Almighty Father System

Leo didn't sleep on the plane, he began to copy all the things that he received in the reward to the computer. In the next three hours of flight, Leo wrote the codes and the plans for structural and the neural connections between the brain and the prosthetic. Then he wrote down the formula of brain regenerative medicine that he was given upon gathering evidence against Hayley Prestige.

By the time he reached home, the sun was about to set. Leo opened the door, and found the house to be very silent. He frowned, but then suddenly he heard a small bell, Momo had come up to him. Leo bent down and picked the feline in his arm as he scratched the back of her head and said, "Are we alone here tonight, Momo?"

Just then he heard a car parking behind him, and a little figure dashed over and he instinctively bend a little to catch the streak of honey blonde in his arm. Lily hugged him like a koala and she said softly, "Welcome Home."

Leo smiled as he let out a heavy breath and replied, "Thank you my love, have you been good these days?"

Lily nodded, but she still stuck her cheek against his. Leo spotted Snow and Anastasia coming over with tired expressions on their faces. He asked, "What got you both so tired?"

Snow shook her head and said, "These past few days, although the stock price was climbing, there have been a few people who are saying that we are monopolizing the market and using our charitable actions to gain more leverage on the society."

They all moved in and Leo said, "Kyle, go and take rest, follow up on the situation of the rest and give me a report in the morning."

Kyle nodded and then he left after greeting Jock and the rest who were curious as to where they had gone. Leo cradled Lily in his arms as they sat in the living room. Clara Rouge came over with water and asked if they wanted to have Tea. Lily asked, "Ma, can I have some oranges?"

Snow nodded and said, "Aunt Clara will get you some, go along with her to the kitchen."

Lily pouted, she wanted to stay with Leo, but she was smart and knew that her mother probably wanted to ask him a few sensitive things so she turned to look at Leo and held his face in her palms as she pecked his cheek and said, "Baba, I will be back in two minutes, please don't go anywhere."

Leo could sense the fear of his absence radiating from her voice and so he replied with a heavy tone and a warm smile, "I will be here, I promise."

He kissed her forehead as she reluctantly left. Snow waited for Lily to be out of the earshot and asked, "Did you go and wreak a warlord territory in that god forsaken Barren Sea Desert?"

Leo nodded without any intention to hide anything, and Snow opened her eyes wide, as she asked, "Did you have to kill wantonly?"

Leo shook his head and replied, "I acted with a team and we only made a move when it was necessary, also, the person we targeted was the one responsible for the huge drug operation across the world, and he was funding the news channel that targeted us the last time. Another thing that you need to know is that the reporters of that channel had been doing these things often and specifically against the people who had been making a charitable missions.

They blackmail money from people like us, and then use the charities to launder their own money as well. I didn't wish to let them have it that easy, and so, I made a move."

Snow and Anastasia didn't know what to say. Leo said, "You can check the news, it should be broadcasted on the TV about now."

Snow nodded, and said, "I am glad that you came back safe."

Leo smiled faintly and didn't say anything else, because he knew that she was criticizing him earlier because she was worried that he walked through the shower of bullets. However, Leo didn't mind it.

As they finished talking, Lily came back holding two round oranges. Leo smiled and picked her up in his arms and had her sit in his lap and then the two began to talk about the things they did in the past three days.

Leo didn't look like the person who had just sent almost a few dozen people to meet the god of death, he looked like a child who was peeling orange for his playmate and they were giggling and chuckling over the silly things that Lily told him about. The warmth of the scene radiated through the house.

Snow took out her phone and sneakily took a video. Leo was carefully peeling the orange and then telling Lily about how she could handle things better at school, and her friends, before he fed the piece of orange to her. Lily would close her eyes if the piece was tangy and smile brightly if it was sweet.

She looked so adorable that Snow sighed and said enviously, "I want to eat the orange as well."

The pair of father and daughter looked at her in unison, and then they exchanged a glance before peeling a piece each and bringing it to her mouth. Snow was surprised that the two of them didn't team up against her. She accepted the oranges and ate it with relish.

After the hearty session, Leo went on to take a shower, and Lily went in to change her clothes as well. Leo cooked a meal for Lily and the rest and before going to bed, they had a little piano lesson as well.

Leo came to his room, he cradled Snow's waist and then he fell asleep. He was so tired that falling asleep didn't need much convincing. Snow smiled at him, and then she recalled the video they had made, she picked up her phone and uploaded the small clip on the social media platform called Mygram.

The next day, life progressed as usual, but Leo had called Marian Grisha, and asked her if the dresses were all ready? Marian replied, "Yes, when do you intend to get married?"

Leo replied, "I will inform you of the date soon, but the venue is the Lickey Land park in Jade Country. So can you go out for me and shop out dresses for the flower bearing girls and the best man and the bridesmaids?"

Marian replied, "I have already finished all that, you need to reimburse me."

Leo replied, "Alright, send me the bills."

Marian agreed and the call was disconnected. At this moment, Percie came in to his office, followed by an elderly man. Leo stood up from his chair and invited them over to the couch as he served the water for the old man before asking him if he would like tea or coffee. The old man shook his head and replied, "Sir, what can I do for you?"

Leo smiled and replied, "Mister Mycra, I heard that a few years ago, the Dawn Medico Company had gained a license and permission for prosthetic development?"

The old man nodded and replied, "Yes, Sir. We did gain the license but the technicians and the doctors involved were all gradually bought out by the rival companies. We had a good base, and a nice research but we could not achieve the desired result so decided to shelf the project indefinitely."

Leo nodded, then he slid over a dossier and said, "You are a doctor, and a very well versed neurosurgeon as well. These documents are from a new project that I came up with a few months ago. The information is about an advanced prosthetic that can really change the lives of the people. So, can you take a look at this? Also, inside the dossier is the trial application for a medicinal formula that might change the perception people have about brain degenerative diseases."

Doctor Mycra was shocked, but he quickly picked up the file and began to read the whole thing in silent. After a few minutes, he gulped and looked at Leo as he said, "Sir, are you sure you want to proceed with these?"

Leo nodded and asked, "Is it bad?"

Doctor Mycra shook his head and replied, "I hope you can arrange a good security until we have the results on these two projects, because I don't want a repeat of the past."

Leo smiled and said, "You don't have to worry, I will handle this myself."

Doctor Mycra stood up and bowed as he said, "I am going to thank you for giving this out so selflessly. I will assure you, that as soon as the security is arranged."

Leo nodded and then he made a call to Simon Silence, and everything was arranged. The new team of Doctor Mycro was all young people who were driven by helping the society and Leo stuffed them with enough money that they didn't feel the need to cheat.

What he didn't know was that he didn't only create waves in the field of medicine, but also business. Many people were wondering how the giant of media fell overnight, and this all happened after the reporter targeted Lily Cardinal. They couldn't help but think that Leo made a move in all this, and they all decided that if they have to face Leo, they should stay away from his daughter.

People were now afraid of Lily, who sensed this in the school, because many children told her that their grandparents or parents have told them to be careful when approaching Lily. This pissed off the young girl and that evening she said, "I don't want to go to school!"
