Hashirama's abilities are based on his Mangekyō Sharingan powers:

Right Eye: It has the power to cancel or nullify chakra. Against the Ōtsutsuki, it can nullify a quarter of their chakra-based attacks. However, it cannot nullify Senjutsu unless Hashirama is in Sage Mode.

Left Eye: It grants him the Commandment of Love, similar to Meliodas. This ability immobilizes anyone who harbors hatred, arrogance, or any negative emotions.

Susanoo: His Susanoo is green and is on the level of Indra's Susanoo.

Both Eyes Combined: When the power of both eyes is activated together, Hashirama can stop time for 5 seconds while using his green Susanoo at Indra's level.
