"Sorry for getting agitated, Sister Xue'er." Zhou Weiqing apologized to Shangguan Xue'er and retreated his heavenly jewels.

The latter took a sigh of relief and nodded her head.

"Hey, brat. Just how old are you? How do you reach peak Heavenly Emperor at such a young age?" Shangguan Tianyue took a deep breath and asked. Anyone could notice that he was visibly shaken with his forehead drenched in sweat.

The strength of our naughty Little Fatty really took the Vice Palace Master of the Heavenly Expanse Palaby surprise.

Zhou Weiqing grinned and raised his head provocatively. "There is always a difference between a real genius and a self-proclaimed one."

Shangguan Tianyue felt his facial muscles twitching as the sarcasm was clearly heard in his voice. He opened his mouth to say something to refute but nothing came out in the end since the words of Zhou Weiqing held the universal truth.

But he still couldn't keep his cool under the taunt and smiled coldly.

"No matter how much of a genius you are, this is ZhongTian Empire. Just one signal and you will be captured in a matter of seconds."

"Then do it." Zhou Weiqing replied instantly, filled with confidence. "Let's do it and then we will see who among us will lose the most. I am confident of retreating without a scratch with Bing'er and then we will tell everything you say and do to Mother-in-law. Let's see if she will ever let you get close to your daughter then. Hehe..."

"You!" Hearing his threat, a tick mark appeared on Shangguan Tianyue's forehead. He had never felt such humiliation before in his life.

"Stop it, Father. Have some dignity. You are the Vice Palace Lord." Shangguan Xue'er spoke in her icy voice. "And if you dare to move against Third Sister and Weiqing, then I will raise my sword against you."

"Xue'er..." Shangguan Tianyue was startled by his dear daughter's words.

Shangguan Xue'er ignored her father's wronged face and addressed Zhou Weiqing. "And you! Stop taunting, Father, or else..."

"I am sorry, Elder Sister." Zhou Weiqing immediately did a 180 and apologized with a 90° bow.

"Fufufu... it seems something fun is happening here."

However, just a that moment, a spatial fluctuation occurred on the 4th floor of the Consolidating Equipment Pavilion.

Everyone including Shangguan Tianyue, Zhou Weiqing, and both Shangguan sisters turned their heads toward it, only to see a young woman in her thirties walking out from the giant spatial gate. She had a head full of blue hair and her enchanted figure was wrapped into a beautiful blue outfit that highlighted all her curves.

"Xian..." Shangguan Tianyue could not help but call out softly, his eyes brimming with gentleness and affection.

Tang Xian was covering her mouth with her hand, hiding a playful smile. She gazed upon everyone on the floor before her eyes rested on Shangguan Bing'er. She covered the distance in a flash and wrapped her daughter in her embrace.

"Are you alright, Bing'er? Did your stupid old man scare you?"

"M-Mother... w-what are you doing here?" Shangguan Bing'er asked in shock.

Even Zhou Weiqing and Shangguan Xue'er were dumbfounded at her appearance since they had no prior knowledge of her arrival.

Tang Xian giggled and said. "It was the stupid Sect Master who informed me that you're coming here so I got worried and quickly came here. Knowing your stubborn old man, he will definitely scare you with his idiotic face."

"Xian, don't say that." Shangguan Tianyue muttered gently.

Right at that moment, a dozen or so people rushed up and down the stairs, reaching them before surrounding Tang Xian.

"Who are you? How dare you intrude in the ZhongTian Empire and that too in the presence of the Second Palace Master?"

"Oh, really?" Tang Xian smiled and glanced at Shangguan Tianyue. "You want to capture me too, huh?"

"Misunderstanding... Misunderstanding!"

Shangguan Tianyue shuddered and quickly waved his hands. He inwardly cursed at those people. It was a rare chance for him to correct his mistake and get together with his other half.

He turned toward those people and roared at the top of his lungs. "Get out! You people are not needed here."

"But Second Palace Master..."

"Just get lost!" He shouted anxiously.

Shangguan Xue'er sighed and explained to them the identity of the lady.

The group of guards was left speechless and quickly bowed before retreating in fear of getting whooped by the Second Palace Master.

"Xian, actually this, I..." Shangguan Tianyue tried to explain but Tang Xian cut him off. She looked at Shangguan Xue'er and patted her head.

"Xue'er, be a dear and take your sister and this troublemaker out of here. I have some private matter to take care of." Tang Xian smiled gently but anyone could notice the hidden anger in her voice.

Shangguan Xue'er sighed and nodded her head. She signaled both Zhou Weiqing and her sister Bing'er who immediately followed her out.

"It seems Uncle is going to be miserable." Zhou Weiqing commented. He then held Bing'er's soft hand and said happily. "At least my Bing'er is not like that. Thank God!"

Shangguan Xue'er snorted while Bing'er smiled lightly and said. "Hmph! You better don't learn the example of your Master. You are not him. If you dare you do something like that then I will..."

She made a cutting gesture with her two fingers with a cold smile.

Zhou Weiqing shuddered and quickly covered his crotch, shaking his head continuously.

"Hahaha..." Shangguan Xue'er could not help but laugh. Her character had also undergone a change and she had become very free from the teachings of her master as she could now express her emotions more clearly than previously where she always liked to act cold toward everyone.

She stopped after a few seconds and asked. "So, where do you want to go? Let me take you guys there..."

"Then let's go and look around the city. How about Senior Sister introduces us to her favorite places around here?"

"Come then..." Shangguan Xue'er led the two of them...
