Outside, thunder roared as lightning illuminated the stormy sky. Before Thunder Spider-Man could approach, a web-filled sky rained down upon him, flinging him high into the air.

Boom!!

Electric light flashed in the heavens as Thunder Spider-Man reversed course mid-air, the terrifying energy of Mjolnir crackling in his grip.

"No one can stop me. NO ONE!!"

Thunder Spider-Man had not only inherited Thor's hammer but also his fiery temper.

Charging forward with invincible momentum, he was abruptly swallowed by a sudden portal.

By the floor-to-ceiling window, Xia Luo maintained his stance, hands still forming a circle.

Behind him, Supreme Spider-Man's eyes widened. "Looks like Peter wasn't lying—Xia Luo Parker isn't just anyone."

Xia Luo turned his head slightly. "So what?"

"So, I'm taking care of the biggest problem first."

The Supreme Sorcerer clasped his hands together, summoning a radiant spider totem. Countless threads of magical spider silk shot forward like a storm.

Splat!

The magical silk pierced Xia Luo's body, scattering into shimmering particles of light.

"A magical decoy?"

The Supreme Spider-Man was startled. Behind him, several portals blossomed open, and one by one, duplicates leaped out.

"Whoa! Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man beating up Spider-Man!"

"Keep it down, don't scare Aunt May."

"Shh~"

Whoosh!

In the blink of an eye, magical light flared beneath Supreme Spider-Man's feet. Magical spider silk surged upward, binding the oncoming duplicates.

"Take this fight somewhere else," one of the duplicates suggested.

The Supreme Spider-Man nodded. "Naturally."

With that, he waved his hand to open another portal, dragging the duplicates through it.

Buzz~

As the portal closed, Peter Parker and Mary Jane in the hospital room stared at each other in confusion.

"Aren't they supposed to save Aunt May?"

"Why are they fighting first?"

"Because only one of them can save Aunt May," Xia Luo suddenly interjected from outside the window.

Mary Jane gasped, covering her mouth. "Aren't you supposed to be with that guy—"

"Oh, I tricked him," Xia Luo replied casually, flipping back into the hospital room and heading straight toward Aunt May's bed.

In this restart, the Supreme Spider-Man lacked prior experience fighting Xia Luo and, confident in himself, hadn't taken many precautions. He hadn't even bothered to seal the portals in advance, making the deception almost inevitable.

Standing beside Aunt May, Xia Luo gazed at her familiar face and couldn't help but recall his own Aunt May. Before she had grown younger, she had looked just like this.

Now, this Aunt May lay on the brink of death. Even if there weren't a mission, Xia Luo would still want to save her.

"What are you planning to do to save Aunt May?" Peter Parker asked nervously as he stepped forward.

Xia Luo glanced at him. "For some Spider-Men, there's more than one way to save Aunt May."

"But that guy said if Aunt May undergoes surgery, she'll definitely die," Mary Jane protested.

Xia Luo nodded. "He's right. But I'm not a doctor, so there won't be a surgery."

"If I don't perform a surgery, she won't die."

Peter and Mary Jane exchanged bewildered glances.

"What are you saying?"

"We don't understand at all."

"You don't need to understand," Xia Luo replied, tapping the device on his wrist.

Beep beep~

In an instant, Kang the Conqueror's advanced technological armor replaced his nano suit. Using the armor, Xia Luo scanned Aunt May's body and activated the healing mode.

Whirrr~

With a gentle touch on Aunt May's wound, billions of nanobots surged into the injury.

Given enough time, these nanobots would decompose the bullet lodged inside and repair the damaged tissue.

Technology from the 31st century could easily handle such a "critical" surgery.

But the circumstances wouldn't allow him much time.

Before the nanobots could reach the vicinity of her heart, magical sparks erupted. The Supreme Spider-Man had returned. At the same time, a loud crash resounded from outside the hospital room.

Boom!!

The wall shattered as a reckless Spider-Man plowed through it, scattering debris that destroyed the equipment keeping Aunt May alive. Black liquid oozed ominously into the room.

"Xia Luo Parker, stop!!"

