Everything was unfolding just as Arthur had planned. He had already predicted how things would end, including Blackbeard's rebellion, which was part of his expectations. At this point, Arthur had complete control over the direction of every development.

Now, all Arthur needed to do was leave his Sky City and head to the New World. There, he could make a big impact and demonstrate his strength.

The New World was in chaos, and Arthur knew it was time for him to step in. Sitting back and doing nothing didn't match his usual way of handling things.

"It seems the New World can't move forward without my intervention. Fine then—let them witness the power of a god," Arthur murmured to himself before retracting his sixteen wings.

With that, he slowly descended from the clouds, heading straight for the New World.

The people below had no idea their world was about to be shaken by the arrival of a godlike figure. Once Arthur landed, the first thing he did was conceal his identity.

No one had ever seen Arthur's true appearance. He didn't want to reveal his abilities too quickly, nor did he want the arrogant rookies of the New World to realize he was there and turn all their attacks toward him.

Arthur preferred to enjoy himself in this world for a while. To keep a low profile, he suppressed his powers and sailed through the New World alone on a pirate ship.

However, traveling alone in the New World was dull. Arthur decided to visit some old friends he'd met before. At the same time, he planned to meet the rookies who had just entered the New World.

These newcomers thought that crossing the Grand Line and entering the New World gave them the freedom to act however they pleased. But they didn't realize that the New World was filled with unknown dangers and challenges. For those who had just arrived, it was far too early to act recklessly.

To be honest, Arthur was also curious about Luffy. From what he had heard, Luffy seemed interesting. Despite just entering the New World, Luffy had already made waves in a place ruled by the Four Emperors.

Arthur had been a unique and powerful figure on Sky Island.

But after arriving in the New World, he didn't indulge himself or draw much attention. While some people were aware of Arthur's existence in the sky, they all believed he would never descend to their world.

"I bet they never expected this… Now that I'm here, I'll make the whole world tremble before me. But first, I'm going to enjoy myself a little," Arthur murmured to himself.

With that in mind, his first destination was the Sabaody Archipelago.

As everyone knows, the Sabaody Archipelago is home to the infamous Celestial Dragons.
