“Reborn as the Devil of System:Chronicles of a Dominator”

Chapter 7: Chapter 7: “The Crimson Thrall”

The taste of victory lingered like fine wine on my tongue, intoxicating and addictive.

Akeno was mine.

Not just in body, but in the ways that mattered—her heart, her vulnerabilities, her carefully crafted mask shattered by the simple truth she'd never dared to face.

But I wasn't done.

Not even close.

Now, it was Rias Gremory's turn.

[Mission: The Queen's Gambit - Progress: 60%]

[Objective: Break Rias Gremory's Emotional Control.]

[Bonus Objective: Force Rias to confront her hidden desires.]

[Reward: Unique Skill – "Crimson Thrall."]

She was strong. Proud. A queen in her own right.

But even queens could fall.

And I was going to make sure she fell for me—mind, body, and soul.

Kuoh Academy - Occult Research Club Room

The clubroom was quieter than usual, the soft hum of magic lingering in the air like a distant heartbeat. Rias sat behind her ornate desk, her crimson hair cascading over her shoulders like liquid fire, her sapphire eyes as sharp as ever.

But I saw it—the flicker of emotion she couldn't quite hide when our eyes met.

Curiosity.

Frustration.

…And something darker.

I stepped inside without hesitation, letting the door click softly behind me.

—"Aiden," she greeted, her voice smooth but taut, like a blade drawn just shy of striking. "I wasn't expecting you."

—"That's what makes it interesting," I replied with a grin, walking closer until I stood just at the edge of her desk. "You like interesting things, don't you?"

She arched a brow, unimpressed—or pretending to be.

—"Is that why you're here? To entertain me?"

I leaned forward, resting my palms on her desk, my face inches from hers.

—"No," I murmured. "I'm here because you can't stop thinking about me."

Her breath hitched—a subtle reaction, but it was there.

[Mission Progress: 70%]

[Emotional Vulnerability Detected.]

She recovered quickly, leaning back with an amused smile, her fingers lacing together.

—"You're arrogant," she said, but her voice lacked conviction.

—"No," I corrected softly. "I'm right."

She stood abruptly, walking past me as if to regain control of the room, her heels clicking sharply against the wooden floor. But her back was to me now, and I could see the tension in her shoulders.

Perfect.

I closed the distance in two strides, my hand reaching out to gently brush a lock of crimson hair from her neck. She froze—not pulling away, not moving at all.

—"You wear this crown like it's part of you," I whispered, my lips dangerously close to her ear. "But deep down, you're just like the rest of us—craving something real. Something… raw."

Her breathing grew uneven.

—"You don't know anything about me," she whispered back, her voice trembling slightly.

—"I know enough," I replied, my fingers trailing down her arm, igniting goosebumps in their wake. "I know that when you're alone, the silence is too loud. I know that being strong all the time is exhausting. And I know that right now, your heart is racing because you don't know whether you want to kiss me or kill me."

She spun around, her face inches from mine, her eyes blazing with defiance—and something else.

Desire.

Without another word, she grabbed me by the collar and crashed her lips against mine.

It wasn't soft.

It wasn't gentle.

It was a war.

And I fought back.

Our bodies collided with the desk behind me, papers scattering like forgotten relics. My hands found her waist, pulling her closer, feeling the heat of her skin through the thin fabric of her uniform.

But I didn't lose control.

This was still my game.

I broke the kiss first, my lips hovering over hers, both of us breathing heavily.

—"See?" I whispered, my voice a low growl. "You were never in control."

Her eyes burned with fury—and something more dangerous.

Longing.

[Dominion Points Earned: 2,500 DP]

She shoved me back suddenly, her face flushed, her breathing ragged.

—"This doesn't mean anything," she snapped, but her trembling hands betrayed her words.

I smiled, adjusting my collar casually.

—"Whatever helps you sleep at night, Rias."

I turned and walked out, leaving her standing there—confused, furious, and completely under my spell.

Later That Night - Aiden's Estate

The Dominion System pulsed softly in my mind, displaying my updated progress.

[Mission: The Queen's Gambit - 100% Complete]

I poured myself a glass of wine, savoring the victory.

Akeno.

Rias.

Both queens, both claimed.

But there was one more move to make.

I didn't just want to rule beside them.

I wanted to rule above them.

And soon?

I would.