Venom Parker lunged forward, only to be struck by a gravity wave from Xia Luo's armored hand, sending him hurtling backward.

Crash!!

Venom Parker smashed through several walls, disappearing from sight. But in the next instant, Aunt May vanished from the hospital bed within a glowing magical circle.

The Supreme Spider-Man had taken her.

Xia Luo's expression darkened. Without hesitation, he opened a portal to pursue her, but the intricate web of magical threads blocking the portal indicated he had no chance of following.

It seemed he would need a faster way to save Aunt May.

Seventh Revival Match.

The hospital room.

The moment Supreme Spider-Man was tricked away, Xia Luo immediately transported Aunt May out of the room.

Tony's Villa.

Empty and silent.

A portal materialized, and Xia Luo carefully laid Aunt May onto the bed. This time, he decided not to use nanobots for her treatment.

Too slow.

Although there were no other Spider-Men to interfere here, Supreme Spider-Man would soon locate him through magic.

Xia Luo chose another approach.

He examined Aunt May's heart intently before activating his wrist device. A burst of Pym Particles illuminated the room, and Xia Luo's body shrank rapidly to the size of an ant.

In the microscopic world, Xia Luo opened a portal and arrived near Aunt May's heart.

In this tangled network of blood vessels, a massive metallic bullet was lodged firmly within.

Seeing it, Xia Luo tossed a Pym Disk, shrinking the bullet instantly.

Splash~

As the bullet shrank, an overwhelming rush of blood flooded the area, threatening to engulf Xia Luo.

Swinging through the crimson torrent, Xia Luo shot webs to seal the ruptured blood vessels. Then, transforming into an electric arc, he zipped around at lightning speed.

Zzzzz~

Tiny electric currents stimulated the heart's activity while blood-red tendrils spread rapidly behind him, working to stop the bleeding entirely.

This method, while cruder and more aggressive than nanobot treatment, saved time.

But it wasn't fast enough.

As Supreme Spider-Man located Aunt May, he quickly discovered Xia Luo near her heart.

In this crimson microcosm, vibrant magical energy surged through, sweeping Xia Luo away in an instant.

Back in the villa, Xia Luo reemerged at full size, bloodied and battered. As light flickered around him, a crimson beam swept the room, and Supreme Spider-Man's form disintegrated instantly.

Xia Luo showed no surprise, staying close to Aunt May as he scanned the seemingly calm room, searching for his adversary.

Yet, as seconds ticked by, the room remained eerily quiet.

Suddenly, Xia Luo sensed something amiss.

Turning, he saw Aunt May's body stiffen unnaturally.

His expression darkened.

Aunt May wasn't dead. She had been swapped!

Sure enough, her body dissolved into magical particles, confirming Xia Luo's suspicion.

He could trick Supreme Spider-Man once but not twice.

This time, Supreme Spider-Man had successfully outwitted him. The moment Xia Luo left Aunt May's body, Supreme Spider-Man had taken her, leaving a decoy to stall him.

Xia Luo shook his head slightly.

Never underestimate a Spider-Man.

Defeating this guy before didn't mean he was weak.

This round's a bust. Time for the next one!

Inside the room, Xia Luo gently placed Aunt May on the bed.

This time, he didn't immediately begin treatment.

No matter how fast his method, it wouldn't be faster than Supreme Spider-Man's arrival.

The invincible yet cunning Xia Luo decided to play dirty.

He got to work preparing his trap.

Before long, magical sparks illuminated the room.

Supreme Spider-Man burst through a portal. In that instant, the gleaming web threads spread across the room contracted violently.

"What?!"

Splurt!

Before he could react, the web trap ensnared Supreme Spider-Man's body. The razor-sharp threads tore into his flesh, blood spraying as limbs were severed and scattered across the floor.

In the corner, Xia Luo stood and dusted his hands off.

"Cruel, but necessary. After all, you're a sorcerer, not a warrior."

Supreme Spider-Man's magical prowess was formidable, but his physical strength was barely above an average human's.

The web trap was more than enough to deal with him.

With the nuisance taken care of, Xia Luo turned his attention back to treating Aunt May.
