Pokémon: A Trainer Who Masters the Six Powers from the Start

Under the joint request of both the police and rangers, the League quickly dispatched a Psychic trainer with their Psychic-type Pokémon, Hypno.

At this point, the conflict had escalated beyond a personal dispute between Ryan and Ron. It had become an issue between the police and the rangers.

Unlike Officer Jenny, who only cared about her career, or Ryan, who abused his authority for personal gain, the higher-ups behind the scenes simply wanted to know whether the police had truly fallen into corruption.

As for Ron, they had no significant opinion about him.

In fact, within the League's internal structure—composed of investigators, rangers, the police department, and Pokémon Centers—collaboration was common, and relationships were generally close-knit.

From their perspective, if everyone behaved like Ryan, the League wouldn't need Team Rocket to bring it down; the colossal entity would crumble on its own.

In a private room, Ryan faced Hypno with growing nervousness. He focused all his energy on trying to feign resistance to hypnosis.

Otherwise, he felt his punishment would go far beyond mere disciplinary action—his very life could be in danger.

Without caring for Ryan's internal turmoil, Hypno, under its trainer's command, got to work immediately. It began swinging its circular pendulum to induce hypnosis.

As a Psychic Pokémon adept at hypnosis, Hypno's abilities weren't something mere mental preparation could guard against—unless you happened to be Ash Ketchum.

In less than 30 seconds, Ryan succumbed to Hypno's hypnosis.

What followed was questioning from the League's assigned Psychic, Fam.

"What is your name?"

"Ryan."

"How old are you?"

"Twenty-seven."

Fam started with simple questions, using Hypno to deepen Ryan's hypnotic state before proceeding to more significant matters.

"Did you send people to capture Ron because you truly suspected him of being a murderer?"

"No."

"What were your true intentions, then?"

At this, Ryan's face showed visible struggle. Yet he couldn't resist Hypno's power and began to confess.

"I wanted to avenge my younger brother."

"What did you intend to do to Ron?"

"I wanted to frame him, ruin his reputation, and divert the rangers' attention from him. Then, I'd find a chance to kill him!"

By the end, there was even a hint of murderous intent on Ryan's face.

Watching this unfold on the monitor, Officer Jenny knew it was over for Ryan—and by extension, for herself.

"Has anyone who crossed your brother ever come to harm?" Fam asked one last question.

Fully entranced, Ryan answered without hesitation:

"All those who offended my brother—I took care of them one way or another!"

Having obtained Ryan's confession, Fam consulted the League on the next steps before continuing to dig into his secrets.

Later, a League representative approached Captain Lugo and Ron with the findings.

"Captain Lugo, Mr. Ron, the results of this investigation are clear—the police were at fault. We will ensure this matter is resolved to your satisfaction."

"Additionally, Mr. Ron, we kindly ask you to delete the video footage."

"Please trust the League. Individuals like Ryan are the exception, not the rule. Most police officers are dedicated to serving the League and the law. We hope you can understand."

"Of course, this is merely a request. If you choose not to comply, we respect your decision."

With that, the League representative turned to Officer Jenny.

"Jenny Jane, as of now, you are no longer an officer of the League. This decision was jointly made by the police leadership and the Jenny family. Your future will be handled by others. I will not intervene."

After delivering this cold dismissal, the League representative left with Fam, preparing to take control of the entire police station for a thorough investigation.

Back in the Pokémon Center, Ron reflected on the events.

Knowing he was now a significant figure among the rangers, he resolved to tread carefully to avoid tarnishing the reputation of the ranger corps.

He released his Kirlia for additional security and began planning his next steps, seeking resources from his shadowy contacts.
