Chapter 198: Leaving Kuja

Forty-eight hours until Ace's public execution. The sun gradually rose, and the morning light shone through the dense tree shadows onto the earthen ground.

On the coast outside the Kuja Island forest, Reiner finished his breakfast and walked out of the dining room.

On the second-floor balcony, a set of white wooden tables and chairs, luxuriously made by Franky from Adam Wood, was placed.

Just as he sat down, a News Coo landed on the railing beside Reiner.

He took out two coins worth one Chopper each, dropped them into the collection tube hanging around its neck, and the News Coo spat out a newspaper, dropped it, and left.

This was yesterday's newspaper. Because they were in the Calm Belt, the World Economy News Paper was almost the only means of obtaining outside information.

Reiner glanced at it. The front-page news was about the preparations for the great war at Marineford.

Law walked straight past Luffy to the table. "How are the supply preparations going?"

"We've already negotiated with the Kuja. You guys can make repairs nearby. They'll deliver the supplies later. Be careful not to go inside the island. No one will care if you die."

Reiner replied, then asked, "What are your plans for after this?"

Their alliance was initially just to cause a scene at the prison. Now that they had left Impel Down, the alliance was naturally dissolved. They only came here because it was the agreed-upon place to resupply.

"Maybe go to Sabaody Archipelago to watch the public execution live stream," Law said.

The Straw Hat crew would definitely go to the war at Marineford, but they had no intention of going. There was no benefit in it for them.

Nami waved with a smile, while at the same time turning her head to shout behind her, "Everyone! Come over here! Let me introduce you to Hancock!"

"Coming!"

"I want to see too!"

Hearing Nami's voice, a group of people rushed out from behind. They had long wanted to see the world's most beautiful woman.

Bang!!

In the second-floor dining room, the door made of Adam Wood instantly broke, leaving a human-shaped hole. Following it was a deafening roar.

"Where is Lady Empress?!!"

Sanji jumped onto the lawn, looking left and right, his eyes turning into hearts, white steam puffing from his nostrils like a bull.

"Hey, Sanji! You'll scare her like that!"

Hancock had appeared here not only to see Nami off but also because she was going out to sea herself.

Firstly, she couldn't lose to Nami's other good friend, Princess Vivi.
