One Piece - I'm Whitebeard

The Marine troops marched from the shore like a line of white ants, showcasing the Marine's grandeur and power.

However, when the Marine vanguard reached a certain point, many residents suddenly rushed out from the surrounding area. 

They threw rolling logs and rocks from the heights, attacking the Marines.

Additionally, there were many traps on the ground. While not large-scale, they often ensnared individual soldiers, causing some injuries.

This is because the residents intend to prevent Marine from advancing, and these residents have shown a very determined attitude.

"You damn Marines! Whitebeard saved us from Kaido, and now you're attacking them? It's infuriating!" a leading resident shouted at the Marines. 

"The Marines are just the lapdogs of the nobles. Talking about justice is ridiculous!"

More and more residents began to mock the Marines. Since these residents were locals, the Marines didn't retaliate. However, the insults only made the Marines angrier.

A Vice Admiral from the vanguard stepped forward and shouted in a commanding voice, 

"Everyone, I am Vice Admiral Bukka. Your actions are seriously disrupting the Marines."

"Capturing pirates is a righteous act by the Marines. If you continue causing trouble, you will be arrested," Vice Admiral Bukka declared.

"Hmph, what's so terrible about us? If you attack Whitebeard, we'll suffer too. What justice are you talking about? Why don't you catch all the pirates? Kaido has been causing trouble here for years, and we've never seen the Marines do anything about it!"

The residents weren't afraid at all and became even more sarcastic. Their words silenced the Vice Admiral, as he didn't have a good response. 

While the Marines had their own reasons, they couldn't be halted by this kind of criticism.

They saw the Vice Admiral walk up to a large rock, smash it with a powerful blow, and then declare firmly, "If you keep blocking our way, we will start arresting you." 

The Captain's show of force had some effect, but it was still limited.

Although the residents stepped back slightly, fearing the Marines might attack, none of them fled. They continued to block the Marines' path.

On the road, the Vice Admiral soon ordered the Marines to forcibly evacuate the residents. 

However, the residents refused to leave, leading to a conflict with the Marines and causing the situation to become increasingly chaotic.

Although the Vice Admiral ordered the soldiers not to harm the residents, the conflict between the two sides escalated and eventually turned into a fight. 

News of the clash quickly reached Marco and other Whitebeard Commanders

"What? The Marines did something to the residents?" Marco was shocked upon hearing the news.

"It's outrageous to attack the residents. We need to go right away," Jozu agreed.

Marco quickly led the Whitebeard Pirates to the target location, where they confronted the Marines.

Seeing the Whitebeard Pirates, the residents cheered enthusiastically. 

Boosted by high morale, they all expressed their desire to fight alongside the Whitebeard Pirates against the Marines.

However, this battle was not for ordinary people. Marco carefully persuaded the residents to leave and find a safe place in the distance.

During this time, the Marines did not attack the pirates to avoid harming innocent residents. However, once the residents had evacuated, the Vice Admiral Bukka immediately ordered the attack.

"Brothers, show them the power of the Whitebeard Pirates and make them pay for what they did!" Marco shouted.

"Kill!" 

The Whitebeard Pirates, inspired by the residents, were full of fighting spirit.

After Marco gave the order, they charged into battle. The personnel from both sides quickly clashed and engaged in combat fierce combat

Marco led the charge by transforming into a phoenix and flying high above. He then dove down directly behind the Marines to make an impact.

Marco's dive caused a massive impact on the Marines' rear lines, creating a large crater in the ground and injuring dozens of Marines.

"Hehe, Phoenix Marco, let me deal with him." 

With that, a fat figure appeared suddenly and immediately threw a giant axe at Marco.

The great axe was extremely fast, pierced directly through Marco's body before returning to the man's hand mid-air. 

Marco recognized the man as Sentoumaru, the commander of the Marine's Scientific Unit.

Marco's Phoenix form isn't a Logia-type fruit, it's caused him some damage, but because of his Mythical Beast properties, the axe's hit didn't cause a great damage due to this.

"Yoi, it turned out to be you, Sentoumaru. But sorry, you are not my opponent." 

Marco laughed from the air and then came crashing down.

However, Marco felt a sudden cold sensation during his attack. Two beams of light then pierced through his body. Instinctively, Marco halted, and his wounds began to heal immediately.

"Indeed, but I have help," Sentoumaru said with a slight smile. Two tall figures appeared behind him.

"Is that Tyrant Kuma? No, it's a Pacifista. They were the ones who fired the light beams just now," Marco thought to himself.

"Haha, this is the latest model of Pacifista. Let's see how you handle it, Phoenix Marco!" Sentoumaru said confidently.

The Marine Science Force has spent the past two years studying Whitebeard and developing various weapons and enhancements.

Of course, these weapons aren't just for Whitebeard—they can also be used against his crew. 

Given the size of Whitebeard piratesforce, relying only on numbers of Marines Officers would result in many of them being dead.

Sentoumaru has a special role in the scientific force and is very familiar with these weapons. He is particularly knowledgeable about the laser beams attached to the Pacifistas, which have been significantly strengthened.

"PX10, show him your power!" Sentoumaru shouted loudly.

Pacifista No. 10 stepped forward at Sentoumaru's command. Its eyes glowed with a golden-red light, and then two red beams shot out from them.

"Shoot"
