The Fire Dragon soared through the air.

Within an hour, Ryuya spotted Garp's dog-head warship.

It wasn't surprising that Garp's ship, not a flagship-level vessel, couldn't keep up with Doflamingo's; Ryuya suspected Caesar Clown had modified Doflamingo's ship to achieve such speed.

Aboard the Flamingo, Doflamingo, clad in his pink cape, stood on deck.

The moment Ryuya appeared, a smile touched his lips.

"Finally! If I can make even Ryuya helpless, I'll become a Shichibukai and execute my plans! Fufufufufu!"

He chuckled darkly, having already strategized how to "defeat" Ryuya.

"Trebol, give me the amplified Den Den Mushi!"

Trebol handed it to him.

Doflamingo yelled through the Den Den Mushi, "Admiral White Dove! I anticipated old Garp would call you! I'm prepared!"

Ryuya remained unmoved.

"You can go home now."

Ending the summoning, Ryuya dismissed the Fire Dragon, switching to the Moonwalk to maintain his position in the air.

Doflamingo grinned, "I have plenty of Exploding Rocks!

If you approach, I'll detonate them!

The Heavenly Tribute will vanish, and you won't be able to retrieve it while defending against the explosion!"

Ryuya understood Doflamingo's plan: intimidation.

If he could make Ryuya hesitate, he'd succeed in becoming a Shichibukai and gaining more power.

Ryuya's eyes gleamed, but he wouldn't fall for it.

The Heavenly Tribute was inconsequential.

With his current reputation, even if he sank it, Sengoku wouldn't say anything.

He drew Muramasa and unleashed a devastating slash. A white arc of energy tore through the air towards Doflamingo.

Doflamingo's expression changed.

He produced his strings, shimmering with various colors. "Five-Colored Strings!"

He flung ten strings towards Ryuya's attack.

"White Dove! Aren't you afraid I'll detonate the Exploding Rocks?!"

Ryuya remained impassive.

"If you want to commit suicide, be my guest."

Doflamingo's temples bulged with rage. He'd miscalculated! His plan centered on using the Heavenly Tribute and Exploding Rocks as leverage. If Ryuya disregarded the Tribute, his plan would fail.

"Damn you! Are you even Navy? A Celestial Dragon's lapdog! Shouldn't you protect your master's money?!"

Doflamingo's strings clashed with Ryuya's attack.

But the blade sliced through them effortlessly, continuing its trajectory towards Doflamingo. Unbeknownst to Doflamingo, Ryuya's swordsmanship had surpassed the peak of Supreme-Grade Swordsman; he was on the verge of a new level.

Sensing the imminent attack, Doflamingo bent slightly.

"Awakening—Parasite White String!"

He unleashed his awakened Devil Fruit ability without reservation.

Since his defeat by Ryuya, he'd been relentlessly training, reaching the awakening stage.

Awakened Logia-types could manipulate their surroundings.

Doflamingo's ship's upper rear section transformed into countless white strings, arranged horizontally, rising like a tidal wave towards Ryuya, forming a massive, swirling vortex.

Then, they constricted around him.

Ryuya didn't immediately counterattack, choosing to place himself in danger, wondering if he could break through his limits in this perilous situation.

He placed Muramasa on his chest, closing his eyes, his body brimming with intense sword intent.

Below, seeing Ryuya trapped, Doflamingo laughed, "Fufufufufu!

The strongest Admiral is just this weak!"

His enhanced power made him overconfident. But he didn't let his guard down.

He unleashed his strongest attack to defeat Ryuya, ensuring his rise to Shichibukai.

"Sixteen Sacred Threads!"

Sixteen threads, imbued with high-density Armament Haki, shot towards Ryuya at incredible speed—too fast for even Garp to intervene.
