Rencarnation Room {Other Story line}

Chapter 217: This Rinnegan Is Very Easy

Under the shadow of lush trees, shrubs filled the surrounding area. El stepped slowly, his aura calm yet pressing.

From beneath his hair bangs, the Rinnegan glowed a faint purple, its six tomoe spinning slowly like clockwork, signifying the tremendous power it continued to maintain.

Suddenly, a Rank 2 Beast appeared from the bushes behind him. A green wolf resembling wild grass, with glowing thorns along its spine, pounced with terrifying speed.

The Green Wolf, the creature's name, is known for its excellent camouflage ability and deadly surprise attacks.

A beast like this might pose a threat to an ordinary Dou Zhe, but unfortunately, he had chosen the wrong target.

In front of the creature, El did not stop his steps, remaining calm as if unperturbed.

As the Green Wolf's claws almost touched his body, El muttered coldly, "Shinra Tensei."

In an instant, an invisible force exploded from El's body, and struck the Green Wolf brutally.

The creature was flung into the air, crashing into several trees behind it until they fell, before finally falling helplessly to the ground.

Silence enveloped the forest, only the sound of the leaves whispering from the energy explosion earlier, flying away the small birds that were perched on the branches.

Right after knocking out the first Green Wolf, El kept walking without confirming the result of his attack.

However, the sound of movement from the surrounding grass and broken branches from the top of the tree alerted him.

Another Green Wolf appeared, attacking in unison from various directions, from the underbrush to the canopy of the trees.

This was the most dangerous thing about wolf-type beasts like this: they always hunted in packs. Their camouflage is just the beginning of their deadly strategy.

However, even in the midst of the siege, El did not lose his composure. The energy around him trembled as he muttered in a low voice, "Susano'o."

Instantly, the mysterious purple energy formed a skeleton of ribs that enveloped his body. In the next second, that structure expanded, growing a massive arm of dense energy ready for battle.

Without hesitation, Susano'o's giant arm swung out with tremendous force, creating a rush of air. Any Green Wolf that jumped, whether from the ground or the air, was knocked back before it could reach El.

Their bodies were thrown like dolls, hitting the trees with loud cracking sounds.

Some of the stronger Green Wolves tried to get up, but fear began to shine in their eyes. The unreachable power they had just witnessed gave them no hope of winning.

El, who remained silent, finally stopped his steps. Although he wasn't looking directly at the remaining Green Wolf pack, his presence alone was enough to make them tremble under the invisible pressure.

As the pack began to slowly retreat, El continued her steps calmly, his body seemingly unperturbed in the slightest.

The base-stage Susano'o that enveloped his slowly faded away, merging back into his body like an invisible flow of mysterious energy.

While walking, his mind began to analyze.

"Since I already have a special energy similar to the laws of Chakra, the negative effects on the body are drastically reduced, at least by half compared to before." El thought about this while flashing a faint smile.

"Now, if I wanted to... I can maintain this basic stage of Susano'o for two whole hours without activating the Demon Slayer Mark," he continued, with a tone of satisfaction in her mind.

However, his smile faded as his forehead creased slightly. "Still, the side effects are still there. The pain from using this large amount of energy, plus the accumulated fatigue, is still there. Although not to the point of making me bleed."

El's purpose for using Susano'o earlier was definitely not to show off. After all, who would see him in the middle of a forest like this? However, this was not without reason.

Over the past few months, El had focused not on practicing his Rinnegan skills, but on deepening the Sun Breathing Technique and Cultivation Method.

"The rest... feels a bit absurd," he thought. "But, somehow, those absurd things turned out to be very effective for increasing my strength."

In his mind, Yuri's voice sounded again, full of pride as always. "Hihi... This master of yours is indeed extraordinary, isn't she? Hurry up and praise me, my talented student!"

El, with a faint smile still adorning his face, replied casually, "Yes, yes... You are the best master, despite your annoying nature."

"You naughty student!" said Yuri, half-joking in a teasing tone. "This master of yours is just trying to entertain herself in the harsh world of cultivation. The world is black and white, my disciple, and your Master's Dao Path is to color it, remember that!"

El clenched his fists in front of his chest in an artificially respectful gesture. "This disciple will always remember Master's words," he replied in a flat voice, a faint note of humor laced throughout.

Yuri just snorted softly, then shut up. El lowered his hand and took another step, his gaze remaining alert to his surroundings.

After walking for a while, he suddenly stopped. His eyes swept the area in front of his, narrowing slightly as he took in the air around hid.

"This place..." he muttered while looking at the Dou Qi particles in the air. "The Dou Qi looks denser. There should be many Rank 3 Magic Beasts here."

El glanced around, noting the lush trees and the land that was barely touched by humans. Slowly, he bent down, placing his right palm on the ground.

"Animal Path: Kuchiyose no Jutsu," he whispered softly but firmly.

Black streaks curled up from where El touched the ground, stretching out like tree roots. In an instant, a thick white mist appeared, enveloping the surrounding area, including El.

From within the mist, a large silhouette appeared with an eerie impression.

"Auuuuuuuuu!" A howl echoed out, breaking the silence of the forest. The fog slowly cleared, revealing an absurd form standing tall with El beneath it.

The figure was shaped like a giant wolf as tall as a three-story building, but it had more than one head. Its body was covered in coarse-looking dark brown fur with a long dangling tail.

On each of the creature's heads, a giant black emitting iron was stuck which emitted a gloomy aura.

The creature's eyes were identical to El's Rinnegan, while its gaping mouth revealed razor-sharp teeth and fangs, jet black in color.

El looked at the figure with a furrowed brow, full of curiosity. "For some reason, all these Kuchiyose animals from Animal Path have been available since I got Rinnegan," he murmured, voicing his thoughts. "At first, I couldn't access them, though."

He touched his chin, thinking hard as he stared intently at the large creature. "These eyes should be identical to Sasuke's. But as far as I know, Sasuke never used the Animal Path, let alone owned animals like this."

El's gaze moved to the metal transmitter on the giant wolf's head. "I thought all the Kuchiyoshe of the Animal Path were Nagato's modifications? Or am I wrong?" he thought, confused.

Previously, El had indeed used Animal Path: Kuchiyose no Jutsu in two very different situations: during the battle against Gastrea and when training with Nagato in the Reincarnation Room training room.

However, at the time, El never really paid attention to it. His indifferent and cold demeanor made her only focus on his goals, without caring about other things that he deemed irrelevant.

However, after the incident, the words of Yuri, the master who was able to see fate, made El begin to doubt his previous views.

Yuri said that the Reincarnation Room could play with fate, and that statement made El feel that there was no way he could ignore things that could affect fate.

With this new thought, what previously seemed trivial to his, now began to carry a deeper meaning to El.

Suddenly, the giant dog bowed its head, as if waiting for a command from El.

Despite his hesitation, El stepped forward calmly, his gaze never leaving the huge creature in front of him. "Forget that complicated thing first. After all," he said softly, "you are now under my control."

"Go," El said with a firm tone and undeniable authority. "Kill as many Rank 3 or 4 Magic Beasts as you can and bring their corpses before me."

The giant dog howled loudly, the sound echoing far away, before turning and darting away, leaving El standing alone in the middle of the silent forest.
