Chapter 25: Chapter 24 - "He is The Tsunami"
I stood there, right in front of all those fireball attacks, not even flinching. I couldn't bothered by the heat at all.
The fireballs smashed into my infinity barrier, and the heat felt like a warm breeze against my skin. The lava creatures, with their fiery eyes, realized their attacks weren't working and hissed angrily. I just kept my hands in my pockets and smirked. "Nice try, but can we skip the warm-up?"
They didn't take that well. With deep, growling roars, the creatures charged at me, swinging their fiery fists. I lazily stepped aside, letting one of their punches smash into the wall behind me. Dust fell around me as I tapped my foot. "Shadow Clones."
I didn't make too many clones—no need to show off. The clones appeared, and they were grinning, stretching their fingers. "We're on clean-up duty, right?" one of them asked.
"Yep. You guys take care of the crowd. I'll go find the big boss."
The clones charged forward, their fists glowing with wind energy. They tore through the lava monsters, leaving behind piles of ash and broken rocks, clearing the way for me. I casually strolled deeper into the tunnel.
As I walked along the third path, the cavern around me began to change. The narrow path I was on started to feel warmer, and I could sense something big ahead.
The end of the narrow path opened up into a brightly lit area. I could see it just ahead, and I walked towards it casually, with my hands still in my pockets, ready for whatever was coming next.
Soon, the view of the inside of the place came into my view and for a second I was completely astonished by the environment and the look of the whole place.
I walked into the huge room and immediately noticed how big everything was. The ceiling was super high, like a massive cave made by nature itself. There were long spikes hanging from above, glowing with a fiery light.
The ground was like a giant volcanic floor, not hot enough to make me sweat , but good enough heat. Streams of lava snaked through the room, glowing orange and red. The air was thick with the smell of burning rocks.
Right in the middle of the room was a massive throne made out of black rock, decorated with shiny stones that seemed to glow from the inside.
Sitting on the throne was which seemed the boss of the dungeon, big in size. Its body was a blazing inferno, covered in thick rocky armor, with spikes sticking out from its back.
Surrounding the throne were the the fiery minions. They were like living flames, with bodies that glowed like molten lava and eyes that burned with fire. Their rocky skin looked like it was barely holding back the heat inside. They stood like soldiers, ready to defend their turf.
The boss gave off waves of heat and power, making the air shimmer around it.
I , walked out or levitated in the huge room and stopped as suddenly a surprising voice spoke up.
The boss leaned forward on its throne, molten rock dripping from its joints like saliva. Its voice rumbled like an erupting volcano, shaking the cavern."You… are alone?!" It tilted its head, flames flickering in its eye sockets. **"I thought I sensed more than a few weaklings entering my domain…"**
I raised an eyebrow.? 'Oh. The clones!' I kept my hands in my pockets, shrugging. "Nah, just me. The others? They're… busy cleaning up your trash outside."
The lava minions around the throne growled, their fiery bodies crackling. The boss snorted, sending a plume of ash into the air. "Foolish. You think your little tricks fool me? I smell your weakness. One mortal… against me?" It spread its massive arms, the spikes on its back glowing white-hot. "You will burn."
Weakness? Seriously? I stifled a laugh. This guy had the ego of a dragon and the creativity of a burnt toast. The whole "lava throne room" thing was kinda cool, though. For a B-list villain.
The boss slammed its fist onto the throne, and the ground trembled. "Kneel, insect! Your flesh will fuel my flames!"
"Pass," I said, yawning. "I've seen scarier campfires."
The minions lunged first. Dozens of molten-rock soldiers charged, their claws dripping magma. The air smelled like a barbecue gone wrong. I didn't move.
My vision flickered through them, tracing every flicker of their magic. Their heat signatures… their attack patterns… "Too slow."
"Magical Energy Technique: Blue," I muttered.
A swirling vortex of force yanked the minions off their feet, slamming them into a single point midair. They writhed, trapped in a gravity well, their fiery limbs tangling together.
"Group hug?" I smirked. "Cute."
The boss roared, and the trapped minions exploded like fireworks, raining lava everywhere. I didn't blink. The molten droplets froze inches from my face, suspended in the *Infinity* barrier.
"ENOUGH!" The boss rose from its throne, towering over the room. The ground split beneath its feet, rivers of lava surging toward me. "I am Ignarax, Lord of Ember! You will—"
"—talk too much," I finished, cutting him off. My hand glowed with swirling wind chakra. "How about we skip the monologue?"

Outside the Gate…
Woo Jin Chul stared at the S-Rank rating on the machine, his face pale. "This… this can't be right. It first categorized this as a B-Rank!"
One of Naruto's clones leaned against the gate, chewing on a stick of gum it had conjured. "Yeah, well, the machine got a sense of humor. Like sending a toddler to fight a tsunami."
Woo turned sharply. "You're not worried? Your original self is in there alone!"
The clone grinned. "Worried? Nah. He's the tsunami."
