Chapter 58: CHAPTER 59
The Final Clash in the Valley of the Gods
Only the strongest warriors remain standing—the top powerhouses of every faction and the most elite combatants.
Among the pirates, only those as formidable as legends like Whitebeard, Golden Lion, and Charlotte Linlin remain, alongside a few high-ranking officers above the level of Commodore and Rear Admiral.
However, exhaustion weighs heavily on them all. Even titans such as Charlotte Linlin and Caesar are reaching their limits.
Only a select few still retain substantial strength—Edward Newgate (Whitebeard), Shiki (Golden Lion), Silvers Rayleigh (Dark King), and Scopper Gaban.
But the three who have fought the hardest—Gol D. Roger, Monkey D. Garp, and Rocks D. Xebec—are in even worse condition, battered and seriously wounded.
Thus, when Charlotte Linlin, despite her near-total exhaustion, unleashed an incredibly powerful attack, it shocked everyone.
Among the world's top powerhouses, female warriors are rare. In this era, Charlotte Linlin stands alone at the peak.
At this moment, two of Rocks' top officers had secured their victories and were now free to intervene.
Meanwhile, Whitebeard, Golden Lion, Rayleigh, and others tacitly ceased their battles, choosing to observe the unfolding climax instead.
All eyes turned to three distant figures.
The last warriors still clashing were Rocks, Roger, and Garp.
No matter how powerful Rocks was, he now found himself overwhelmed by the combined might of Roger and Garp.
Anyone watching could see it—he was reaching his absolute limit.
One by one, the rulers of the sea, standing at the peak of this chaotic world, gazed at Rocks in silence.
They were all waiting.
Waiting for the fall of the man who once ruled the seas.
Waiting for the dawn of a new era.
An era of turmoil, where these overlords would vie for supremacy.
---
The Battlefield Beyond the Titans
Apart from Rocks, Roger, and Garp, the only ones still locked in battle were the battle-hungry Kaido and the key commanders of the Rocks Pirates—Wang Zhi, Silver Axe, and John.
As Rocks' closest confidants, these three were the primary targets of the Navy, CP0, and Roger Pirates.
Even though all fighters were at their limits, their stamina and combat abilities drastically depleted, they fought desperately to hold their ground.
Under relentless assault, Wang Zhi and the others found themselves unable to support Rocks. Instead, they struggled merely to survive.
Watching Whitebeard, Golden Lion, Rayleigh, and the others pause their battles to spectate enraged Wang Zhi.
"Those bastards—Whitebeard, Golden Lion—they've stopped fighting just to watch?!"
In his moment of distraction, a CP0 agent struck from behind, slashing him deeply.
Wounded and weary, Wang Zhi's situation became dire.
"I knew it!"
"Those traitors! They're planning to abandon Captain Rocks!"
Silver Axe's eyes widened in fury. He swung his massive silver axe, cleaving the earth and leaving a hundred-meter-long scar in the ground.
Yet, his blows no longer held the devastating power they had at the start of the battle.
As Silver Axe clashed with a CP0 powerhouse wielding a Seastone staff, two other agents exploited an opening, striking him in the ribs and sending him flying, blood spraying from his mouth.
John, fighting nearby, forced his opponent back and wounded him with a precise sword strike.
But in turn, he was besieged by multiple enemies. A blade pierced his stomach, and another slashed his arm deeply.
A powerful kick to the face sent him crashing backward.
As his enemies closed in for the kill, John retaliated with sheer desperation, slashing cleanly through one opponent's neck.
---
Rocks' Wrath and Desperation
As Rocks' most trusted commanders were slowly crushed, Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, Caesar, and Golden Lion remained passive, merely observing.
A deep fury rose within Rocks.
"Damn...!"
"I haven't become King of the World yet! How could I fall to you two here?!"
Blood-soaked and breathless, Rocks' voice had lost the overwhelming dominance it once carried.
He hurled a punch at Roger—fierce, but lacking the world-shaking power of his prime.
"You're finally falling apart, Rocks."
Roger deflected the blow with his supreme-grade sword, Ace, his voice tinged with satisfaction.
"This ends here."
Garp seized the moment.
His ironclad fist, coated in advanced Armament Haki, crashed into Rocks' skull.
BOOM!
Rocks' body was sent hurtling through the air, slamming into the ground with earth-shaking force.
Garp, panting heavily, clenched his fists once more, unwilling to let up.
Though utterly drained, he couldn't afford to relax.
"This ends today!"
Without hesitation, Roger charged forward, ready to finish it.
Then—
BOOM! BOOM!
In an instant, Garp and Roger were forced backward.
Across the battlefield, Rocks, his body broken and bloodied, still stood.
His form flickered with Conqueror's Haki, its oppressive aura suffocating the air.
"You bastards..."
"Did you think I would go down so easily?!"
His voice, though weaker, still carried an unshakable force.
With a final roar, Rocks surged forward once more, aiming to take Roger and Garp down with him.
---
The Final Hour of the Overlord
The clash between Rocks, Roger, and Garp raged for over two more hours.
At last, Rocks' strength waned.
The Overlord of the Seas had reached his absolute limit.
But Roger and Garp were no better.
All three were now fighting purely on instinct, driven by sheer will.
Their attacks were no longer grandiose—just raw, brutal exchanges of fists and steel.
BOOM!
Roger leaped forward, driving his knee into Rocks' chin, sending him flying backward.
Rocks' swollen face could barely perceive the world through his blood-filled eyes.
CRASH!
Garp followed up, his fist slamming Rocks into the ground with terrifying force.
The impact rumbled across the battlefield.
Whitebeard, Golden Lion, Charlotte Linlin, Rayleigh, and the others remained unmoved, watching in silence.
Even Brad and Gliner, who had collapsed from exhaustion, stirred awake, trembling as they gazed at the spectacle.
"What an indomitable monster..."
Brad muttered.
"Unbelievable… Are they still fighting?"
Gliner murmured in shock.
"Karp and Roger are at their limits too."
Whitebeard chuckled, his deep laughter carrying an air of reminiscence.
"A legendary battle indeed... Ku la la la la..."
Charlotte Linlin scowled.
"Your captain is about to fall, and you laugh?"
Whitebeard said nothing.
"Rocks' era is ending."
Golden Lion muttered, but deep down, he wondered—who will claim the next era?
Kaido, battered and dragging his kanabo, scoffed.
"The real king was never Rocks."
None of the others spoke.
There was nothing more to say.
Now, they could only wait.
And recover.
---
Reinforcements on the Horizon
Thirty nautical miles away, the Navy's reinforcements, led by Fleet Admiral Kong, along with Sengoku, Zephyr, and Tsuru, had finally arrived.
"Is the battle still ongoing…?"
Kong had already received reports that Roger and Garp were facing Rocks.
Feeling the distant tremors of battle, his excitement surged.
"Rocks has reached his limit!"
"Full speed ahead!"
This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
If they arrived in time, they could eradicate two of the most dangerous pirate crews in history.
---
The Last Moments of Rocks
Back in the Valley of the Gods, Rocks D. Xebec stood on the brink of collapse.
His mind wavered.
His consciousness dimmed.
The reign of the Overlord was ending.
And the world would never be the same again.
