"Alright here is the plan..." I begin after an hour of coming up with a viable strategy

"The biggest population center is in West City with millions of people and hundreds of thousands more moving in every day," I mention as I turn to look at Goku

"Goku, you will take Gohan, Bulma, Trunks, Shin, and Kibito while Piccolo, Krillin and I stay here in this base until everything has been loaded up and we go West City," I tell them as they all agree with me,"

"Now go," I order them around

I watch them leave as I resist the urge to sigh

Sure, make me the leader

Fucking hell

This was so not what I wanted but they all put it to a vote and made me the damn leader

Something about the dead cannot lead the living

"I know it's frustrating, but it's something you have to do," I hear Piccolo say next to me

"I am not sure if I am doing the right thing with sending them to West City," I tell Piccolo as Krillin looks at me

"You definitely weren't what I was expecting," He comments

"Is that supposed to help?" I ask him with a bit of humor

"Wow, you are different than those 2," He mentions again and I just sigh

"I may have their memories but I am my own person with my own identity..." I tell him before Piccolo cuts me off

"That's something that I was expecting," Piccolo says cutting me off

"What?' I ask curiously

"You being your own person, I am not sure to what extent your memories show of me. But, my father gave birth to me as he was being defeated by Goku. He meant for me to be a reincarnation of himself," He says as I didn't actually remember that, or maybe I did but those memories were sent to the back of my mind once I adjusted to this body

"My father gave me his memories and they shaped a lot of my childhood. When I first fought Goku, I truly believed that I was him. But after I began training and spending time with Gohan I realized that I was my own person, I didn't have to be shaped by those memories and I began to focus on making new ones that WOULD shape who I am," He tells me and as he finishes I feel slightly calmer as even though I know that I am different from Goku and Vegeta, I still have some of their habits

For one, I never really scratched the back of my neck as that is a habit that Goku has when he is confused and I never really crossed my arms and seemed like I was talking down to someone.

That is something Vegeta did

Even if I have my own habits, some of them still come through

"What else helped you?" I ask him even if our situations differ, I am still me

This body WAS made to be a clone of Goku and Vegeta, I was the fortunate or unfortunate soul that was dragged into this body and took over

"Time helped me, I know that our circumstances differ but I want you to know that you are not alone," he says while I stare at him as realization sets in

"You fused with Kami didn't you?" I ask him as he smirks

Well...damn

Oh well, I was already planning on going to New Namek anyway

"I feel like I owe you a debt for training Gohan," Piccolo says out of the blue

"There is no debt between us, Earth is my home too," I tell him as we stare at each other for a bit

Piccolo gives me a small nod

"How long is this going to take?" Krillin asks as he watches the workers set up everything

"I don't know but I am glad that we are..." I stop as I feel a baleful aura spread around the planet yet it wasn't but I know enough to that...

"That was magic," Piccolo confirms

"I can't sense the other" Krillin comments as I then start trying to find them

"What do we do now..."

"I am here Shin," Piccolo says out loud and he seems to pay attention to Shin's voice in his head for a bit

After a few minutes, Piccolo turns to us

"Shin says that the Babidi has covered the Earth in a type of blanket that makes it near impossible to sense others using Ki while Magic is capable of piercing through it, but the energy required for it makes it something we can only use in emergencies,"

"Not just that," I say before bringing out a communicator to contact Bulma

I take an earpiece from my pocket

"Bulma can you hear?" I ask pressing a finger to the earpiece and I feel relief as Bulma's voice comes through

"Yeah, we are still making our way over to West City," She tells me

"Alright, we have two methods of contact, keep this channel open, once we have everything here, we'll regroup with you all," I tell her

"Keep your guards up, with this spreading all over the planet we might get ambushed, even if we are not we would be fools if we weren't prepared," Piccolo tells us as we nod

"Let's go to the hangar, Piccolo," I turn to him

"You are with me, we are going to watch the exit Krillin there are 41 people gathering and loading everything up, stay at the entrance of the hangar, here is a list of people that you need to make sure to load up once we are ready to leave," I tell him giving him the list

"Alright," He says as we move

I can only hope that we can deal with Majin Buu...

#GOKU POV#

"What happened here on Earth?" Shin asks as we fly to Capsule Corp

I close my eyes as I see the destruction the androids left behind

An entire town destroyed

I even saw the bodies that were left behind

What hit me the hardest was seeing 2 skeletons with their arms around a smaller one

Even though Gohan and the others defeated them, I am sad and angry at everything that they put my family through

So much wanton destruction and for what

Their own sick amusement

Cold fury spreads through my chest

I can only ever recall being so furious at someone

The last time was when I fought Frieza

When he came to Earth again, I didn't hesitate

I ended him along with his twisted father

"These androids...they were defeated by you and the others?" Shin asks Gohan as I pay attention to them

Well that's annoying

Not being able to sense their energy

"Yeah, we ended them," He says but I catch something in his voice as he says

He is lying or at least keeping something to himself

I am his father it's easy to know these things

Shin stops flying as he looks around

"What is it?" I ask getting closer to him along with the others

"Babidi is able to tell our general location through this smoke, we must make haste so that I can pinpoint his own location...
