"Strictly speaking, Zeus only erased one option for Porus, not all [possibilities]. Someone brought that [spark of rebellion] out from within Zeus."

"Yes."

Persephone nodded, then spoke somewhat sadly.

My poor little Zagreus thus became their victim in their strife and was killed undeservedly. I only found out about these later."

No wonder the Queen of the Underworld had such great grievances against Hecate, showing much disdain for that godmother.

It seems, mostly because her son Zagreus became the sacrificial victim in the struggle against Hecate and The Three Fates.
