Koza once idolized Cobra, striving to emulate him. Now, he aimed to dethrone him, believing Cobra unworthy of the throne.

"Kings and emperors are not born, but made!" This was Koza's conviction.

"The evidence is conclusive. Assemble everyone! We attack! We'll drag Cobra from his throne!"

His subordinate immediately nodded, "Yes, sir! I'll inform the army, launching our final assault!"

Rain fell steadily. Pell, soaring through the sky, noticed the changes below, his brow furrowing.

He sensed trouble. He immediately turned towards the palace, determined to warn the king before it was too late. He increased his speed.

Meanwhile, in Arabasta's Rain Dinners, Crocodile's headquarters and the kingdom's largest casino, Crocodile received a report.

"So, Koza's launched his final assault? Impatient," Crocodile mused. He seemed to have an idea.

"Let me add a touch of flamboyant fireworks to Arabasta," he muttered, a hint of excitement in his grim expression.

Pell, in his falcon form, was incredibly fast. He reached the palace in moments. Seeing Pell's rapid return, Cobra rose from his seat.

"Pell, you're back so quickly! Did you find the evidence?"

Cobra stood, his voice filled with anticipation. Pell shook his head. "Your Majesty, it's the rebels. They're mobilizing. They'll attack the palace soon."

Cobra slumped back into his chair, a wry smile playing on his lips. "Has it come to this?" he whispered, a profound sense of bitterness washing over him.

Pell, seeing his king's despair, felt a surge of urgency.

"Your Majesty, we must assemble the army! We must crush the rebels' advance, otherwise…"

He trailed off, but Cobra understood the unspoken consequences. However, Cobra had his own perspective.

"Ultimately, they are my people, deceived by that Crocodile!"

"Precisely! Your Majesty, you must show your people who you are and expose Crocodile for who he truly is!"

A steely resolve hardened Cobra's gaze. "You're right, Pell. Announce a general assembly. Prepare for battle!"

Pell immediately went to carry out his orders. Just then, Cobra's Den Den Mushi rang. It displayed Vivi's face.

Cobra wondered if Vivi had made a breakthrough. Even so, he couldn't allow his daughter to return to Arabasta; it was too dangerous.

He answered, "Vivi, where are you?"

Vivi's voice was calm but firm. "Father, Igaram and I are heading to Arabasta. We should arrive within two days."

Cobra immediately responded, "No, you absolutely cannot return! Arabasta is extremely dangerous right now!"

Vivi's expression turned grave. "Father, what's happening?!"

She was deeply worried. Since her mother's passing, her father had been her constant source of support. She couldn't bear the thought of anything happening to him.

"Don't come back! Vivi, you're my only child. I'll send for you when the kingdom is safe!"

Cobra abruptly hung up. Vivi's face was now a mask of frost. She had a strong suspicion of what was unfolding.

She turned to Ryuya, "Leader, can we increase our speed?"

Ryuya shook his head. "This is already our maximum speed."

"But my father…"

Seeing her distress, Ryuya smirked slightly. "Something's wrong in Arabasta?"

Vivi nodded, bowing deeply. "Leader, please help me! I'll serve your organization wholeheartedly from now on!"

"Since you've put it that way…" Ryuya scooped Vivi into a princess carry. He closed his eyes, then opened them with a sudden burst of power. His cape billowed as a tremendous aura erupted from him.

Eight Gates Formation—Death Gate—Open!

Ryuya's strength surged many times over. His mastery of the Six Powers reached its peak. Using Soru, he propelled himself towards Arabasta at breakneck speed.

The wind howled past Vivi's ears, but she felt safe in Ryuya's embrace. With Ryuya's arrival, Arabasta's current crisis should be resolved.

However, at that very moment, war had already begun in distant Arabasta. Koza and Cobra, leading their respective armies, were locked in a fierce battle…
