"Die, scoundrel!"

In a sinister bellow, the Goddess of Conspiracy, Melinoe, wielding two daggers, pounced toward the pretty boy who disrupted the harmony of the Netherworld's household. Dark deathly aura and twisted vitality swirled around her, clinging to the blades like two furious dragons of black and white.

Luo En squinted his eyes; behind him, the golden wheel rotated, positioning to the fifth slot, from which the blood-soaked [warrior] emerged.

He then casually broke off a golden bough from the garden, using it as a sword, unconsciously mimicking Athena's tone when she had tormented him years ago, and spoke leisurely.

"That's all? Let me teach you how to use a sword!"

No sooner had he spoken than the scarlet blood essence stirred the violent Aether Tide. The wind swept through like a storm, and a blazing sword light burst from the tip of the golden branch in Luo En's hand, overwhelming the two daggers with tremendous force and charging straight for Melinoe's throat.

The sword edge had not yet arrived, but the slicing wind pressure already caused Melinoe's skin to sting.

Realizing the terrifying destructive power it contained, the Goddess of Conspiracy dared not intercept it head-on and quickly ducked and shifted to the side, attempting to dodge this sudden strike.

"Too slow!"

In the blink of an eye, Luo En's wheel of light spun behind him, the stern [warrior] transformed into the rapid [goat], advancing at lightning speed to thrust the sword tip right in front of Melinoe, then striking down heavily.

"Smack!"

"Ahh~"

The crisp snapping sound echoed through the forest, Melinoe clutching her buttocks, which radiated a fiery pain, and glared fiercely at the pretty boy across from her.

"Hmm, nice look in your eyes, but unfortunately, looks alone won't kill anyone."

Luo En tapped the garden golden bough gently in his other hand's palm, teasing with a smile.

Unable to tolerate the provocation, Melinoe, enraged, pushed the dual divinities of life and death within her body to their limits, like a fiercely nursing wolf cub, showing her fangs once more towards her mysterious opponent.

The two clashing daggers cascaded like meteor showers, each strike quicker than the last, creating a man-made blade storm fiercely targeting Luo En's throat, lower abdomen, heart, and other critical areas without mercy.

At such a young age, quite ruthless, aren't we?

Amidst the storm, Luo En, raising an eyebrow, shuffled his feet slightly while his branch parried, sliced, shattered again and again... with such precision that not an ounce of energy was wasted, effortlessly isolating Melinoe's fierce and relentless attacks.

After a full quarter of an hour, Melinoe slowed her assault and gasped for air, feeling doubly frustrated by some humiliation.

"Coward, is defense all you can do? Look down on me?!"

Hearing this, Luo En swung the golden bough to parry a dagger aimed at him and shook his head sentimentally.

"You haven't even cut your milk teeth yet you want to play this game, and you're even more fierce than I was..."

"What do you mean?"

Just as Melinoe looked puzzled, Luo En across from her displayed an exceptionally brilliant smile.

"Remember, you asked for this."

Before the Goddess of Conspiracy could react, Luo En's aura surged, with the Divine Power of the War God bursting forth from within him, swirling into a dense blood-red flame. The [warrior's] apparition merged with him, a savage, domineering, blood-thirsty aura boiling tumultuously, as if an evil dragon had been awakened.

The suffocating pressure that hit her face made Melinoe instantly realize the gap between [playing] and [seriousness], altering her complexion as she hastily retreated.

"Thinking of running? Too late!"

Luo En sneered and, wielding the golden bough, charged forward like lightning.

Unable to dodge in time, Melinoe's scalp tingled. She could only grip her daggers tightly and swing them swiftly, using the stirred Aether to weave a dense sword net, defending with all her might.

However, the skills and strength of the two were not on the same level.

The sweeping golden bough sometimes resembled a sharp, viciously thrusting rapier, sometimes a heavily chopping greatsword, and sometimes a flexible shortsword...

It even used the tactics of a long spear when thrusting and transformed into the style of a battle saber when retracting...

In short, it changed unpredictably, impossible to defend against.

If Athena were present, she would recognize that this was Luo En's own combat style formed by [Infinite Weapon Training].

—As long as it benefits the situation, it does not stick to any particular style of movement; all techniques under heaven could be utilized for his use.

According to the Goddess of Wisdom's assessment, this fancy system could achieve good results against opponents of equal or lesser strength, but against truly skilled experts specializing in one method, it wasn't necessarily effective.

At most, respond to all changes with constancy, with one method breaking all others.

Luo En had fought Athena many times, and although the Goddess of Wisdom stated that to avoid bullying the junior she always approached with the mindset of sparring, lowering her strength to the same level as Luo En's,

Ultimately, it always ended up with Luo En being the one thoroughly beaten—this was very telling.

However, it's a pity that the opponent was not the overwhelmingly powerful Athena...

And indeed, she was even weaker...
