The Greece Antagonist
Chapter 67 Luo En, just give in
Sanctuary, the Temple of the Three Goddesses.
Goddess Mnemosyne stood in front of the statue of the Goddess of Justice, holding a sword and scales, looking down at the crystal coffin that gathered starlight.
Once her sister, she lay there with hands folded on her abdomen, in a silent slumber, showing no signs of awakening.
The other star coffin that Luo En gazed upon bore the same outcome.
Contained within was none other than the Goddess of the Hearth, Hestia, who willingly gave up her divinity to help him achieve his divine feats.
Indeed, it was too early to arrive.
Both exchanged a helpless smile, extinguishing that sliver of hope that had flared within their hearts.
After swiftly dispelling her disappointment, Mnemosyne asked in a deep voice,
"Kronos isn't easy to deal with at present, what are you planning to do?"
"Of course, it's according to the prophecy of destiny, to sharpen the 'Sword' that can kill him," Luo En answered confidently.
"Do you know where Hercules is?"
"No, but he will show up on his own."
Luo En smiled enigmatically, adding in jest,
"Before leaving Thessaly, I secretly gave a tip to King Admetos of Thessaly, to ensure he could find Hercules."
"It's good that you have a plan," Mnemosyne nodded, not asking further, nor saying more.
By nature serene, she did not delve too deeply into things, aside from a stronger persistence for books and stories.
If it were not for the young man seeking her out, and the battle against the giants being so pervasive, perhaps she would still be in the Temple of Memory on Mount Helicon, leisurely flipping through books.
Had she known she would stay on War God Mountain for so long, she should have brought some books with her.
"This is my latest draft, I would like for you to review it," Luo En said, as if hearing her thoughts, taking out two stacks of thick manuscripts from the Magic Circle Diagram and handing them to her.
"Arabian Nights? A new book? Interesting, let me see!" Mnemosyne's spirits immediately lifted as she eagerly took the manuscript and began perusing with great interest.
It must be said that in catering to one's interests, a certain God of Wine had done considerable research, especially with regard to a few well-known goddesses.
Of course, sometimes being too familiar could have the opposite effect.
After Mnemosyne finished a chapter, she looked up to find Luo En standing before her, prompting a surprised pause.
"Why are you still here?"
"..."
"Go on with your business, don't interrupt my reading."
Seeing that the Goddess of Memory shooed him away while burying herself back in the book, Luo En, who had just offered a gift, couldn't help but feel miffed.
Big sister, you've got it backward. This is my home...
But taking into account the help the Goddess of Memory had given him, Luo En swallowed his words and reluctantly left the Temple of the Three Goddesses, allowing the bibliophile some peace to read.
After stepping out of the Temple of the Three Goddesses, Luo En looked at the starlit Sanctuary and began to calculate.
The free-for-all fight between Typhon and Lord Bo had already been arranged, the bait was laid in Thessaly, so no need to worry about official matters for the moment;
On a personal front, he had just evaded a draining fate by borrowing Mnemosyne's presence, so he was in a relatively safe state;
What next? He dared not return to the Great Temple, perhaps it was time to visit his mentor below?
He had missed her during this long absence.
Moreover, there were some matters concerning the Titan gods that he wanted to inquire about.
Resolute, Luo En leaped off the Floating Island, plunging towards the depths of the starlight.
However, as soon as he stepped into the cave, a suddenly oppressive sensation, like sinking into mire, washed over him.
Powers of authority that disrupted his senses came in waves—weightlessness, confusion, dizziness,—leaving him bewildered in a flash.
— A "Labyrinth"?
— What is Athena up to?
The familiar sensation of the world spinning brought some clarity to his muddled thoughts.
But in the next moment, dozens of cold, pitch-black chains wound around him like snakes, binding him tightly.
Luo En instinctively struggled but quickly realized that the things on his body were exceptionally sturdy.
Looking down, his expression darkened as if the bottom of a pot.
Bronze and Mithril, inlaid with a plentiful array of Chief God-level Suppression Spells, one would think he was some high-profile criminal...
"Hey, what are you doing? Undo these things now."
As he saw himself bound like a zongzi, Luo En looked towards Athena, who now stood at the cave's entrance, his discontent evident.
"I wouldn't mind..."
The Goddess of Wisdom spread her hands with an innocent smile.
""
"But you have to ask if the two of them agree," Luo En said with a tinge of gloom in his heart as Hera and Artemis walked out of the cave, each holding an end of the chains, their gazes lingering on their successfully captured prey while they subconsciously licked their moist cherry lips.
Athena, you've learned badly, haven't you, actually teaming up with outsiders to ambush me? Luo En thought to himself. Wait until I get out, I'll spank your butt!
Just as Luo En tried to violently break free from the chains to teach these crazy women a lesson, he found that his Chief God's divine authority was obscure and stagnant, making it difficult to call upon.
"What's going on?" he asked.
