Chapter 125: Chapter 125 Lucifer: You Can't Bear The Price Of Angering Me

"Master Lucifer, please calm down, I will negotiate with them!"

Pokmus was worried that Lucifer would make a move and harm the people here, so he immediately rushed to the front.

"Stop, don't attack."

"I'm Pokmus, I'm back!"

"It's Pokmus."

"Oh? Pork mousse, the troublemaker?"

"He's right."

Several surprised voices echoed through the dense fog.

At this moment, the thick fog dissipated, revealing a massive city gate before Lucifer's eyes.

Dozens of fur tribe warriors stood guard at the gate, some armed with bows and arrows, others with long knives and swords, all looking fierce.

"You're finally back, Pokmus, Karuchi."

One of the fur tribe warriors jumped down from the city gate and immediately greeted Pokmus, rubbing against him in the fur tribe's unique manner of expressing friendship.

"Who are they?"

A lion fur tribe member asked, pointing at Lucifer and the others.

Lucifer recognized the lion fur tribe member; it was Sicilian, the captain of the Dagang Musketeers in the Furry Principality.

"Oh?" Pokmus responded, "They are my partners, and this is the captain of our Nether Pirates, Master Lucifer."

"Lucifer?!!!"

"He's Lucifer!"

"The Great Pirate of the Four Emperors of the New World!"

The fur tribe members were clearly familiar with Lucifer's name.

Sicilian, along with the other fur tribe members, immediately took out their weapons, becoming more alert.

"Pokmus, why did you bring back such a dangerous pirate?"

"He's too dangerous!"

Sicilian's grip on his knife sparked with electric tension.

"Yes, he's a threat to our country!"

"Leave quickly, you're not welcome here!"

The fur tribe warriors guarding the gate shouted in unison.

"Ah la la, it seems we're not very welcome."

"These people are quite hostile."

"Captain, should we make a move?"

Enel, holding his golden rod, crackled with electricity, unbothered by the tension.

"No, please, Master Lucifer."

Pokmus quickly interceded, turning to Sicilian, "Captain Lucifer is not here to invade. Please, calm down."

"That's right, I'm not here to start an invasion."

Lucifer smiled slightly.

"Also, it's not wise to point your weapons at me. It's dangerous."

Lucifer flicked his finger, and suddenly, all the weapons in the hands of the fur tribe warriors slipped from their grasps, planting themselves in the ground.

"Y-you!"

The fur tribe members were stunned, their fear of Lucifer growing.

"Go and inform your king. Tell him I have something important to discuss."

Though Sicilian was reluctant, he couldn't resist Lucifer's overwhelming presence, so he gritted his teeth and nodded.

"Please come with us."

Under Sicilian's guidance, Lucifer entered the Principality of Wenwen.

The country was peaceful, with no signs of poverty, violence, or oppression—every resident appeared content.

In contrast to other places on the Grand Line, this felt like heaven.

As the outsiders passed through, the fur people were curious, peering out from their windows or gathering in the streets to watch.

"If I hadn't heard from the captain, I would have thought this place was full of Zoan Devil Fruit users!" Enel remarked, watching the various fur tribe members around him.

"The fur tribe is a special race, often mistaken for Zoan Devil Fruit users by outsiders," Lucifer explained. "But there aren't that many Zoan users in the world."

Soon, Lucifer reached a large square where the Duke of Dagang, the kingdom's king, was waiting.

"Hello, Your Excellency Lucifer, I've heard much about you."

"My name is Inuarashi, and I'm the king during the day in this country."

"Inuarashi," he said, placing his right hand across his chest and giving a knightly salute to Lucifer.

"Daytime? Does that mean you have a King of the Night?" Cavendish asked, intrigued.

"Yes, the Furry Principality has two rulers. I govern during the day, and Mamushime rules at night," explained Sicilian. "He has a bad temper and despises outsiders."

"I see, that's interesting," Cavendish, Enel, and the others mused with some amusement.

"Now, let's stop the small talk," Lucifer waved his hand, addressing Inuarashi. "Duke Inuarashi, I mean no harm to the Furry Principality, nor do I intend to invade."

"I'm only here for one thing—the Road Poneglyphs."

"Road Poneglyphs? What's that?"

"Your Excellency, there must be some misunderstanding. We don't have any Road Poneglyphs here."

Duke Inuarashi denied it.

Had Lucifer not already known the truth, he might have been deceived.

"Inuarashi, your words lack sincerity."

Lucifer's smile vanished, replaced by an indifferent expression.

"Since I'm here, I won't leave empty-handed."

"Whether you say it's here or not, it is. And if you keep denying it, you're making a grave mistake."

A killing intent radiated from Lucifer, the air around him turning cold. The fur tribe members shuddered in fear.

Clang! Clang! Clang! Clang!

Suddenly, the atmosphere changed drastically. The fur tribe warriors, along with Sicilian, drew their weapons as they circled around Lucifer.

"Your Excellency Lucifer, you've misunderstood. We don't have Road Poneglyphs here."

"Please leave, we don't want to become your enemies."

Inuarashi spoke softly, trying to defuse the situation.

He knew that facing one of the Four Emperors of the New World was not a battle they could win—doing so would likely result in the Furry Principality's destruction.

But the Road Poneglyph was too significant to the country, and Inuarashi could not afford to hand it over.

"Have you thought this through, Inuarashi?" Lucifer's gaze turned cold, and his pupils flashed red.

With a smile, he unleashed his Conqueror's Haki, hitting everyone around him with the force of a tsunami.

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Fur tribe members fell one after another, their eyes glazed and unconscious. Only Inuarashi and a few of his Musketeers remained standing, though they were clearly struggling.

This was Lucifer's mercy. Had he pushed his Conqueror's Haki further, even the Musketeers would have fallen.

Only Inuarashi had the strength to withstand it.

"Please, calm down, Master Lucifer. Don't harm my people!" Pokmus pleaded, falling to his knees in front of Lucifer.

He was the one who knew Lucifer best—if the pirate captain chose to act, not even the Furry Principality would survive, let alone the giant elephant!

"Inuarashi, have you made up your mind?"

"I know the Road Poneglyph is in this country."

"Or perhaps... in the Whale Forest, am I right?"

Inuarashi's pupils constricted, his heart pounding wildly.

Lucifer's gaze was piercing; he could hear the thumping of Inuarashi's heart even without the use of Observation Haki.

Inuarashi's expression twisted with disbelief. The Road Poneglyph's location was a closely guarded secret, known only to a few. Even Pokmus had no idea.

But Lucifer knew. He had known all along.

"Have you decided, Inuarashi?" Lucifer's voice was calm but heavy with warning.

"I'm running out of patience."

Lucifer pressed his fingers down, and gravity seemed to intensify, forcing everyone to kneel.

Even Inuarashi bent under the pressure.

As for the others, they groaned in pain, unable to bear the weight of the invisible force.

"Refuse again, and they will die."

Lucifer intensified the gravity.
