Kadabra was struck directly by Iron Tail, sent flying backward before crashing to the ground. The Devileon collapsed simultaneously. Seeing this, Sabrina frowned slightly.

A cold gleam flashed in her eyes as a crimson light radiated from them. A strong psychic aura filled the air, causing her long hair to float upward, creating an oppressive atmosphere.

At the same moment, a red glow enveloped Kadabra on the battlefield. Within the shimmering light, Kadabra suddenly stood upright, its eyes also glowing red.

With a sharp crack, a sound emanated from Kadabra's body as the effects of the Confuse Ray were forcibly dispelled. A fierce expression crossed Kadabra's face.

"How is this possible?! She... She used her Psychic powers to dispel the Confuse Ray on Kadabra!" Brock exclaimed in shock. Observing Kadabra's condition, it was clear this was no ordinary battle; Sabrina was directly manipulating Kadabra with her Psychic abilities.

"That's so unfair!" Misty burst out.

Though Sabrina had used her Psychic powers to participate in battles before, forcing away Kadabra's confusion in this way felt blatantly unjust to Misty.

Sabrina's dual personality was also influencing her actions. Her childlike persona, desperate for friends, clashed with her reserved demeanor. However, this "friendship" was more of an obsessive need for control. She wanted to win at all costs, a reflection of Little girl's simplistic understanding of relationships. Although Sabrina's usual self seemed calm and unflinching, her childlike side drove her to act impulsively.

"It's okay! This makes it even more exciting!" Ash shouted from the field, his grin wide with exhilaration. His mood seemed to soar as the challenge intensified.

"Ash??" Misty stared at him, baffled. Shouldn't he be worried now that Sabrina had a clear advantage?

Even Sabrina seemed perplexed by Ash's reaction. In the past, her opponents had always shown fear when faced with her Psychic prowess. But Ash had displayed none from the very beginning—in fact, he seemed thrilled. Sabrina couldn't comprehend his behavior.

"Recover!" Sabrina commanded coolly.

While the Confuse Ray's effects had been neutralized, Kadabra was still weakened from the Devileon's earlier attacks. At her command, Kadabra glowed with a green light as its body began to heal, injuries fading gradually under the aura.

Recover was a powerful move that could quickly restore a Pokémon's strength, but its drawback was clear: the user had to remain stationary during the process.

"Devileon, use Iron Tail!" Ash ordered.

"Devileon!" the Devileon cried, leaping forward with grace. It sprang into the air, tail glowing brightly, before hurling itself at Kadabra with Iron Tail.

"Teleport!" Sabrina snapped.

Kadabra's recovery was incomplete, but Sabrina had no choice but to interrupt it to avoid the attack. Just as Iron Tail came crashing down, Kadabra vanished, reappearing safely away from harm. The Devileon struck the ground instead, sending shockwaves through the battlefield. The impact shattered the terrain, raising a cloud of dust and scattering debris.

"Kadabra, use Psybeam!"

Emerging from the dust, Kadabra swiftly took aim, its spoon glowing as it unleashed a multicolored beam of energy.

"Phantom Force!" Ash countered sharply.

Ash's eyes narrowed. Rather than repeating his previous tactic, he opted for a different approach. Sabrina, having anticipated a repeat of Dig, was caught off guard when the Devileon vanished into the shadows, avoiding Psybeam entirely.

The battle raged on, with both trainers locked in a fierce mental and physical duel.

Kadabra was weakened, and its recovery incomplete. Meanwhile, the Devileon's energy was almost entirely spent. The battle had reached its climax, with both sides relying on their last reserves of strength.

"Avoid from behind!" Sabrina's Psychic powers were pushed to their limits, her heightened senses detecting the Devileon's attack angle almost instantly.

Kadabra and Sabrina moved in perfect harmony. The moment Sabrina issued the command, Kadabra reacted without hesitation, dodging as the Devileon lunged. The two combatants crossed paths in a blur. Sabrina's eyes flashed with determination.

"The match ends now—Psybeam, full power!"

Kadabra, regaining its footing after dodging, stood face-to-face with the Devileon at point-blank range. It raised its spoon, energy gathering in a radiant beam aimed directly at its opponent.

"It's not over yet! Use Iron Tail!" Ash shouted, his voice full of urgency.

"Devileon!" The Devileon's crimson eyes sharpened with focus. Its tails glimmered with a metallic sheen as it swung both with force, striking Kadabra's arm just as the Psybeam fired.

**Kiraaa!**

Kadabra gasped in surprise, its aim thrown off. The Psybeam veered wildly, missing its mark and blasting into the ceiling above. The impact caused the ceiling to crack and crumble, sending debris raining down onto the battlefield.

The Devileon landed heavily on the ground but immediately pivoted to face Kadabra again, ready to continue the fight.

"Devileon, Shadow Ball—now!" Ash commanded, seizing the opportunity.

"Devileon!" The Devileon reacted instantly. As it landed, it gathered a sphere of dark, pulsating energy in its mouth and dashed toward Kadabra.

**Bang!**

The Shadow Ball launched with precision, slamming directly into Kadabra's abdomen. The impact sent Kadabra hurtling through the air like a kite with a snapped string. The Psybeam, still active, traced a jagged line across the ceiling before fizzling out. Kadabra crashed into the wall near the arena's entrance, the Shadow Ball detonating on contact in a powerful explosion.

**Boom!**

The room shook as the attack struck home. Sabrina's expression faltered for the first time, the red glow in her eyes flickering out. She raised a hand to her forehead, her Psychic energy visibly disrupted.

Because Sabrina's Psychic connection to Kadabra was so strong, she felt the brunt of its defeat. This mutual feedback mirrored the moment from the anime when Haunter made Sabrina laugh, breaking her focus.

Kadabra slumped against the wall, unable to continue. Its faint, twitching movements were mirrored in Sabrina's uneasy stance. The connection between the two amplified the blow, and it was clear—Kadabra was no longer able to battle.

Sabrina remained silent, her calm demeanor masking the storm of emotions beneath.
