Chapter 156: Timeskip and Leaving
The process of the establishment of the Voidfuse Company went smoothly through the Imperial Government. Once Zehal submitted everything through the Imperial NetSphere to the Administration Bureau, the Trade Department handled everything with extra care and speed.
Not even one week later, they got notifications that the Voidfuse Company was officially established and the headquarters of the Voidfuse Company would be placed on the Ziras IV due to the agreement between the Voidfuse Company and the Office of the Governor-General of the Ziras Star System.
The building that they were using was in the heart of the Ziria city, the capital of the entire colony, and it was pretty close to the heart of the city, which was housing all of the government buildings.
This meant that the safety was very high, and the Voidfuse Company was already building the first factory in the Industrial Sector of the city.
Though this one was rather a hassle.
The Imperial Work Safety Methods for the Highly Hazardous Enviroments and the Imperial Enviromental Protection Standards for the Industrialization were extremely strict, and all of the factories and producers of anything that would be polluting the nature were required to adhere to them.
Fortunately enough, with the advanced technologies that the Empire possessed, it wasn't actually that much pricier compared to the situation if one wasn't adhering to the Environmental Protection Standards for Industrialization.
Much to their luck, they managed to hire someone who would be acting as the General Manager for the Voidfuse Company that would handle everything. Zehal managed to hire a rather experienced businessman through her own connections, someone who was already a previous executive in many big industries across the Imperium.
Declar Tytos Centarus was someone who was very well recommended by many people to Zehal, and he was CEO of some medium-sized corporations in the Imperium before he moved to the Defesne Industry, where he was an Executive in several prominent military-industrial companies of the Empire.
Zehal knew the man because he had been working with the Alvix Mercantile Clan for many decades. So, most of the things that were related to the building of the Voidfuse Company's factories were left to him, and he was doing rather a very good job.
Due to that, for the past three months, they didn't really need to do much regarding that because the factories of the Voidfuse Company were still under construction. According to the estimates, the factories will start their production next month.
What was a rather good piece of news was that the Cosmic Storm Shroud was already passing away and was on its decline. Right now, the Cosmic Strom Shroud was greatly weakened to the point where some of the more advanced starships of the Imperium could readily pass by.
And once per day, the Warp Gate could be activated to send away a few starships that wouldn't be able to make it through the remnants of the weakened Cosmic Strom Shroud.
Which meant that they would be able to leave the planet very soon, as with the recent upgrades to the Obscurus, the starship has been upgraded considerably. Even though it was still no match for the state-of-the-art warships of the Imperial Navy, it was already solid Type 3 technology.
Much of this could be attributed to the rare resources that were on the Ziras IV and also their price, which was much lower than on the rest of the market. Red Queen was working non-stop on the Obscurus and carrying out many upgrades on the starship, and it was paying off very well.
When Declar Tytos Centarus was contracted directly by Zehal Alvix, she explained the situation to the man before he, in the end, agreed to the proposal. He realized rather quickly that the potential of the Voidfuse Company was rather big because the number of similar businesses in the entire Eternal Empire of the Asurya was low.
Probably a few tens of them.
According to the market survey, most of them were small-sized local companies that were operating on a small scale and doing business mainly in the individual Star Domains and reverse engineering only some common tech.
Not engaging in the cutting-edge area or the military area.
Then, there were a few of the remaining companies that were middle-sized businesses, but they were facing various limitations and risks. Not to mention, most of these companies were facing another problem.
The lack of the people that would be bringing them the technologies to reverse engineer and improve upon.
Most of the supply lines were coming from the Andromeda Galaxy and due to the different relationship between the Imperium and the Bounty Hunter Guild and Star Mercenary Association, obtaining the xeno technologies was rare in the Empire.
He understood the value of the company that had a very high standing in the Imperial Government because the Voidfuse wasn't even existing, and they already obtained the status of "Strategic Importance", which was something invaluable for any corporation in the Empire.
Declar Tytos Centarus was a sharp-dressed figure exuding power and mystery; this man blended sophistication with cybernetic intensity. He was former veteran in the Imperial Navy, before he moved to the Medjay Force and rose to the lower ranks of officer.
His chiseled face is marked by glowing red eyes and sleek implants that trace along his head and jaw, hinting at advanced augmentations beneath the surface. A neatly trimmed beard and slicked-back dark hair complement his piercing stare, while his tailored suit with its subtle iridescent pattern and minimalist black tie.
He carried an aura of a high-level corporate operative and former military veteran as someone who commands attention and doesn't flinch in the face of chaos. He was currently in the middle of nowhere, or rather in the middle of the empty factory, as he was discussing with his employer, Zehal Alvix, more concrete details.
Of course, he was here in the presence, but it was protection through the most advanced holographic projectors that were creating an indistinguishable image of the person from the reality as he walked side by side with Zehal around the construction site.
"As you can see, everything is progressing rather smoothly and once the Cosmic Storm Shroud passes entirely, you can take the position as the General Manager of Voidfuse as we would be leaving the planet for a long time."
Zehal explained to the General Manager, who was basically the number two after the CEO in the entire company but in fact, due to the Zehal's other duties, he would be also dealing with a lot of responsibilities of the CEO.
Still, the pay was beyond good, and the employee benefits were also very good.
"And the product?"
The General Manager Declar asked, as he would be in charge of conducting business in the name of the Voidfuse, and he knew that there was only one product that the Voidfuse was going to be selling for the time being.
"Right now, we only have the Dark Matter Energy Generators that we will be selling, though we are already working on the derived technology. Once we have the derived technologies, primarily the Energy Generators or Engines, we would be targeting the Mid-Level Civilizations and Mid-Level Star Nations so we can sell them this in exchange for the resources. In regard to the Dark Matter Energy Generators themselves, we are seeking to make a deal with the Imperial Navy or at least with the Provicianl Goverments for their own forces. According to my own estimates, the Dark Matter Energy Generators are more advanced than the ones that are used by the Imperium en masse."
Zehal explained to Declar Tytos Centarus that she already had all the categories of their goals for where the Voidfuse would be expanding in the future. They planned to target the Mid-Level Civilizations and Mid-Level Star Nations primarily for the time being, because they could...
Let's say, rip them off.
"Rather good plan, Miss Alvix."
General Manager Centarus agreed with her strategy, because this was a common approach of the bigger corporations in the Empire, as they would deliberately target various lesser Civilizations and Star Nations, to obtain tremendous resources.
Yeah, even though many of those Mid-Level Civilizations and Mid-Level Star Nations had some Universal Credits, they wouldn't be using the Universal Credits to pay for orders.
Instead, they would pay in goods.
Metals, Ores, Gems or anything that had some value and could be sold on the market.
This way, the powerful corporations from the Imperium could exploit the weaker nations a lot. Many in the Empire were doing things like this and they were getting filthy rich from these actions.
Though this wasn't exclusive just to the Eternal Empire of the Asurya, but this was something that was being done by most if not all High-Level Star Nations and High-Level Civilizations.
Even though the lesser civilizations and Star Nation were poorer, they were often sitting on some rare resources. Sometimes, due to their inabilities and insufficient technological level, they couldn't even mine or use these resources.
So, for many of the actors on the stage, this was the heaven-sent situation.

