Chapter 7: Chapter 7: A World Without Her
She stood still for a moment, watching them laugh—her old friends, the ones who once made her feel like she belonged. They walked past her without hesitation, as if she was just another stranger on the road.
Had she really been forgotten?
She lowered her gaze and kept walking. The wind felt colder than usual, or maybe it was just her—numb to everything around her. The days passed in the same way: waking up, going to school, coming back home, and locking herself in her room.
No one knocked on her door anymore.
No one asked if she was okay.
It was as if she had already disappeared, like she was a ghost haunting her own life.
That night, she stared at the ceiling, wondering what would happen if she truly vanished. Would they notice then? Would they care?
But deep down, she already knew the answer.
They had moved on. And she… she was just stuck in the past.
