It had been two hours since the event started. The announcer went through over one thousand slaves who were all purchased by the audience.

The piece kept going up, causing more and more people to drop out until all who were left were Kai and a fatman who had a horde of elves behind him, trembling with fear as they tended to their master.

"Who the hell is that bastard? How dare he try and take my precious elf! Find out who he is!" The fat man shouted.

"Yes, lord Widebelly." A human attendant bowed.

"10,000 gold!" Widebelly shouted.

"15,000!" Kai shouted back

"30,000!" Kai challenged.

Widebelly crushed his chair armrest as he heard Kai shoot up his price. Veins bulged from his hands and head as he countered Zion's bid, shooting up the price.

Back in the booth, the human attendant came back. "My lord, I have learned that the person you are up against is a young man buying a slave for the first time. He likely doesn't know who you are."

"That motherfucker! When this auction is over, we'll kill that bastard and take his slave! Make preparations!" Widebelly shouted in anger.

Everyone was nervous to bid after hearing Kai bid for one million gold, but when they didn't hear his voice, they felt at ease and could bid without worry.

Then, the other girl Kai wanted was brought up.
