The Second Girls journey in Naruto

Chapter 1: Chapter 1 - New Arrival

Everyone must have, at some point, fantasized about traveling into the world of novels and anime.

As an adult, she had once entertained such a thought, but that was long ago, back in her middle and high school years.

Yet now, against all odds, it had become a reality. She still vividly remembered the bright headlights of the truck in the final moments of her previous life.

The classic cliché—saving someone, getting hit, and reincarnating.

But honestly, being reborn didn't feel too bad.

The only issue? She was now a newborn baby and had no idea what world she had arrived in. Logically speaking, her brain shouldn't have been developed enough to think so clearly. And yet, here she was, reflecting on her situation with surprising clarity.

Shortly after birth, she could hear her parents talking. The language was unmistakably Japanese, leading her to suspect she had reincarnated into a Japanese anime world. However, she wasn't entirely sure. Her past-life Japanese skills were limited to daily conversation, making comprehension a bit difficult.

One thing she did know was her name. Every time her parents called it, they would gaze at her with warmth and affection. The sight made her smile instinctively.

Kihana Sakinoko carefully cradled the baby and beamed. Turning to her husband, Kitahara Kira, she exclaimed in excitement, "Hira! Hira! Look! She's smiling!"

Kitahara Kira smiled gently. "Really…"

Overjoyed, Kihana Sakinoko pressed the baby against her cheek. "Kawaii~ So cute."

The baby, watching this loving family, felt warmth well up in her heart. Without realizing it, a single tear slipped from the corner of her eye.

This feeling... It reminded her of the parents she had lost in her previous life.

To experience such familial love once again… It was truly wonderful.

Three Years Later

Time passed in the blink of an eye, and before she knew it, three years had gone by.

Now, she had grown into an adorable little girl. With her short hair, delicate features, and bright, intelligent eyes, she looked irresistibly cute.

Over these three years, she hadn't done anything particularly shocking. After all, as a baby, there wasn't much she could do.

But since she had nowhere else to go, she focused on learning Japanese. By now, she could fully understand her parents' conversations. She had also learned her full name—Saki Yashin.

Since she was a girl, she took her mother's surname. If she had been a boy, she would have taken her father's.

From overhearing her parents' discussions, she had also figured out where she had been reincarnated.

This was the world of Naruto.

Back in her past life, she had watched Naruto but had skipped around a lot, so her knowledge was somewhat scattered. She remembered the major events and the key figures but couldn't pinpoint the exact timeline she had landed in.

One thing she did recall, though, was that civilians in Konoha were relatively safe. As far as she could remember, civilian deaths were practically nonexistent in the anime.

Her family was entirely composed of ordinary civilians. They weren't ninjas, but they ran a well-off yakitori and dango shop.

The past three years had been peaceful and uneventful. She had assumed she wasn't born with any special abilities.

Until today.

Suddenly, her deep black eyes underwent a dramatic change. It was as if she had put in colored contact lenses. Her right eye turned a beautiful crimson, while her left eye gained a striking blue pattern.

At first, she wasn't sure what was happening. But then, her vision shifted.

She saw the world in an entirely new way—every object was covered in an intricate web of fine lines. A crushing mental pressure accompanied this vision, overwhelming her senses.

For a moment, she thought she was going insane. Quickly, she shut her eyes, and the oppressive feeling disappeared.

When she cautiously reopened them, she realized something else.

Her right eye held a mysterious energy, one that seemed to be lying dormant. Occasionally, this energy would seep out, subtly strengthening her body.

And strangely enough, she could control this energy. She could direct it, either enhancing herself or releasing it outward.

At just three years old, Kihana Saki Yashin had officially entered the age of learning.

Her parents had begun teaching her basic manners and literacy.

But Chakra?

That was nonexistent in a civilian household like hers.

Her parents, however, had started to notice something unusual about her eyes.

Thankfully, she could deactivate her right eye's ability at will. But her left eye was a different story. No matter how hard she tried, she could only suppress it for about ten seconds before the strange vision returned.

After some trial and error, she came up with a solution—blindfolds.

If she couldn't turn the eye off, she would simply cover it up.

Coincidentally, her parents had given her plenty of children's books filled with myths and legends. Many of them spoke of powerful eyes with supernatural abilities.

Inspired by those stories, Kihana Saki Yashin decided to create her own backstory.

