Villain MMORPG: Almighty Devil Emperor and His Seven Demonic Wives

Chapter 749: Ugh, My OCD…

Villain Ch 749. Ugh, My OCD…

Allen cleared his throat, drawing their attention back to the task at hand. "So, any other ideas? Except for seducing her?" he asked, his tone laced with a hint of amusement. He glanced around at his companions, waiting for their input.

"I mean, let's say I did it," Allen continued, "but wouldn't that just make her wonder why I did it? She'd be suspicious of me," he explained, dismissing the idea of seduction as impractical and risky.

"Not to mention," Allen added, "she'd probably ask me to go online and maybe even accompany her on a hunt. There's no way I can avoid that. I won't be able to join the hunt with you guys and have to go online as Al," he concluded, shaking his head at the thought of the potential consequences.

Jane's disappointment was palpable as she considered Allen's words. "You have a point there," she admitted, her voice tinged with regret.

The group fell into a contemplative silence, each lost in their own thoughts as they considered their options.

"Hmm…" They hummed in unison, the sound punctuating the air as they fell into a thoughtful silence. The gears in their heads turned, each of them grappling with the problem at hand. But despite their best efforts, a solution remained elusive.

"Should we just wait until tomorrow?" Larissa finally suggested, her tone tinged with resignation. It was clear that they were all running out of ideas, and the prospect of delaying their quest further was far from ideal.

"I guess that's the best option," Zoe agreed, her exhale carrying the weight of surrender. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but they knew they were running out of alternatives.

"But what if she's not online again?" Bella interjected, her frustration bubbling to the surface. She pulled up her user interface, displaying the holographic killing list in front of her. "I mean, look at this!" she exclaimed, pointing to the list where all but one name appeared in gray, indicating that they were deceased.

"She's the only player who hasn't died on our list, and we can't take on the quest to create another equipment until this one is completed," she added, her voice tinged with exasperation.

"Ugh, my OCD*," Alice grunted, her frustration evident as she struggled with the incomplete quest. Her brow furrowed in concentration, a grimace crossing her face.

"What if she won't be online anymore? What if she really drops the game?" Vivian's voice trembled with anxiety as she voiced her worst fears. The thought of losing VirtualValkyrie, their key to completing the quest, sent a shiver down her spine. Read new adventures at empire

But Shea was quick to offer reassurance, her voice steady and calming. "If that happens, we can go to the game developer and ask them to replace VirtualValkyrie with another target," she reminded them, her words injecting a sense of hope into the conversation.

Zoe's suggestion brought a new perspective to the table, her practicality shining through amidst the chaos. "Should we end the player hunt and go back to grinding our level?" she proposed, her tone thoughtful as she considered their options.

Allen, resigned to the reality of their situation, nodded in agreement. "I think that's the best option right now," he admitted, a hint of disappointment coloring his voice. The prospect of abandoning their quest was disheartening, but with VirtualValkyrie's absence looming over them, they had little choice but to adapt and move forward.

With a collective sigh, the group resolved to shift their focus back to leveling up, putting their quest on hold until they could devise a new plan of action. It was a temporary setback.

"You know I have an idea!" Jane suddenly exclaimed, her hands shooting up in excitement like fireworks on New Year's Eve. The sudden outburst caught the attention of everyone in the room, their curious gazes turning toward her like magnets to metal.

Allen leaned forward with a quizzical expression. "Yes, Jane?" he prompted, inviting her to share her thoughts.

But Shea couldn't resist interjecting with a note of skepticism. "Ideas for our hunting place or that seducing thing?" she asked, her frown deepening as she expressed her doubts.

Jane's grin widened, undeterred by Shea's skepticism. "That seducing thing," she confirmed, lowering her hand but not her enthusiasm.

Vivian, her brow furrowed in confusion, couldn't help but voice her skepticism. "I thought that conversation was over, and we all agreed it wouldn't work," she remarked, her tone tinged with frustration.

But Jane, fueled by her unwavering belief in her idea, shook her head adamantly. "No, it will work. Hear me out," she urged, excitement bubbling in her voice as she launched into her explanation. "You just need to seduce her and make her come online. If she asks you to accompany her, just go online as Al. That's not a problem," she concluded, her eyes sparkling with conviction.

"Let me guess," Shea began in a skeptical tone, her eyes narrowing as she fixed her gaze on Jane. "After that, Allen will bring her to us and pretend to be separated or something with him. We will ambush her along with Allen who has turned into his devil emperor form. Is that your plan?" she concluded, her skepticism palpable in her voice and demeanor.

Larissa wasted no time in analyzing the potential flaws in Jane's plan. "It's too cliché, and the chances of getting caught are too high," she pointed out, tapping her index finger thoughtfully under her lips as she considered the risks. "VirtualValkyrie's speed is above Elio's. Not to mention her cunning fighting style. That's too dangerous," she concluded, her tone serious and calculated.

Zoe chimed in with her own assessment of the situation. "She's not a fool either," she added, her voice calm and measured. "The battle between a player and villains will attract many other players' attention. That wouldn't be possible if Allen didn't realize the villains were attacking her," she reasoned, highlighting the potential consequences of their actions.

Bella offered a suggestion of her own. "We could ambush her, though," she proposed, her voice hopeful as she searched for a solution to their dilemma.

"But what if we don't succeed in killing her in the first ambush?" Alice interjected, her tone carrying a note of disapproval. The prospect of failure didn't sit well with her, and she voiced her concerns with a furrowed brow.

Jane winced at their response, realizing the ambiguity in her earlier statement. "Uh, that's not what I meant," she clarified quickly, her cheeks flushing with embarrassment.

Vivian seized upon Jane's words. "Then what?" she prompted, her curiosity piqued as she awaited Jane's explanation.

Jane took a deep breath, gathering her thoughts before responding. "As long as we're in the same area, the kill still counts for all of us, right?" she proposed, her voice tinged with certainty. "Even if some of us don't deal damage to the target," she added, driving home her point.

The realization dawned on the group, and they exchanged knowing looks.
