This Naruto is A Bit Too Evil

Chapter 22: Chapter 22 Training Ground 3

"You want that Uchiha's eyes? Your current strength isn't quite enough for that."

Kurama said, pouring cold water on Naruto's plans, though it was the truth.

"Kurama, after being sealed for so many years, you still don't understand how Ninja Battles work?" Naruto replied, somewhat exasperated, 'This big fox really didn't use its brain.'

"What do you mean?" Kurama asked, confused.

"Ninja Battles are all about information warfare." Naruto explained.

In battles between Ninja, information plays a crucial role. Just look at how even Madara Uchiha, after becoming the Six Paths, could still have his heart ripped out.

"Right now, I have all the information on Uchiha Shisui, but he knows nothing about my Mangekyo's Dojutsu. So, in this situation, the advantage is mine."

"Where the hell did you get all this information from?" Kurama asked, baffled, 'This brat had obviously been training nonstop, so how did he know so much about the Ninja World?'

"Never mind that, Kurama."

"Besides, I don't even need to deal with Uchiha Shisui myself. The old men in Konoha will take care of him. I just need to swoop in and pick up the pieces."

"Pick up the pieces? You mean someone in Konoha will take out that Uchiha?" Kurama's expression was incredulous. "That's the Mangekyo Sharingan we're talking about. Are the higher-ups in Konoha really that stupid?"

"His Mangekyo's Dojutsu is called Kotoamatsukami. It allows him to manipulate others without them realizing it, permanently and completely altering their thoughts and will," Naruto said, idly snapping a pair of chopsticks.

"Those old guys aren't stupid, they're terrified. No matter how strong Shisui's belief in the Will of Fire is, as long as he possesses that absurd ability, the higher-ups in Konoha will never trust him."

"Your fate is only safe when it's in your own hands."

"Is that why you said that earlier?" Kurama suddenly recalled the words Naruto had spoken before leaving.

'Naivety and foolishness would lead that Uchiha to his death at the hands of Konoha's higher-ups, and without the Mangekyo Sharingan, the Uchiha Clan would be completely eradicated by Konoha's leadership.'

Naruto grinned. "So, we just need to swoop in and pick up the pieces. Maybe we can even take out a few Anbu members while we're at it."

Kurama fell silent, and Naruto quickly finished the cups of instant noodles on the table.

After lounging on the couch for a while, Naruto felt restless. The rare moment of relaxation made him feel uneasy after being in a constant state of intense training.

'Well, might as well go train.'

He sprang up from the couch with a kip-up.

He rummaged through his bedroom for some loose, breathable clothes, not caring if they were dirty. With the Nine-Tails' Chakra, even bugs wouldn't dare get close to him.

Soon, Naruto, dressed in a white T-shirt and black shorts, was ready to head out.

But as soon as he opened the door, a wrinkled, gaunt old face appeared before him.

'He came prepared!'

The thought flashed through Naruto's mind as he greeted the man with a smile.

"Good morning, Sandaime-sama!"

Hiruzen's smile faltered for a moment as he glanced at the sun high in the sky.

'Good morning?'

"Why did you wake up so late today, Naruto-chan?" Hiruzen asked, his tone gentle.

Naruto kept smiling. "I was planning to take the day off, but I felt like I can't leave regrets in my youth, so I decided to go train instead."

Hiruzen's eye twitched, and he almost lost his composure. Naruto's demeanor just now had reminded him far too much of a certain Konoha Jonin, especially with those gleaming teeth shining in the sunlight.

"Naruto-chan, the village has been a bit unstable lately. How about taking a break until the Academy opens?"

Hiruzen suggested with fatherly tone, 'Although the mysterious figure seemed to be after Kekkei Genkai, there was still a chance they might target the Jinchuriki.'

Hearing this, Naruto looked curious. "Did something happen in the village?"

Hiruzen nodded and said worriedly, "There's a bad person in the village recently. Grandpa is worried they might try to harm you, Naruto-chan."

'Huh?'

It was only then that Naruto realized the 'unstable factor' was actually him.

'It seemed Shisui hadn't revealed my identity as an Uchiha. If he had, the fact that an Uchiha was stealing Kekkei Genkai from a fellow villager would have completely destroyed any chance of reconciliation between the Uchiha Clan and Konoha.'

'So, Shisui wanted to deal with me alone?'

"Don't worry, Sandaime-sama. I'm not weak anymore. If any bad guys try to mess with me, I'll knock them out." Naruto said, flexing his fist.

But Hiruzen could only smile wryly, 'If even Uchiha Shisui couldn't handle the enemy, there was no way you, who was at best Chunin-level, could.'

Hiruzen wanted to refuse, but he didn't want to upset Naruto. In the end, he settled on a compromise.

"In that case, how about you train at the village's training grounds?"

"Training grounds?" Naruto hadn't heard of them before.

Hiruzen smiled, then gestured to an Anbu member nearby, and said, "The village's training grounds are special areas where shinobi can practice Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, and other Ninja Skills. There are forty-four of them in Konoha. You can train whatever you want there. Would you like to go?"

After listening to Hiruzen's introduction, Naruto's eyes became brighter and brighter, 'There was such a good place in the small Konoha?'

"Yes, yes!"

The Anbu member Hiruzen had signaled earlier returned and reported, "Sandaime-sama, Training Ground 3 is currently empty."

Hearing this, Hiruzen nodded and said: "In that case, you can take Naruto there."

"Yes."

When Naruto arrived, he realized that Training Ground 3 was the same place where Team 7 would later have their bell test.

The area was vibrant and full of life, with a small river cutting through the forest.

"You can train here from now on."

After saying this, the Anbu member disappeared without waiting for Naruto's response.

Naruto didn't mind and instead turned his gaze toward the river.

There, he saw a figure with silver hair.

"Hey, One-Eyed Uncle!"