And so, with her tiny hands on her hips, she let out an evil chuckle, already picturing herself in the future—Uchiha Madara punching Kaguya, with her standing triumphantly behind him.

She had a plan.

And it was time to set it in motion.

---------------------------------------

After a long day at work, Kihana Sakinoko and Kitahara Kira returned home, only to freeze at the sight before them.

A large, intricate magic circle was drawn in the middle of the room. Somehow, a mat had been dragged to the center, and standing atop it was their three-year-old daughter, Kihana Saki Yashin.

She flicked her short hair dramatically, bounced on her toes, and performed a series of bizarre gestures that made absolutely no sense.

Then, with a solemn expression, she clasped her hands together and spoke in a deep, authoritative voice.

"Ancient Demon God! I am the legendary savior, the chosen spokesperson of humanity! By the power of my Eye of Death, I command you to guard this land! The contract is sealed!"

She struck a dramatic pose, bending forward with one claw-like hand hovering above the blindfold covering her left eye. Her entire body trembled, and she let out a pained cry.

"Arghh! My eye—the Eye of Death! Ahhh!"

Kitahara Kira and Kihana Sakinoko immediately panicked, rushing over to scoop up their daughter.

"Yashin! What's wrong?"

"Are your eyes hurting? Do you feel sick?"

Their worried voices filled the room. Seeing their genuine concern, Yashin was instantly touched.

Forgive me, dear parents… I didn't mean to worry you!

Still, she kept up her act and looked at them with a serious face.

"Mom, Dad, I'm fine. My Eye of Death has sealed away the Great Demon God. From now on, you will be safe forever."

Her parents exchanged bewildered glances. Their eyes silently communicated.

[Husband, what's wrong with our daughter?]

[Wife, I have no idea. She's usually so smart and well-behaved...]

[Right? She started speaking at one year old and could read by two. But now...]

Sakinoko gently placed a hand on Yashin's forehead.

"No fever..."

Just as she reached for the blindfold, Yashin instinctively covered her left eye with both hands.

"No, Mom! You can't! The Eye of Death must never be seen by others! It will bring disaster!"

Sakinoko gave Kitahara Kira a meaningful look.

Understanding immediately, Kitahara Kira pulled out a small lunch box and smiled.

"Yashin, look~ I saved some three-color dango just for you."

Yashin's eyes sparkled, and for a split second, her guard dropped.

Seizing the opportunity, Sakinoko swiftly yanked off the blindfold.

"Ahh—!" Yashin let out a dramatic wail.

But then, silence.

Sakinoko blinked in surprise as she looked at her daughter's so-called Eye of Death.

It was… a drawing.

The pattern was intricate, similar to the magic circle on the floor, but the colors were dull. Upon closer inspection, it was obvious—she had drawn an eye pattern on her eyelid. The shading around it was just surprisingly realistic.

"...What?"

Realizing her trick had been exposed, Yashin panicked and quickly shut her left eye. Lowering her head, she muttered,

"My Eye of Death..."

Sakinoko let out a tired sigh, then gave her daughter a light flick on the forehead.

"Ow!" Yashin clutched her forehead and looked up at her mother with teary eyes.

"Stop playing around, Yashin."

Meanwhile, Kitahara Kira and Sakinoko began cleaning up the mess. The magic circle? Made from flour and oil.

It was a hassle to clean, but as they worked, they found the real cause of their daughter's sudden transformation—a pile of fantasy storybooks and illustrated legends.

For the first time, they felt that being too smart wasn't necessarily a good thing.

Still, they couldn't help but be impressed. Not only had their daughter memorized these stories, but she had also drawn detailed illustrations and set up an entire summoning ritual.

And she was only three years old.

Kitahara Kira and Sakinoko had never been the type to scold Yashin too harshly, so they simply let out exasperated sighs.

As they finished cleaning, they looked over to see their daughter happily munching on dango while quietly putting her blindfold back on.

"My Eye of Death..." she whispered between bites.

Sakinoko and Kitahara Kira exchanged knowing smiles.

"She's probably just upset that her 'toy' got ruined."

"Heh~ It reminds me of my childhood."

"Hah! Kira, you didn't even know what toys were at three years old."

"Of course, I did! I played with all kinds of toys!"

"Sure, sure~"

Yashin glanced at her parents as they laughed together.

Seeing them happy, she let out a tiny sigh of relief.

Phew… I passed the test.
