One Piece: Rise of Valoria

Chapter 89: Chapter 89: Brothers Reunited

As the shimmering gates of Valoria's palace loomed ahead, William, Dragon, Luffy, Ace, Dadan, Dogra, and Magra materialized on the floating island. Luffy and Ace immediately froze in awe, their heads tilting back to take in the endless blue sky and the majestic floating kingdom around them.

"This place is amazing!" Luffy exclaimed, practically bouncing in place.

Ace smirked but couldn't hide his amazement. "This is in the sky. How does it even stay up here?"

William chuckled, his voice full of pride. "Welcome to Valoria, my kingdom."

Before the group could proceed further, a familiar figure appeared, strolling casually—or perhaps aimlessly—toward them. It was Zoro, looking slightly dazed.

"Zoro?" William called out, raising an eyebrow. "What are you doing here?"

Zoro scratched his head, avoiding eye contact. "I'm… uh, just walking around."

William smirked knowingly. "You're lost, aren't you?"

Zoro's face turned red. "No, I'm not!" he shouted defensively.

At that moment, Kuina, Koala, and Sabo approached. Kuina sighed, placing her hands on her hips. "Zoro, we finally found you. All you had to do was follow us! We've been here for two weeks, how do you still get lost?"

"Shut up, Kuina! I'm not lost!" Zoro shouted, though his fiery tone didn't mask his embarrassment.

William burst out laughing. "Yeah, sure, Zoro. Hahaha!"

As the banter continued, Koala walked up to William, her expression curious. "Brother William, you're back. But… what's wrong with them?" She pointed toward Ace, Luffy, and Dadan, whose faces were now wet with tears as they stared at Sabo.

William tilted his head. "I have no idea. They were laughing a second ago."

Ace suddenly stepped forward, his voice trembling. "S-Sabo… is that you? I'm Ace… your brother."

Sabo blinked in confusion. "Ace? Brother?"

Before he could fully process it, Luffy bolted toward him, tears streaming down his face. "SABO! I thought you were dead!" He flung his arms around Sabo, holding him tightly.

Sabo instinctively muttered, "Luffy, stop being a crybaby… Wait… How do I know…?" His eyes widened as fragments of memories began flooding back. His breathing hitched, and tears rolled down his cheeks. "Ace… Luffy… My brothers… And you're… Dadan?"

The reunion turned into a tearful embrace as the brothers clung to one another. Dadan tried to act tough but sniffled loudly, wiping her eyes.

William stood back, watching the emotional scene with a soft smile.

After they calmed down, William, still curious, asked. "Ace, what's going on?"

Ace sniffed and turned to William, his voice unsteady. "Sabo is our brother. Last year, we thought he died when a Celestial Dragon blew up his boat when he set out to sea."

Dragon interjected, his expression calm. "I saved Sabo near Dawn Island, but he lost his memory."

William nodded thoughtfully. "I see… Well, Dragon, take them to Gan Fall and have him find a place for you all to live. Ace, come find me tomorrow, there's someone you need to meet."

Dragon gave a small nod and led his reunited family away.

Kuina turned to Zoro, grabbing his arm."Let's go home, too. Goodbye, Brother William."

William smirked. "Goodbye. And Kuina, maybe tie a rope around Zoro so he doesn't fall off Valoria and land in the Grand Line below."

Zoro glared at him. "Damn you, William. One day, I'm going to cut you down."

William laughed heartily as Kuina dragged Zoro away.

Koala stretched her arms. "I need to head home too. Goodbye, Brother William."

"Goodbye, Koala."

With everyone gone, William stepped into the palace, where his family waited in the large living room. Hancock, Sandersonia, Marigold, and Robin were seated alongside Rayleigh and Shakky.

William greeted them warmly, kissing his wives one by one before sitting beside Hancock. Placing a hand gently on her swollen belly, he leaned close and whispered. "Hey, little one. Can you hear me? I'm your dad, and I can't wait to meet you."

The moment was tender, filled with love.

William turned to Rayleigh. "By the way, old man, I brought a kid today along with Dragon's son. I think you'll find him very interesting."

Rayleigh waved him off. "I'm not interested, and stop finding students for me."

William smirked. "Oh, he's not just a student. This one's special."

Rayleigh's curiosity was piqued. "Special how?"

"His name is Portgas D. Ace. He's eleven years old, raised by Garp. And…" William paused for effect. "…he's Roger's son."

Rayleigh's eyes widened, and he leaned forward. "Are you sure?"

William nodded. "No doubt about it."

Robin asked. "You mean you brought the son of the pirate king, William?"

"Exactly." William confirmed.

Sandersonia frowned. "Why would Roger give his son to a Marine?"

William shrugged. "Who knows? But I do know Garp is a good man. He'd never hurt an innocent child, no matter who the father is. What do you think, Rayleigh?"

Rayleigh sighed. "I didn't even know Roger had a wife, let alone a son. And why he gave him to Garp… I don't know."

"Well, you'll meet Ace tomorrow." William said. "Though I should warn you, he hates Roger."

Rayleigh frowned. "Why? He didn't even know the man."

William explained. "Everyone on his island told him Roger was evil and that his son didn't deserve to live. It filled Ace with hatred and anger."

Shakky shook her head sadly. "What a terrible thing to say to a child."

William nodded. "It is. But that's why he needs guidance. And he's your problem now, old man."

Rayleigh sighed deeply but didn't argue.

The conversation shifted as William turned to Marigold. "How's your training going, Marie?"

Marigold smiled proudly. "It's going well. Give me another year, and I'll be able to make an island float."

William grinned. "Well, when you master that, we'll move Amazon Lily and Rusukaina to Valoria, and move our kingdom from here."

The next day, Ace, Luffy, and Sabo arrived at the palace, joining the other kids—Koala, Kuina, Zoro, Law, Bepo, and Wyper. Rayleigh gathered them all, sharing stories of his adventures with Roger and the truth about the Pirate King's surrender, dispelling the myths about their capture. Later, he took Ace aside for a private conversation.

William joined the group after their conversation and announced. "Today is a special day—Kuma and Ginny are getting married. After the celebration, we'll set sail tomorrow. You'll get to see what pirates are really like."

Koala grinned. "Can we fight some pirates?"

William laughed. "Sure. Except Luffy, he's too weak."

Luffy pouted. "I'm not weak! I'll prove it tomorrow!"

William smirked. "We'll see."

By evening, the entire island celebrated the wedding of Ginny and Kuma. Laughter, music, and joy filled Valoria as everyone joined the festivities.
