The Strongest Eriri in History

Chapter 348: Can I Cut Him Down?

After another hour or so, the Sabaody Archipelago finally appeared within Eriri and the others' field of vision.

The Voyage sped toward one of the archipelago's islands and docked in a random location.

Perhaps due to its remote nature, there were no other ships visible nearby.

The area where the Voyage had anchored was a vast expanse of green grass, with no pedestrians or buildings in sight—only a massive tree marked with the number "18" stood nearby.

Eriri made no attempt to store away the Voyage, nor did she leave anyone behind to guard it. After all, there was no need.

As soon as they set foot on the Sabaody Archipelago, everyone was immediately captivated by the island's unique and mesmerizing scenery.

"Wow, this island is so beautiful! There are bubbles everywhere!" The sight of countless bubbles rising from the ground brought bright smiles to their faces.

Even Yukino couldn't help but reach out and poke one of the slowly ascending bubbles with her finger. However, the next second, she was surprised by its unexpected durability.

Yukino's curiosity was quite strong—whenever she encountered something unfamiliar, she felt an instinctive need to understand it.

Since the bubbles were rising from the ground, she immediately extended her senses and carefully scanned everything beneath the surface of the Sabaody Archipelago.

Before long, she discovered the secret behind it.

"So this entire island is actually made from a single tree?!" Sensing the massive tree roots underground, Yukino couldn't help but exclaim in astonishment.

Glancing at Yukino's shocked expression, Eriri chuckled and said, "That's right, little Yukino. You've already sensed it? The giant tree that forms the Sabaody Archipelago is called the Yarukiman Mangrove—it's the largest red tree in the One Piece world."

"Eh? Is that true? How amazing!" Illya's eyes sparkled with excitement as she looked up at Eriri. "Then, how are these bubbles formed, Eriri-nee?"

"These bubbles are a result of the Yarukiman Mangrove's respiratory process. The roots secrete a special natural resin, which expands upon contact with air, forming these bubbles. They're surprisingly durable—so much so that people can even sit inside them without popping them."

As she spoke, Eriri casually grabbed a particularly large bubble and, without hesitation, pressed it onto Illya's head. In an instant, the bubble enveloped Illya's entire body.

Once Eriri released her hand, the bubble began floating upward again, carrying Illya into the sky.

"Hee hee! This is so much fun!" Illya giggled excitedly from inside the bubble, making no attempt to stop its ascent.

Seeing this, Reina, Sakura, and a group of other young girls eagerly followed suit, diving into nearby bubbles with excitement. Even Sayuri and a few of the more playful adults joined in, mimicking the children's antics by slipping inside bubbles of their own.

Some even experimented with layering multiple bubbles around themselves, stacking them like protective cocoons.

As they rose higher and higher, eventually surpassing the treetops, the bubbles finally reached their limit and, with a crisp pop, burst one after another.

Illya and the others, who had been inside the bubbles, plummeted from the sky.

For an ordinary person, a fall from such a height would likely result in death or at least severe injuries.

But for Illya and the others, it was nothing more than a brief thrill.

Before even considering their immense physical durability—which ensured they wouldn't sustain any injuries even if they let themselves fall freely—there was also the simple fact that they could all fly.

After landing back on the ground, Illya and the others still had excited expressions on their faces. Judging by their looks, they were clearly planning to do it again.

Eriri made no move to stop them.

However, before they could continue, she clapped her hands, drawing everyone's attention.

"As usual, you're all free to explore wherever you like, just make sure to return to the Voyage before dinner," Eriri said casually.

This had become their standard approach whenever they landed on an island. Of course, if everyone preferred to stick together, she had no problem with that either.

While a group of over forty stunning beauties walking around together would undoubtedly draw attention, Eriri wasn't the least bit concerned.

If anyone dared set their sights on them, regardless of who they were, Eriri and the others would show no mercy.

"I just saw an amusement park over there! I want to go play!" Enju Aihara, excitedly pointed toward Sabaody Park.

"Mm-hmm, Enju, I'll go with you," Tina chimed in with a soft smile.

The amusement park immediately captured the attention of the others as well. Illya and the other young girls, upon hearing about the park, instantly gave up on their idea of another bubble ride.

Since so many people wanted to go, Eriri decided that they should all head to the amusement park together first, and then split up into smaller groups afterward.

Without further delay, the group made their way toward the amusement park.

...

The Sabaody Archipelago was composed of seventy-nine giant trees, with each numbered tree marking a specific district.

Zones 1 through 29 were considered the lawless areas, teeming with pirates, human trafficking rings, and underground slave auctions. This was where Eriri and the others had landed.

The amusement park, however, was located in Zone 30-39, which wasn't too far away.

But before they could reach their destination, a minor incident occurred.

At the time, Eriri and the others had arrived in Zone 24, which was a moderately sized town with bustling streets.

More importantly, nearly all of the infamous pirates known as the Supernovas—each with a bounty of over 100 million berries—were currently gathered here.

However, the unexpected event Eriri's group encountered had nothing to do with them.

As they strolled through the streets, taking in the sights, they suddenly came upon a large group of people kneeling on both sides of the road.

In the middle of the road, a man with a bare torso, covered in wounds and bruises, was crawling forward at a sluggish pace.

Sitting on his back was an obese man dressed in an extravagant white outfit, with a resin bubble helmet encasing his head.

Snot dripped from his nose as he sneered at the suffering man beneath him, his vacant expression betraying an intelligence level as low as his grotesque features.

This repulsive man belonged to the highest social class in the One Piece world—the Celestial Dragons.

...

At this moment, the Celestial Dragon standing before them was none other than Saint Charlos, the same despicable man whom Luffy had punched in the original story, and who later even dared to set his sights on Princess Shirahoshi.

