Markus paused, the last few hours of events seemingly becoming less important to him all of a sudden. The improvements that he made right now were more incredible than what he normally obtained, and he realised how ridiculous he normally was due to his system and perks.

But now he felt like he could achieve more, closer to his end goal atleast.

Though he did realise that this huge leap in improvements was caused by a reality altering dice.

" Now, this is potential..." He muttered, a grin on his face as he quickly read through the other logs.

Most of them were skill rank ups, with him having used a lot of his skills in the past day it was only a foregone conclusion that they would have improved rapidly.

What he did focus more on aside from the rank ups were the new skills he learnt.

[—Ding! You've learnt Skill - Mana Enhancement Technique[E+]-]

[—Ding! You've learnt Skill - Transmutation Magic[D+]-]

[—Ding! You've learnt Skill - Sigil Magic[E+]

[—Ding! You've created Skill - Artificing[F-]-]

Four skills.

The first one was a skill that he would have tried creating just for fun, after all he already aura enhancement technique which was apparently superior. But he guessed that somehow he used mana instead of aura somewhere along his escape.

The second was Transmutation, the one with the most potential for versatility. With it he'd be able to do more than control matter as it was, allowing him change matter into something more which would boost his production type skills and shorten the amount of time it would have took to make something.

All in all, he was gonna abuse the fuck out of the skills to acquire material that he would normally have no chance at obtaining. Heck, with the skill what would stop him at creating technology on par with the more modern standards of his past world, allowing his research to come to fruition faster.

He was just salivating from the thought.

Then there was Sigil Magic, one of his greatest if not the greatest magic he now held.

He was now not held back with using tools to carve magic into objects anymore, even the extra time taken with the entire process was rendered almost mute.

Now he could 'draw' sigils into the very air around him. So long as he understood a concept he could mimic it into reality, he could throw fire balls without the skill, create the Sigil equivalent of Rune Matrixes on the fly with no need for an foci.

Heck from what he read through the skills matrix then he can even heal himself right now, but there was a problem. Apparently the skill was mana extensive.

Which in his opinion was fair, doing the shit that the skill advertised was worth the mana it would take.

Plus with his [Aura Source] allowing him sight to see and comprehend Sigils, he'd become a formidable enemy even without becoming a hybrid shifter as he was planning on becoming.

And then there was Artificing, his newest skill. Artificing, a better version of his Craft skill allowing to create magical items or the better term— Artifacts.

His mind was already devising more creative ways for him to utilise his newest skill, such as creating magi-tech. Creating technological items in tandem with infusing magic, runes or sigils.

" I'm a fucking mage..." Markus finally muttered after reviewing his gains.

He had never truly understood that or thought himself as a mage or magic user before, even with all the magic skills he obtained.

But now, he truly saw himself as one, someone that could actually walk through the path of magic with confidence.

But still, even with the potential for magical growth he still wanted to become a hybrid shifter.

It was the first thing that he had saw hope in working even before he obtained his System, plus this world was full of them and since the universe was called 'Teen Wolf' then why wouldn't he join the fray with his own version of a shifter?

So when he opened up his status for the first time since his gains he couldn't help but grin.

A lot had changed for him since yesterday, where he was still trying to fit in and seem 'normal'.

To think that the moment that mask was removed he'd skyrocket his power like this was unimaginable to him, but as he looked through his status over and over again he felt new resolve settling inside him.

' Fuck being normal or running away from trouble, this...this is way better than what I could have gotten by playing it 'safe'.' Markus thought with a grin.

And just as that thought settled in his mind, he felt it.

Aura, aura reminiscent of how Allison felt like or any hunter he had ever met.

And when the thought to further retreat would have played in his mind, now he thought better.

Allison and her hunters had hunted him, now it was his turn to do the hunting.

So grinning to himself he looked at the twig necklace on his hand and put it on, quickly feeling the rush of magic filtering into his veins mending his flesh and organs faster than his own natural regeneration would have.

Then he delved deep into his being and with a wave of his hand, The Silver Blade Of Dhaka appeared in its lustering beauty.

Then he walked towards them.

Intent on making each and everyone of them feel pure unadulterated fear.
