After Ash captured Primeape, Red and Ash's trio successfully arrived in Celadon City, reaching it smoothly in less than half a day of travel.

Celadon City is one of the most prosperous cities in the Kanto region. It is not only home to a League Gym but also to the well-known department store and the Celadon Game Corner, making it an ideal place for travelers to enjoy themselves. However, the residents of Celadon City felt alienated by the Game Corner, believing that such an establishment tarnished the city's image.

But only a few people knew that while the 'Celadon Game Corner' appeared to be an 'ordinary' arcade, it was actually a secret operational experiment base controlled by Team Rocket, with its underground structure reaching a terrifying four levels deep.

Underground Base — Third Floor

A young man with black hair and blood-red eyes, wearing a dark windbreaker with an 'R' emblem on the left chest, black trousers, and cheap, non-prescription spectacles, was slowly inputting a password to enter the underground laboratory.

"Hey, don't go overboard, Brock!" Ash said, disgusted, turning to tell Red and Misty to quickly drag Brock away, only to find his older brother already inside the store, holding an Eevee.

"Long time no see, Eevee. I didn't expect to meet you here. It seems you've been doing well lately." Red smiled, stroking the docile Eevee in his arms. At this moment, Eevee rubbed Red's cheek nostalgically, its eyes narrowed in joy.
