Chapter 1400: killing The Light (4)
Diane appeared on the massive palm of Rowan flustered, her expression was grim as she had been fighting to escape for her life, In the span of a few seconds, she had been extremely close to death multiple times, and if not for the protection of the Sovereigns around her and the numerous metal golems she had made with her Will, Metal Mind, that could sacrifice their lives in place of her own, then she would have died a terrible death countless times over.
Although it might appear that Vyraak had only made two major moves, that was not the case. For an eighth-dimensional immortal, their presence alone was a weight that few could bear. Their Will had become so refined that it actively twisted reality around them and anyone weaker than them would be dragged in the direction that their Will dictated.
Vyraak wanted everyone in his universe to die, and so reality obeyed his Will, and everyone began to die, it was that simple. It did not matter if he did not make any active attacks, their own bodies would fail with seemingly no cause. So this meant that every moment that passed could be her last, when her heart wanted to turn into a bomb and her soul wanted no, it needed to dissipate into pieces.
It was like the air in her lungs had transformed into razorblades, and the blood flowing inside her veins had turned to lava. Her Aether and Essence were being consumed at a prodigious rate, and even when she arrived over Rowan's palm, it took a while before she fully realized that she was now safe. With the tenacity of an immortal, she quickly reined in her shock and tried to erase her flustered appearance before her master.
Diane looked up and saw the massive figure of Rowan moving through the void that existed between universes leaving faint golden trails behind filled with such complex arcane script she could not even begin to wrap her mind around it, and only her perception as a fifth-dimensional immortal was the reason that she could see the entirety of her master, she struggled to stand to her feet,
"My Lord, I…"
Her eyes rolled in the back of her head and Diane collapsed, and a small part of Rowan nearly laughed, but mostly he was in pain. There were so many of his children that would risk life and limb in his service, but against the threat that he was challenging, they were not up to the task, and that thought solidified one of the directions he was going to be taking his Origin Land towards. The children of his who had survived the multiple calamitous events as he upgraded from a third dimension to the fifth dimension had gained lots of benefits, but he could still give them more, he could still give them a chance to reach the peak. Not all of them would be able to take this road, but for those that could, they would be able to follow him in his battles in the future.
Rowan closed his hands and sent Diane towards his main body and quickened his pace towards the battle ahead. He still had many fires to put out before this day was over, but these two, if they were not contained, their battle would spread and the universes that would be destroyed in their wake would be calamitous, there was no way Rowan would be letting this happen, and he increased the pace of his spell casting as he got closer to the battle.

The two colossal entities now the size of a material universe reached the peak of their advancement nearly at the same time, but the Seraphim was a bit faster than the dragon, and with the powers flooding inside his body that had been taken to the limit, the Seraphim was able to project a portion of its Will and Memories outward as he spoke an ancient Enochian word,
"#&-;...'"
Reality itself seemed to freeze and Vyraak who had been growing alongside the Seraphim was blasted back by an unknown force that shredded through nearly ten percent of his body and soul, this force broke the bounds of Destiny and Fate on the Seraphim and it spread out his ten thousand wings, each growing bigger than his body, his radiance so overpowering that in a million universes their entire sky was colored white.
If the Seraphim had not withheld his radiance a moment after, his light would have turned all of these universes to ash.
The spoken Enochian words were one that the Seraphim could not understand or even fully pronounce; it had simply channeled a Memory he had of hearing the voice of the Primordial Light during the height of the battle in the Primordial Era when the Primordials themselves took the field of battle.
Another great advantage that immortals from Primordial Domains had over other immortals apart from their bloodlines was when they reached higher dimensional levels, such as the sixth, there was a great possibility of calling upon the Memories of great powers in their lineage. Not all immortals would have the benefit of having a lineage that began even before the Primordial Era, except for certain rare powers like the Magus and Titans.
The Seraphim had just called upon the powers of Primordial Light from words he once heard him speak, and although this was a fraction of a fraction of the power of a Primordial, he was still using it to cross two entire dimensional barriers to fight against an eighth-dimensional immortal.
Vyraak who had been blasted backward roared in pain and anger, his multicolored body shooting out great beams of light like a rainbow, and that roar of pain turned to rage as his draconic eyes shot open, and it was burning red as if his blood was on fire, he pulled upon everything that he had inside of him, and he burned his universe, soul, Will, Fate, and Destiny,
"For my love!"
With that cry a massive shockwave erupted from his body, tearing apart the force that had been pushing him back, and the red flames from his eyes traveled down his entire body, transforming him into a dragon of red flames. From his back, two massive draconic wings like a bat erupted and as they beat in the void, they seemed to fan the flames that encircled him to burn hotter.
As if wanting to cup his claws together, Vyraak began bringing his two front claws closer together, and this act triggered the flames that were burning all over his body to rush to a single spot, the closed eye on his chest. The closed eye drank all the flame and it opened up, an aura of desolation and destruction erupting from it, as it had concentrated all the flames of rage and pain from an entire universe backed by the Will, Fate, and Destiny of an eighth dimensional immortal and it shot it out in a concentrated beam that had been amplified with everything that Vyraak had to offer.
The power seemed to instantaneously cross space and time and slammed into the Seraphim, who still possessed the required speed of thought to respond to it, and the Angel simply cocooned himself with his wings a moment before the blast reached him.
"Boom!"
The Seraphim had been reinforced with the souls of hundreds of millions of Angels, including the ones he had placed inside his dimensional space and from his Memories, and still, it was nearly not enough. In an instant, a third of his wings were vaporized, and he was being pushed back as the force of destruction acting up on him was constant, and with every moment that passed, hundreds of wings were being lost.
Connecting his Will to the vast Celestial Archive, the Seraphim had already sent down a report of everything that had transpired in this universe, in the case that he fell, there would need to be an accounting of what had happened inside this universe, and it was also an opportunity to borrow the aid of a weapon. Connecting his Will to the nearest Archon, who, despite not being able to descend to this dimensional plane, would be able to send quick assistance.
Marking the position of Vyraak clearly, he sent this data over to the Archon and he pushed everything he had to survive the next few moments.
"Desecrators of the Divine Light, today shall be the day you fall."
The wings of Seraphim were on the verge of destruction, barely a dozen left, and half of his body had begun to melt away when the heavens above the heavens opened up and a Celestial sword descended.
Crossing space and time much quicker than even the thoughts of an immortal, the sword plunged toward Vyraak who saw the blade heading for him, he roared in anger, and from his mouth, another beam of red flames blasted out towards the sword.
