Castle Oldwyn.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
So this is where I am going to explain how the world works, like power balance, and how they level up.
-> Spoiler Alert- Don't read it if you absolutely hate spoilers; the story will explain this, but if your'e confused read it.
On each Level
(20%) means you're 20% of the way to the next level and still need the remaining (80%) to reach it.
------------------------------------------------------------ Soldier Level/Rank---------------
-> Guard/Soldiers— Is a basic soldier who can stand on guard in the castle or patrol the village. Can only use one type of weapon. (1 x ARM)
-> Superior Guard/Soldiers- A slightly superior soldier can do all a normal guard can, but better. Can use two types of weapons, like a sword and bow. (2 x ARM)
-> Elite Guard— Way Better Than Superior Soldiers, Can act as captain and also handle three types of weapons, better at planning than the last two. Can handle three or more types of weapons. Sword, bow, polearm, or horse depends on the type of elite soldier. (3 x ARM)
-> Man-at-Arms— A soldier who can handle any weapon and also a horse, suitable to guard a castle and command men and also train them. A commander-level person. (ARM) [This is where you can choose a primary weapon]
-> Silver Runic Knight— A person who can wield power beyond human capabilities can fight ten to twenty heavily armored men-at-arms at once. A strategic war machine can be a general in a raid or medium-scale war.
-> Gold Runic Knight— Epitome of Human Capabilities, Highest Level Power A human can achieve on his own and can fight five to ten Silver Runic Knights or 50-60 Men-at-Arms at once, a general and strategic power in the battlefield.
-> Holy/Caliphs/Shakti/Bodhi Knight— A power/decree/blessing bestowed upon a Gold Runic Knight by their religious leader (example-pope/grand imam). Power can depend on the blessing and people's trust but can definitely handle three Gold Runic Knights at ease. Very rare and usually comes forward in times of Big Religious War.
*Now about Magic: (Don't read it too many spoilers.)
Magic is forbidden and is heretical in any religion. It stems from the Icy Part on a mysterious place that no one knows about. It's mostly women who do it, and if they get caught, they will be burned alive.
It's basically a witch concept, but they can do real shit, mostly Black magic, and those who know it are very few, although they can't resurrect but can sacrifice and make a dying person heal.
Loyalty:
Trueheart (90–100)Would give their life for you without question.
Ironbound (70–89)Unwavering under fire; you won't see them falter.
Surehand (50–69)Dependable in most crises—unlikely to turn on you.
Tidebound (30–49)Their loyalty ebbs and flows; they can be swayed.
Freewind (0–29)A restless spirit; betrayal or desertion is always on the table.
