Shinju stood on top of the light pole, smiling as he spread his arms and took in a deep breath. It was day, and the sun shone down on the village, a cool breeze licking his skin.

"I love this wind, it is so much fresher than it was in my world"

The wind in this world is as fresh as it can be, with no pollution, or any of that stuff, Shinju smiled as he leapt off the pole, landing on the bustling streets.

No one even batted an eye at what he did since every day they see stuff like that from other Shinobi's.

"Mommy! Look, that ninja jumped down from there!"

A kid tugged at his mother's skirt as he pointed at Shinju walking away, his eyes hone with a light, and he smiled as he sucked on his finger.

Shinju looked back and winked at the kid before he vanished from the spot, his body was now jumping on top of the buildings, and a few minutes later he was in front of the Hokage Tower.

Shinju entered the tower and flashed his badge to the receptionist, who immediately called the Hokage. A few seconds later, he got permission to enter the Hokage's office.

Hiruzen looked up as Shinju entered the room, and he smiled seeing that he was not injured.

"Shinju, I am glad you are okay, how did the mission go?"

Shinju nodded and he reached behind him, taking the scroll that his clone wrote, he put it on the table of the Hokage, who took it and opened it.

A minute later, Hiruzen closed the scroll, and he was shocked as he looked at Shinju.

"The head of Kakuzu is here too"

Strapped to his back, a bloody bag containing the head of Kakauzu was handed over to Hiruzen.

"Hokage-Smaa, what do you think the mission and the information I gathered are worth?"

Shinju finally cracked a smile, and he asked with a smile on his face, Hiruzen felt his forehead sweat as he looked at Shinju smiling while holding a head in a bag.

Shinju included some information in the report as well, like how the Akatsuki is made up entirely of S-rank rogue ninjas, and how they were collecting more S-rank rogues.

"Congratulations on completing another S-rank Mission, the reward is 2.5 Million Ryo, and you can request a Ninjutsu"

Hiruzen smiled as he saw Shinju open his eyes in surprise, Shinju did not think that he would be granted a Ninjutsu request, but he was not disappointed.

"Hokage-Sama, I would like the ninjutsu, Flying Thunder God"

If you get the opportunity, no one should choose anything else, except if they are not able to learn it, but Shinju does not have such a problem as not being able to learn things.

"Are you sure? This technique is extremely hard, and you might not be able to learn it"

Hiruzen said with surprise, but he was actually happy that Shinju chose that technique, if he managed to learn it, the world would once again have a yellow flash, an even better version.

Shinju nodded, and Hiruzen snapped his finger, in a few minutes later, a ninja entered with a scroll, it had a seal on it, and no one hat was not an expert in seals could unlock it.

Hiruzen took the scroll, and he started making seals above the scroll, this went on for a few more minutes, and the seals on the scroll started to glow a light before they receded into the scroll.

"Here, read it and remember it, take as much time as you need"

Shinju nodded, and he opened the scroll, a few minutes later, he read it once, and he heard a notification in his mind.

Shinju felt the knowledge inside his mind, and he could use it, but he could also not use it, since he did not have a seal made.

Shinju felt his excitement fade a little bit, but he was not worried as he could just learn seals, he closed his eyes and then opened them as he handed the scroll back to the Hokage.

Outside of the Hokgae tower, Shinju sighed, but a smile made it onto his face, he was 2.5 million Ryo richer, and an S-rank technique better, so he should be happy.

"I don't trust the bank of this world, so I need a place where I can store my money and sword"

Shinju looked at the bag in his hand, it was filled with gold coins equal to 2.5 million Ryo, he did not store it in the Konoha Bank, since he did not trust it.

"I should learn storage seal making"

With a body flicker, Shinju entered the Library, and he flashed his ID card, which now had a huge SS rank on it, meaning he had Jonin's authority inside the library.

Shinju entered the third floor of the library, and 2 jonins were guarding the entrance into the room, he showed them his card, and he was let inside the room.

Inside the room, there were only 7 shelves, 5 for elemental jutsus, 1 for other jutsus without an element, and the 7th for Seals.

Shinju ignored the elemental jutsus and walked towards the sealing shelf, there he searched for a beginner-level Seal book, and he read through it before he gained the level 1 skill.

"So I just need to write with a chakra brush to level the skill up?"

Shinju left the library, and then he went and brought a chakra brush, it has ik that you can infuse with chakra, but it was just for beginners since above that level, you can create seals from chakra.

Shinju entered the library again, and he took out a stack of papers, as he sat down and started writing on it, he infused chakra into the brush, and he started writing on it, in English.

Shinju continued for hours, and once he ran out of papers, he respawned and started again, his skill level improving, but not as fast as he would have liked.

Seals are one of the hardest shinobi skills, and it shows that to raise a single level, he needs to spend an hour writing, not as fast as any of the other things he learned.

Soon, Shinju respawned for the 20th time, and he let out a sigh of boredom, he was not tired since he took a nap every once in a while.

"Damn, I spent 5 days inside this library... But it was worth it"

This was not to say he knew every single seal, but that he is just that good at it now, he still needs to know the way to create seals and stuff like that.

Standing up, he went and took out another book, this was for people that finished the first book, and it was simple seals, like storage seals, and silencer seals.

Shinju repeated everything again.
