Because flight was not possible in the underground space, the four of them could only proceed on foot. In the bizarre underground world, they encountered various unbelievable sights everywhere.

On top of a small hill, there was an ancient-looking stone well. The well's edge was built with rocks that clearly matched the surrounding stones and could not have been brought by the spaceship.

"This is the entrance to that place," Wei Shoucheng explained. "Descending from here will take us to that area."

Lin Shen found it even more peculiar upon hearing this and examined the well closely. The walls of the well were rocky, and it was not apparent whether they had been carved by hand or formed naturally.

Looking down into the well, it wasn't very deep. One could see the well water, smooth as a mirror, about ten meters below the surface.

Lin Shen leaped down and fell into the well water, but strangely, he felt no sensation of entering the water. Instead, it was like stepping on a very soft air cushion.

This sensation quickly disappeared, and by the time he realized it, he found himself standing in a cave, with Wang Shoucheng and Wang Shouxin standing beside him, dry as well.

Wang Shoucheng pulled him aside. Lin Shen looked up and saw that the ceiling of the cave also had a well, inverted on the stone ceiling with well water inside.
