THE STRONGEST CREATURE OF THE BEAST PIRATES

Chapter 128: CHAPTER 128

"Bastard, who do you think I am! What are you waiting for? This battle must be fought immediately. Bring the boat over!" Jack roared.

"Uh?" Sheepshead's mouth opened wide in shock, but he dared not disobey Jack's order, fearing a harsh punishment.

Soon, a member of the Beasts Pirates shouted through a loudspeaker, "Listen up, Whitebeard remnants! Get your boat over here immediately, or Master Jack will kill every single one of you!"

On the Whitebeard Pirates' side, there was extreme anger. The Beasts Pirates had taken advantage of their weakened state and seized their territory. Shouting such provocations without Kaido present was intolerable.

Marco and the others, not being fools, had done their intelligence work before coming. They knew Kaido had returned to Wano Country. Without Kaido, even facing the All-Stars, they had a great chance of winning.

"Three disasters... No, to be precise, it's four. We need to be most cautious of the Thunder Calamity," Marco stated.

They had all seen Alastor's terrifying power during the Summit War.

"Hmph, he's just a guy who relies on speed. If he's here, I'll deal with him!" Jozu snorted. Jozu still held a grudge against Alastor for mocking him at the beginning of the Summit War. Alastor's predictions had come true: Jozu had been manipulated by Doflamingo and lost an arm to Aokiji. Of course, he was angry.

The Whitebeard Pirates' fleet approached the shore, but before they could disembark, thunder roared in the sky.

Marco's face changed slightly. "Be careful, that man is coming!"

Everyone looked up. Sure enough, a figure wrapped in lightning appeared. No, not one, but two. The second was a strange white-haired woman with dragon horns.

"That's the woman Beckman mentioned," Vista said.

"It should be," Marco's voice grew serious.

Under everyone's gaze, Alastor and Yamato descended to the ground. Sheepshead finally breathed a sigh of relief but found it strange that Alastor seemed close to Master Yamato.

Now that Alastor had reached this point, he no longer needed to conceal his relationship with Yamato. Sooner or later, there would be a confrontation with Kaido. Plus, Alastor had skipped Kaido's summon to participate in the Summit War. Kaido would surely be suspicious.

For now, Alastor and Yamato exchanged a glance, understanding each other's thoughts.

As they stood together, two powerful auras were released simultaneously, causing everyone to feel immense pressure.

It was unmistakably Conqueror's Haki!

"Two of them... Do they both have Conqueror's Haki?" The members of the Whitebeard Pirates were shocked.

Conqueror's Haki was extremely rare. Only Whitebeard and Ace possessed it in their entire crew, not even Marco.

Therefore, no one in the Whitebeard Pirates could resist the combined Conqueror's Haki of Alastor and Yamato.

"Fortunately, this level of Haki isn't enough to make too many people faint," Marco thought with relief. If Alastor and Yamato's Haki were on par with Shanks', there would be no fight. The Whitebeard Pirates would simply concede.

However, Marco's relief quickly vanished. He noticed that their Conqueror's Haki was merging, forming an even stronger and more terrifying Haki!

"Is that possible?!" Marco's expression changed drastically.

Immediately, the merged Haki swept towards the Whitebeard Pirates. The airwaves rolled and spread, shaking the heavens and earth. The pressure felt like a mountain.

Boom! Boom! Boom! Those who couldn't bear it started falling, creating a domino effect. More and more fell, leaving only a few hundred standing out of over 10,000.

The remaining hundreds were the elite of the Whitebeard Pirates. They looked at their fallen comrades, faces ashen, fear hidden in their eyes.

Such an earth-shattering display of Haki – how had this pair achieved it?

"The fusion of our Haki isn't perfect yet. It needs more power," Alastor noted, unsatisfied.

The Whitebeard Pirates, along with the Beasts Pirates led by Jack, were shocked, but Alastor remained calm.

Alastor and Yamato's combined Conqueror's Haki should have knocked down everyone except a few, like Marco. Yet, many were still standing.

"It's because you weren't concentrating during practice," Yamato said angrily.

Alastor chuckled, having faced numerous life-and-death crises during the Summit War, he had to let go at times. Fortunately, Yamato's strong physique and the mythical Zoan Devil Fruit's recovery abilities helped her stand now.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Jack walked over with heavy steps, focused on the fight, and missed the intimate relationship between Yamato and Alastor. He said gruffly, "Is that all? Wipe them out, everyone!"

"Hoo hoo hoo!"

When Alastor and Yamato unleashed their Haki, it greatly boosted the morale of the Beasts Pirates, who roared and charged. Despite only having a few hundred members, the Whitebeard Pirates still had their main captains like Marco, Jozu, Vista, and Izou. They couldn't let their father, Whitebeard, be insulted, so they jumped ashore and fought fiercely.

"Leave that Thunder God to me!" a shining figure rushed out. It was Diamond Jozu, and Alastor was his target.

"You think I don't exist?" A giant mammoth suddenly smashed onto Jozu's head. It was Jack.

Jozu turned his body into diamonds to resist Jack's attack. Diamonds, known as the hardest substance, were only cut by a few in the world. Though Jack was an ancient mammoth user, his strength and resilience outmatched Jozu's, pushing Jozu back.

"Get out of my way, drought! I'm not here for you!" Jozu roared, throwing a diamond-covered punch.

Jack, undaunted, resisted with his body. Though bleeding, he slapped Jozu hard. Jozu's lost arm weakened him, making him struggle against Jack. Finding Alastor was now impossible.

Marco knew the situation wasn't good. Even without Kaido, King, and Queen, their chances weren't high. He had underestimated the Beasts Pirates, especially Alastor and Yamato.

"I'll stall those two, but it won't be long. You need to quickly defeat the others," Marco said to Vista, Izou, and others before flying towards Alastor and Yamato.

Marco could handle two, given his phoenix abilities. In the original, he fought King and Queen, buying time for the Straw Hats.

"Let's join the battle, Izou." Vista joined the fight with two swords. Izou, a cross-dresser, wielded pistols, taking out Beasts Pirates' leaders with each shot.

"You Beasts Pirates, I will avenge Oden-sama!" Izou, from Wano and loyal to Kozuki Oden, hated the Beasts Pirates the most.

Alastor glanced at Izou, but a large blue bird blocked his view.

"Hey, don't look at others. Your opponent is me," Marco said.

"Phoenix Brand!" Marco's sharp, flame-covered claws struck Alastor's chest. Alastor didn't dodge, taking the hit and being knocked back, smashing through over a dozen trees.

[The host receives moderate damage, defense +15]

Alastor stabilized himself mid-air, touching his bruised ribs. Marco, the phoenix, was as strong as expected, but not as powerful as Alastor imagined. The Phoenix Brand only caused moderate damage.

"It seems my defense is at 15,000, and internally 30,000. Even a Yonko commander can hardly inflict serious damage."

This was good news, but not great. High bounties couldn't easily hurt Alastor, but it made increasing his defense harder. He needed to challenge the strongest in the sea. Yamato could too, but she wouldn't truly fight him, causing only moderate damage.

As these thoughts flashed through Alastor's mind, he saw Yamato swinging her Haki-covered mace at Marco, looking angry.

Alastor smiled warmly. Yamato wouldn't fight him seriously, and he couldn't either; it was just training.

"Forget it. I've fought many top fighters. If I'm prepared, I won't be cornered. Besides, I must strengthen my attack power too. Without relying on natural storms, threatening top fighters will be tough."

With these thoughts, Alastor enveloped his body in electricity.

Boom!

Thunder roared, and Alastor vanished like lightning.
