Guy Sa Courant: Bounty of 450 million Baileys, wanted for heinous crimes, considered life-threatening.

Jack the Ripper: Bounty of 415 million Baileys, wanted for heinous crimes, considered life-threatening.

Weasel, Kavendish: Bounty of 396 million Baileys, wanted for heinous crimes, considered life-threatening.

Battle Maid - Baby 5: Bounty of 325 million Baileys, wanted for heinous crimes, considered life-threatening.

In addition to Lucifer, the bounties of Enel, Weibull, and others had increased significantly.
