He swiftly decapitated Doflamingo.

Back on Garp's ship, Ryuya said, "Retrieve the Heavenly Tribute." Garp nodded.

Later, Ryuya visited the Donquixote Family's prison cell in the lower depths of Garp's ship—dark, damp, and inhumane.

Using his Bijo Bijo no Mi, he entered unseen.

A defiant member shouted, "You're here to mock us, White Dove Ryuya?!"

It was Diamante.

Trebol added, "White Dove, the young master was a king of darkness!

Others will rise in his place! The seas will become even more chaotic!"

Ryuya smirked. "Don't worry about it. I understand the sea's dynamics better than you losers."

Killing Doflamingo was part of his plan—a setup for Nami, whom he intended to make the underworld queen, accumulating wealth.

His initial goal, following the system's prompts, was a carefree life, but witnessing the world's cruelty, his true desire became world peace.

However, he still didn't know what Uranus was.

To achieve his goal, he would manipulate the world until the opportunity arose, creating his own dynasty to bring about lasting peace.

Until then, he needed to continue growing stronger.

Trebol was first to respond, "I'll never serve the Navy!"

The Donquixote Family was shocked.

Before they could react, Monet, near Ryuya, raised her hand.

"Admiral White Dove, I will serve you."

The others were stunned. "Monet, will you betray the young master?!"

Monet, a Logia-type Yuki Yuki no Mi user with both arms intact (unlike those transformed by Doflamingo), had made her choice.

Ryuya nodded. "Anyone else?"

Sugar, a Paramecia-type Hobi Hobi no Mi user, raised her hand.

"I will serve you as well."

The remaining members panicked.

Ryuya approached Baby-5.

"I need your abilities. Will you join me?"

Ryuya knew she couldn't refuse.

Her inability to refuse requests made her a prime target for exploitation.

Baby-5, curled up, nodded.

Ryuya instructed Monet, "From the day you're freed, stay by Baby-5's side and eliminate anyone who tries to exploit her."

"Yes, Master!"