In his left hand, Charlos was holding an ice cream cone, while his right hand gripped a metal ring attached to three thick iron chains.

One chain was fastened around the neck of the man crawling pitifully on the ground, while the other two were connected to two tall, slender women.

Aside from Charlos and his three slaves, there were also three heavily armored guards following behind him, along with a man dressed in a black suit, wearing black sunglasses.

That suited man was a member of CP0, the World Government's strongest intelligence agency, stationed here to ensure Charlos's safety.

With everyone else in the crowd kneeling in submission, the sight of Eriri and her group walking casually through the street instantly drew all attention to them.

Among those kneeling were the Supernovas, who immediately recognized Eriri and her companions.

After all, they were avid readers of the newspapers, and Eriri's group had appeared multiple times in the headlines.

However, the reason behind their notoriety wasn't just their unparalleled beauty, but rather the terrifying strength they had displayed by wiping out entire pirate crews with ease.

Even so, every Supernova present believed that Eriri and her group were doomed this time.

It wasn't just about not kneeling before a Celestial Dragon; it was the fact that Eriri's beauty far surpassed that of the Pirate Empress Boa Hancock—there was no way Charlos wouldn't take an interest in them.

Among the crowd, a young woman with long, straight pink hair, heart-shaped lipstick, and a curvaceous figure sighed with regret as she watched the unfolding scene.

"What a waste… such stunning beauties, but they just had to run into a Celestial Dragon."

This woman was none other than Jewelry Bonney, captain of the Bonney Pirates, also known as the Gluttonous Woman, with a bounty of 140 million Berries.

She was wearing a light green hat, a white short-sleeved top that exposed her slender waist, and denim overalls with shorts. On her feet, she wore brown knee-high boots, giving off a striking yet rebellious vibe.

Other Supernovas had different reactions, but in the end, pirates were pirates.

Rather than feeling pity for Eriri and her group, most of them were actually filled with greed, imagining what it would be like to own such exquisite women themselves.

As for the ordinary citizens, they were simply filled with fear.

They dreaded the possibility that Eriri and her group might anger the Celestial Dragon, fearing that they too would be caught in the ensuing disaster.

But Eriri's group did not care in the slightest.

They continued to stroll through the streets, leisurely admiring the scenery, paying no attention to Charlos.

Had Charlos possessed even a shred of intelligence, he might have ignored them and continued living his privileged life.

But that was clearly impossible.

As expected, the moment Charlos laid eyes on Eriri and her companions, his pig-like eyes instantly filled with obsession, his breathing turned heavy, and drool dripped from the corner of his mouth.

"S-So... so beautiful..." Charlos muttered, his voice trembling with desire.

The very next moment, he couldn't contain himself any longer.

Without hesitation, he leaped off the back of his human mount, completely forgetting about his ice cream cone and the chains in his hands, letting them fall carelessly to the ground.

Then, with no regard for anything else, he charged straight toward the group.

The well-dressed agent standing beside Charlos had no reaction—he had already grown accustomed to such scenes. Without any sense of urgency, he simply followed behind Charlos at a leisurely pace, not the least bit worried that something might happen to him.

In his mind, there was no one in the world who would dare lay a hand on a Celestial Dragon.

However, before Charlos could even reach Eriri, he arrogantly shouted out his command:

"Hey! Starting today, all of you will be my wi—"

But before he could finish his sentence, his entire body suddenly froze in place, completely unable to move.

A dead silence swept across the street.

Both pirates and civilians alike, as well as Charlos's own guards, all looked on in confusion at this bizarre sight.

At that moment, Eriri and her companions finally stopped walking, now eyeing Charlos as if they were looking at a disgusting insect.

"So this is a Celestial Dragon? God, he's hideous."

"Yeah, seriously. He looks like some kind of livestock that hasn't fully evolved yet."

"He had the audacity to look at our master like that? We should gouge out his filthy eyes later."

"..."

Before arriving in the One Piece world, Eriri had briefly explained the world's power structure to her companions. So everyone already knew what kind of disgusting existence the Celestial Dragons were.

None of them had even a shred of respect for these so-called "nobles," and after witnessing Charlos's behavior firsthand, their disgust only deepened. Thus, none of them held back in their words, treating him with absolute contempt.

Finally, Charlos's guards realized something was wrong. The suited agent quickly rushed to Charlos's side, his face filled with concern.

"Lord Charlos! What's wrong?!" he asked anxiously.

But Charlos gave no response. The agent's expression darkened instantly.

His job was to protect Charlos, yet his charge had somehow ended up in this bizarre state, right under his nose. That filled him with both rage—and fear.

Not fear of Eriri and her companions, but fear of the punishment he might receive from the World Government for failing his duty.

"What did you do to Lord Charlos?!" the suited agent demanded, his tone menacing. "I advise you to release him immediately and turn yourselves in. Otherwise, none of you will be leaving Sabaody Archipelago alive! Do you have any idea what happens to those who offend the Celestial Dragons?!"

Had it not been for his concern for Charlos's life, he would have attacked them already.

But just because he held back didn't mean Eriri's group would do the same.

"Sis, can I cut him down?"

A cold voice rang out.

The one who spoke was Kohina, who had already drawn her twin swords. Her blood-red eyes began to glow ominously, exuding a terrifying killing intent.

The CP0 agent, a veteran of countless battles, instinctively shuddered. For the first time, true seriousness appeared on his face.

At this moment, he could no longer see Kohina as just a "little girl." Could any normal child exude such a bone-chilling aura?

No. She was a monster.

The agent tightened his stance, fully preparing for battle.

He had no idea what kind of monsters he had just provoked.
