Chapter 2: Hashmi
Hashmi had always been a guardian angel to Elliot, watching over him with a fierce devotion that bordered on obsession. For years, he had been by Elliot's side, a constant presence in his life. He had seen Elliot at his worst, had witnessed the depths of his pain and suffering. And yet, despite all that he had seen, Hashmi had never given up on Elliot. He had always believed that there was a way to bring Elliot back from the brink, to help him heal and find peace.
Hashmi's devotion to Elliot was rooted in a deep sense of loyalty and responsibility. He had been the one to find Elliot on that fateful night, to hold him in his arms and try to comfort him as he wept for his family. And from that moment on, Hashmi had felt a sense of responsibility for Elliot's well-being. He had vowed to protect him, to keep him safe from harm. And he had spent years doing just that, watching over Elliot with a fierce and unyielding devotion.
But despite his best efforts, Hashmi had been unable to penetrate the armor that Elliot had built around himself. Elliot had become a master at hiding his emotions, at keeping people at arm's length. And Hashmi had been no exception. He had tried everything to reach Elliot, to get him to open up and share his feelings. But Elliot had remained stubbornly closed off, refusing to let anyone in.
It was a source of great frustration for Hashmi, who had always felt a deep connection to Elliot. He had wanted to help him, to support him through the darkest of times. But Elliot had refused to let him in, had pushed him away at every turn. And so Hashmi had been forced to stand by and watch as Elliot continued down a path of self-destruction.
Hashmi had understood Elliot's pain and had given up trying to intervene. Instead, he had focused on his own life, and that's when he met Nushrat. She was a beautiful and vibrant young woman with piercing green eyes and long, curly brown hair. She had been taken prisoner by his enemies during a massacre, and Hashmi had bravely saved her, killing the man who had taken her captive.
Nushrat had thanked him that day and gone away, but they had met again at another place. Hashmi had been immediately drawn to her soft nature and had started to like her. From that day on, he had started following her, keeping an eye on her wherever she went. He had been fascinated by her strength and resilience, and he had found himself wanting to protect her from the world.
One day, Nushrat had realized that someone was following her and had attacked the person with a stick. To her surprise, it was Hashmi who had been following her. He had fallen down due to injury, and Nushrat had felt guilty for hurting him.
Hashmi had taken Nushrat home with him, and when they had reached her home, he had been struck by the warmth and love that filled the house. He had understood that Nushrat had grown up in a loving family and knew the importance of life. Her family had welcomed him with open arms, and he had felt a sense of belonging that he had never felt before.
Nushrat's family had expressed their gratitude towards Hashmi for saving her life, and they had treated him to dinner. As they had sat down to eat, Hashmi had felt a sense of comfort and security that he had never known before. He had looked at Nushrat, and their eyes had met. He had seen something in her eyes that had made his heart skip a beat.
From that day on, Hashmi had started to like Nushrat more and more. They had started meeting more frequently, and soon they had fallen deeply in love. Hashmi had told Nushrat's family about his feelings, and although they had been hesitant at first, they had eventually given their approval.
Nushrat had said that she would not be in a relationship with Hashmi without her family's permission. After getting their approval, they had gotten engaged in no time. Hashmi had finally found happiness, and he knew that he owed it all to Nushrat. She had brought light and love into his life, and he was forever grateful to her.