Outskirts of the Ziria, Mountainside Villa, Dojo
During the past three months, Arcturus spent most of his time training together with Jeniael in the Dojo, or when they were not training, there were giving in to the pleasure of the flesh when they were alone in the manor.
Like usual, even today they were training for the entire day, as this was the last day of their time on the planet.

[Proficiency with the Skill Slayer Force has reached Level 1 Adept - 0%.]
Arcturus managed to obtain tremendous growth in the various Swordsmanship Styles that he knew, especially in the Sardau Star Swrod, which was being grown from the Level 8 Apprentice to the Level 5 Adept in the span of three months.
Which was a really monumental achievement.
The progression of the Transformation of the Basic Swordsmanship into the Grandmaster Realm has reached 20%, which could be attributed to him teaching not only Jeniael but also Zehal.
This was growth of the 16% during the three months and he was already one-fifth behind him.
During the times when Zehal was staying in the manor, she often joined their training regiment and expressed her desire to learn a bit of self-defense. Something that Arcurus used to his advantage as he was teaching Zehal the basics of the swordsmanship.
'Display the stats.'
Arcturus commanded in his mind as he stopped training as Jeniael went to take a shower, because today they would be leaving this planet in a few hours. Even though the Cosmic Storm Shroud was still covering a large parts of the entire area around the Ziras Star System, it wasn't anything complicated for the Obscurus to cross through.

Another aspect that underwent rather strong fast progression was also the mastery over the Nuclear Chaos Formula and that of the Psionic Battle Arts. Still, he was already eager to leave the planet, because doing nothing for the past three months aside from training and having sex was...
Boring and monotonous after some time.
He carved some action and some blood.
Unfortunately, the planet was rather a safe one once the bugs were disposed of.
So the world was becoming rather boring for them, and right now, as they already had their company and resources, he could finally go to the two planets whose coordinates he obtained from the Mind Flayers not that long after he had transmigrated into this world.
If the Illithids were saving those coordinates for themselves, then they were bound to be rather valuable. Fortunately enough, both of the planets were in the deepest corners of the Andromeda Galaxy and were covered by a permanent Cosmic Shroud, which appeared like a tear in space.
It was like an illusion cast over those star systems, which resulted in the situation where those planets were absolutely safe and unfindable. Unless someone goes through the "tear in space", nobody can distinguish between the real and the illusion.
They were very particular planets located even in more unique locations.

Ziria, Space Docks, Several Hours Later
The space docks of the Ziria were partially bustling with the people, but only partially, as the Cosmic Storm Shroud was still dangerous for most of the starships to pass through the Cosmic Storm Shroud safely.
Fortunately, with the Obscurus, it wasn't that problematic, as all three of them gathered for the departure from the planet. With the upgrades done on the Obscurus, it wasn't that problematic.
Returning back to the Obsucrus after several months of being stranded on the planet was rather weird, but he quickly got over the feeling as he sat in the command center of the starship.
He looked at the stars, as the Cosmic Storm Shroud that was covering the entire plant was still in the place, but at the same time, it was already greatly weakened. Obscurus already rose to the skies as it soon enough managed to penetrate through the Cosmic Storm Shroud as the upgraded shields were doing wonders and withstood the storm easily.
Onto the Phoenix Prime.
