One Piece: Lazy Admiral with a Multiverse System

Chapter 21: Chapter 21: Two Devil Fruit Powers?

"What a monster," Kizaru muttered, frowning as he stared at Weevil. There was no doubt about it. This guy really was strong enough to have beaten Zephyr. That power, that force, it was on their level. Kizaru knew that if he had to step in now, capturing Weevil wouldn't be easy, not by a long shot.

"Yeah," Noah said with a sigh, pulling Hina gently out from the protective branches of the tree he'd grown. Her face was still twisted in pain, her eyes barely open. "Take this as a lesson. Next time, don't be so reckless. Get stronger first." He brushed a few leaves off her hair, looking down at her with faint irritation. Charging in without even knowing the enemy's strength? Was she trying to die?

"You hurt my subordinate and you're still standing here like you own the place?" Noah cracked his neck and the sharp sound of bones popping filled the air as the lazy look vanished from his face. The air around him seemed to darken with killing intent, so thick even Kizaru was taken aback. Noah rarely left Marineford. When did he cultivate such terrifying bloodlust?

"A mere Vice Admiral dares run his mouth?" Bakkin sneered, glancing at the insignia on Noah's coat. A Vice Admiral? When the Admiral standing beside him hadn't even said a word? What gave him the right?

"Idiot son, kill him!" she ordered, having sized up the scene. Two Marines just standing there watching and even Doflamingo making no move. She couldn't understand what was going on. Were they just here to spectate? Might as well grab some fruit and enjoy the show.

"Yes, Mama." Weevil stared at Noah, seeing nothing special. No power, no threat, just an ordinary man. How was someone like this a Vice Admiral? But orders were orders. He raised his massive blade and charged, feet thudding heavily against the deck.

"Die," Noah said softly, pressing his palms together. [Wood Release: Wood Dragon Technique] In an instant the trees behind him swelled, a giant wooden dragon bursting forth and letting out a thunderous roar as it surged toward Weevil with shocking speed, its massive form coiling through the air.

Weevil froze mid-charge, staring in confusion at the dragon. What was this thing? He wasn't the brightest, but even he could sense the danger radiating from it. That dragon wasn't ordinary wood. It had power.

"Don't just stand there, smash it!" Bakkin snapped.

"Okay." Weevil didn't hesitate, swinging his glaive and unleashing a massive slash that tore through the air and distorted space itself. The sheer power made Kizaru's brow twitch. This kid's strength really wasn't far off from Whitebeard's in his prime.

But that strike only splintered a bit of the dragon's surface, the damage vanishing as the wood seemed to heal before their eyes.

"It recovered?" Bakkin gasped. The slash had barely left a scratch and before she could shout for another attack the dragon lunged, wrapping itself tightly around Weevil's body.

"What is this?!" Weevil panicked, struggling with all his strength, but the dragon only coiled tighter as if it had a will of its own.

"Not bad," Noah said, watching calmly. The dragon's grip hadn't hit its limit yet. It could hold him.

"Unbelievable, Noah," Kizaru said, scratching his chin with a mix of shock and curiosity. "Is that ninjutsu or a Devil Fruit power? Feels like I've never seen anything like it…"

"Idiot! Break free now!" Bakkin's voice cracked with fear. She hadn't even gotten the chance to fight a proper Marine Admiral and they were already trapped by a Vice Admiral. This was a disaster.

"Enough." Noah's eyes flashed coldly. He raised one hand, coating his finger in Armament Haki so densely it seeped down to the bone. His fingertip split slightly as he aimed at Bakkin and with a sharp snap he fired a piece of his own finger bone like a bullet.

The fragment pierced Bakkin's forehead before she could react. She collapsed to the deck, staring at Noah in disbelief, eyes flicking down to the crack in his finger. He used his own bone as a weapon?

That was her final thought.

"Damn," Doflamingo's face stiffened as he stared at Noah's hand, eyes wide. Could it be? Did Noah have two Devil Fruit powers?
