In recent days, the San Giorgio Maggiore Church had been on a break, so the church was empty. Diavolo had chosen this place to receive his daughter, who was being escorted by Bucciarati's team.

Of course, Diavolo's intention in receiving his daughter wasn't to protect her—it was to kill her.

His reasoning was that his daughter, sharing his bloodline, could potentially be used to trace his whereabouts.

While it might sound far-fetched, in the JOJO world, his concerns were entirely justified.

The bloodline connections in the JOJO world are incredibly strong, with the Joestar family's ties running through the plot from Parts 1 to 6.

As Zuke pondered Diavolo's situation, he took a small boat to San Giorgio Maggiore Island.

After all, this was Venice, the city of water, and boats were plentiful. Zuke spent a little money to rent a speedboat and arrived at the small island, which was dominated by the church.
