegfried asked Adrian to help him gain more momentum. As a result, Adrian opened an immediate portal in front of Siegfried when he passed through about thirty meters. The portal transported Siegfried above which made it easy for him to target the chrysalis.

The chrysalis is large but one of the things it cannot defend much against are aerial attacks. The chrysalis has a better chance defending against land-based attacks than aerial based ones. This is why Adrian sent Siegfried in the air rather than in the immediate vicinity of the enemy as he could still get skewered at that instance. The change in the trajectory also made Siegfried's energy more powerful as his attack gains more power with more distance that he traveled.

A large sword filled with great sword aura that can rival the continent's best swordsmen hit the defenseless chrysalis. This powerful slice actually pierced through the thick hide of the chrysalis and even directly chop a part of it. The enclosed chrysalis suddenly got sliced partly in two with the sliced part spewing acidic liquid. Even the ground below the chrysalis got melted from the dangerous liquid substance.

As soon as the chrysalis got permanently damaged, the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo no longer cared for it. The nourishment it could give became flawed when it was finally damaged. The Primordial Beast Kholomodumo knew that it could no longer use it to strengthen itself, but it has turned its eyes onto new prey.

"Hungry…" An eerie voice coming from inside the chrysalis stated as a large arm made of numerous tentacles suddenly pierce through.

After one arm pierced through the chrysalis, another followed but this was joined all of its wriggly tentacles to form a large fist with sharp claws. A loud rumble from the chrysalis exploded and it finally got destroyed. A large amount of acidic liquid flowed out of the chrysalis which damaged the entire area with poison. The acidic liquid even smelled like pure sulfur which means that the Primordial Beast Kholomodumo might no longer be weak to it.

There was also a strange energy mixed in as well, but that thing was barely detectable to the point that Adrian thought he was misreading things. Still, the mixture of primordial energy and divine energy is not something that can be easily taken care of.

"Do you think we can win?" Levin Cloud asked Adrian hoping to hear some sweet words of affirmation.

"Unfortunately, even I think we have a very slim chance of winning this. Even with the help of the Daemos elders, I fear it might not be enough. That is a monster of its own caliber." Adrian stated as he saw the power of the enemy before them.
