Summoned by Mistake, Wanted by Demons, Feared by Humans

Chapter 1: Chapter 0 – The Normal Life of a Future Isekai Protagonist

---

[Kaito's Lazy Morning]

The blaring alarm clock was promptly silenced by a well-aimed pillow.

Kaito cracked one eye open, checked the time, and sighed.

"Meh. Not worth it."

With that, he rolled over and went back to sleep.

Unfortunately, fate—or rather, his little sister—had other plans.

 "OI, NEET-bro, WAKE UP!"

The door slammed open, revealing his younger sister, Aoi. She stood there with arms crossed, her face set in a smug grin.

Kaito groaned. "I'm not a NEET, I'm a college student."

"Same thing. You just sit in your cave all day like a dungeon boss."

Before he could argue back, his older brother, Ren, walked past the door. Unlike Aoi's high-energy attitude, Ren was the chill, older-brother type. But that just made his teasing worse.

Ren took one glance at Kaito and smirked. "Morning, Sensei-lover."

Kaito froze.

Aoi's eyes lit up like a demon finding fresh prey. "Oh-ho~? What's this? An old nickname?"

"SHUT UP." Kaito bolted up in bed, already regretting waking up. "We're NOT talking about that!"

Ren casually sat down at the breakfast table. "That moment is eternal, bro."

Aoi, now fully interested, sat down across from him. "Spill the tea. What did he do?"

Ren smirked. "It was back in middle school—"

"REN, I SWEAR TO GOD—"

---

[Flashback – The Sensei Incident]

Kaito, 12 years old, sat in his room, staring at a framed class photo of his homeroom teacher, Fujiko-sensei.

"Hah… she's so pretty."

Fujiko-sensei was in her late 20s, had long black hair, kind eyes, and a smile that melted the hearts of students and parents alike. To middle school Kaito, she was peak woman.

He was too young to understand the concept of love, but admiration? Worship? Absolute devotion? Yeah, that was in full effect.

And that was the exact moment his older brother and younger sister walked in.

"What'cha doin'?"

Kaito flinched so hard he nearly broke his spine.

Ren and Aoi were standing in the doorway, staring at him, staring at the photo.

Silence.

Judgmental silence.

The kind of silence that could destroy a man's reputation for life.

"..."

"..."

"..."

Aoi squinted. "Wait… were you blushing?"

"NO."

Ren's smirk widened. "Oh my god. You were."

"I WASN'T!"

Aoi's face slowly morphed into a mischievous grin. "Mom! Kaito has a crush on his teacher!"

"TRAITOR!"

That moment was forever burned into his soul… and unfortunately, his siblings never let him forget it.

---

[Back to the Present – Breakfast Table]

Kaito buried his face in his hands.

"I hate you both."

Ren sipped his coffee, smug as hell. "Just saying, man. That was legendary."

Aoi wiped fake tears. "Truly, the tragic love story of our time."

Kaito groaned. "One day, I will erase that moment from history."

"Too bad, I already told my friends about it."

"YOU WHAT?!"

Aoi winked. "Relax, I just told the cute ones."

Thus, Kaito's morning began with another traumatic memory unlocked.

---

[ Kaito's Unlucky Day ]

Kaito thought the worst was over. His siblings' morning bullying session had ended, and now he was free to enjoy a peaceful, stress-free walk to college.

"Alright, new rule—today, I will not mess up. No distractions, no bad luck. Just a normal day."

…That was the plan.

And then, he saw her.

The goddess of his college campus.

His homeroom teacher, Fujiko-sensei, walked ahead of him, her silky black hair reflecting the morning sunlight, the gentle sway of her hips making his heart skip a beat.

Kaito's feet stopped moving. His mind froze.

"Ah… peak woman."

He wasn't staring, okay? Just… appreciating from a distance.

Unfortunately, his brain completely ignored the fact that he was still walking.

And that's when he accidentally brushed past a tiny puppy.

"KYUUUUN!!"

The puppy let out a dramatic yelp—the kind of scream that could make an entire neighborhood turn their heads.

Kaito froze.

Fujiko-sensei turned around.

The puppy's mother turned around.

"…Oh no."

A split second later, a large dog came barreling toward him, barking like it wanted blood.

"I DIDN'T EVEN TOUCH IT!"

"WOOF! WOOF!"

Kaito ran for his life.

Fujiko-sensei blinked in confusion as her student sprinted past her, screaming, with a giant mother dog in pursuit.

Onlookers whispered.

"Did that guy just kick a puppy?"

"Wait, isn't that the dude who had a thing for his teacher in middle school?"

"Ah, so he's into bullying small animals now…"

Kaito wanted to die.

"IT'S A MISUNDERSTANDING! I LOVE DOGS! I'M A GOOD PERSON!"

"WOOF WOOF WOOF!"

"WHY WON'T YOU GIVE UP?!"

Kaito was sprinting for his life, his legs burning, lungs screaming, and soul already halfway to the afterlife. Then—he saw it.

An abandoned lot.

"If I jump over that fence, I can finally lose this damn dog!"

Summoning every last ounce of strength, Kaito leaped.

And for a moment—he soared through the air.

"Hah! I did it! I'm free!"

Then—everything changed.

A flash of light exploded beneath him.

The air shimmered, twisted, and bent.

Gravity disappeared.

"Huh?"

One second, he was mid-air— The next, he was falling into complete darkness.

"…Wait. WAIT. WAIT. WAIT—"

---

[ Bedroom? ]

THUD.

Something soft.

Something warm.

Something very much alive.

Kaito groaned, his senses slowly returning. His face was buried in something that smelled faintly of burning embers and lavender. His hands pressed against something smooth, warm… and definitely not the ground.

(…Wait. What the hell am I touching?)

His drowsy mind jolted awake.

A low, groggy voice murmured beneath him.

"Nn…? What…?"

Kaito froze.

Slowly—very, very slowly—he lifted his head.

And there, staring at him with half-lidded, fiery red eyes, was a horned, crimson-haired demon girl.

"…Hah…? A human…?"

His entire body locked up. His brain tried to process the situation.

He was straddling a demon girl.

His hands were on her bare shoulders.

She was wearing an oversized nightshirt that barely covered her thighs.

She had just woken up—to find a strange man on top of her.

"…"

A single thought screamed through his skull.

(I'M GONNA DIE.)

The demon girl—Lyria Ignisveil—squinted at him.

She blinked once. Twice. Her sleepy mind catching up to reality.

And then—

Her entire face ignited in a deep crimson blush.

Her breath hitched. Her fingers curled into fists. Her horns sparked with heat.

"...H-HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH?!"

BOOM!

Kaito didn't even have time to scream before a flaming uppercut sent him rocketing into the ceiling.

A loud CRACK! echoed through the room.

His body was now embedded in the ceiling like a squashed insect.

Smoke curled from his singed clothes. His limbs twitched.

"…Well." He coughed out a puff of smoke.

"At least I didn't get eaten by the dog."