"You should thank your mentor for this. She took the chain on her own body and personally deconstructed its materials and spells in reverse. She made a prototype specially to bind you," Athena explained with a smile, not hesitating to betray her unofficial ally.
During the conversation, Hera and Artemis could hardly wait to drag him into the cave, winding the chains tightly around him and binding him to a stone column, inside and out.
Luo En's complexion turned as dark as the bottom of a pot, his ominous gaze directed at the accomplices at his side.
Feeling the almost murderous intent from her disciple next to her, Hecate shrank her neck back, laughing awkwardly as she defended herself, "It's not my fault; they forced me. If I didn't oblige, they threatened to punish me. I'm also innocent, so you'll have to be the sacrifice."
At this moment, a can of honey opened in the corner seemed to attest to the Queen of Hell's innocence.
Yet Luo En met Hecate's claims with a cold laugh, unceremoniously piercing through her façade.
"Stop it, you think you can deconstruct in reverse right on the spot? Is it not that you've been scheming to use this thing against me and then Athena caught you in the act?"
"Exactly right!" Athena praised someone for their sharpness, selling out Hecate again without hesitation, delivering an accurate and ruthless stab.
"By the way, she told me to place that can of honey," Athena added with a smile.
Watching the so-called Goddess of Wisdom play so unfairly, Hecate, who once held the Divine Office of Conspiracy, felt a mix of sadness and anger.
Not helping is threatening, using and then betraying, heartlessly stirring up trouble, are you the Goddess of Conspiracy, or am I?
"Mentor, we'll settle this later!" Luo En warned Hecate, who had been recently up to no good; then he expertly switched to a gentle, affectionate smile, his eyes brimming with tenderness as he looked at Hera and Artemis in front of him.
"How could I forget what happened during the day? Why don't you untie me first? It's so inconvenient to be affectionate while bound," he proposed suggestively.
Hera and Artemis glanced at each other and then fixed their gaze straight ahead.
The pitch-black chains tightly fastened on the prey's fair skin like vicious snakes coiling around a perfect marble statue, with sharp fangs always ready to pierce the tight muscles, presenting a visual impact of bondage and torment.
Both goddesses couldn't help nodding, lightly licking their lips.
Yes, it was indeed inconvenient.
But it was so thrilling!
And with him being the sole Chief God present, if they released him and he tried to run or deny what he owed, who could stop him?
"Rip~"
At that moment, a hand reached out from the side and tore the white clothing under the chains into ragged strips, suddenly exposing vast expanses of fair skin clinging to the cold, pitch-black metal, accentuating the sense of fragmentation and humiliation in the room.
The elements of immorality and contrast remain enduring precisely because they have a market among both men and women.
For men, it's "Persuade the fallen girl to turn over a new leaf, lure the housewife into sin."
For women, it's "Urge the playboy to reform, tempt the upright man into debauchery."
The higher the position, the more violent the resistance, the greater the contrast, the stronger the sense of impact.
In an instant, Hera and Artemis's breathing became more rapid, their faces flushed visibly with desire and their eyes brimming with a fiery longing, both giving Athena a big thumbs up.
Truly a Goddess of the Arts, such astute aesthetics!
This just got even more exciting!
Upon receiving praise from her accomplices, Athena felt proud and immediately waved her hand, unleashing the power of the Labyrinth to construct a temporary palace of pleasure.
Hera brought out a new can of pink Eleusis barley porridge and fed it mouth to mouth to her little lover, ensuring he'd be vigorous in the upcoming battle.
Artemis then called down the light of the full moon on both of them, completely refreshing their physical state, bringing them both back to their youth and purity.
— By the way, this hymen restoration technique was something Luo En brought back from Cyprus Island with Artemis after they sneaked it from Love God Aphrodite.
Karma, indeed...
Luo En watched as three freshly minted virgin goddesses pounced on him like a hungry tiger, beginning their formal feast, a single tear of regret sliding down his cheek.
The dark cave shook violently, and Hecate, watching the chamber next door shrouded by the power of the Labyrinth, hastily began her reverse deconstruction, eager for a live view of the intense scene.
It was rare to see her good disciple make a blunder; not to cheer him on would be a disservice to her reputation as the Goddess of Pleasure and Joy.
At the same time within the Sanctuary, the stars shimmered, and many fell from the sky.
Sitting in front of the three goddesses' Temple, Goddess Mnemosyne paused momentarily, then continued reading her manuscript as if nothing had happened.
It wasn't unusual; she was used to it.
Back in the day, her Temple of Memory had often been troubled by certain young men and women.
Youth is so good...
As the commotion in the depths of the stars intensified, Mnemosyne shook her head sentimentally, wrapping herself in the domain woven from her Goddess of Memory divinity, continuing to savor the text in her hands.
However, she was unaware that beneath the statues of the three goddesses, in the two crystal coffins, there seemed to be a faint flicker of starlight and a flame sparking to life.
