Anime Lottery System

With our newest crew member aboard, our voyage was now bolstered by the sounds of beautiful music as we sailed across the sea. Even though the others had told me repeatedly that it wasn't a priority to get a musician for our crew, I didn't see any of them complaining now that we had on of the best singers in the world join us on our adventures.

"So Bell, how are you feeling about your decision to join us now that you've been with us for a while now?" I asked.

"It's been wonderful! There's so many things I've had the opportunity to experience for the first time. It's always been a dream to have an adventure exploring the sea." She replied.

"It's the same for me and Yuma, we set out with the dream of having a fun adventure sailing around the world, it's good to see you're going to fit in around here."

Jack then came up to me and handed me the transponder snail. "It's Navy HQ, they say they have an assignment for us." He said.

"Eh, yeah I'll hear them out at least." I said. In my time as a Warlord I'd pick and choose the assignments I agreed to go on. If the pirates they wanted to send me after seemed like actual villains then I'd accept. If not I'd ignore them. The assignment this time around was to defeat the infamous Blue Rose pirates. The rap sheet on these guys seemed pretty bad.

"Apparently these pirates are an army of undead warriors who are lead by someone the Navy refers to as "The Witch Queen". I guess that's what they call their captain, I guess it's a woman, but somehow even naval intelligence doesn't know her real name or even what she looks like." Jack told me.

"Undead warriors led by a Witch Queen? I have to say their name makes them sound a lot more pleasant. That being said these definitely sound like the kinda guys we should take out." I said as I gave the order to head towards the coordinates the Navy gave us.

Apparently, a Navy detachment had tracked them down and were waiting for us to arrive before attacking. When we arrived I met with the Navy captain. We then made a plan to attack them at night to catch them off guard. I personally thought it didn't make sense to attack an army of supposedly undead soldiers at night, but I didn't think that I'd matter either way so I didn't make any sort of protest.

We launched our assault on their base as planned and the navy soldiers were having a relatively easy time against opponents that didn't seem much like they were either undead or even warriors. This made me curious, and more than curious it made me start to feel a bit suspicious as well. I told my crew to hold their positions and I left to try to find this so called "Witch Queen" they had been mentioning.

As I made my way through the base, I found a heavily guarded room with their most elite fighters outside the door. Of course, it didn't take much for me to knock them out. Again our opponents seemed to be humans rather than some sort of inhuman monsters that we had been lead to believe. I kicked the door down, and unfortunately I wasn't shocked by what I saw.

Instead of a grotesque old hag like the name "Witch Queen" would suggest, rather it was actually quite an attractive woman who was wearing a long flowing blue dress and had long blonde hair

"So they even sent a Warlord like you to come after me? Tell me, why are we constantly pursued by the World Government? All we wanted to do was help a group of injured slaves escape their masters and now we're labeled as outlaws. Tell me how is that justice? She asked.

"Eh, that's what I was afraid of." I said. "Follow me." I said. I had a bad feeling about this and unfortunately I was right on the money. As I rushed back down to where the fighting was she explained to me how her group where trying protect the people from the World Government's oppressive regime, apparently the Navy detachment was sent to collect the slaves they had freed and this was how this whole fight started.

"Everyone stop now!" I shouted as I smashed Samehada into the ground causing a massive plume of dust to erupt from the ground which caught everyone's attention and caused them to halt their fighting. "Jack, Char, Yuma, Bell, get over here!"

"What is it Captain?" Jack said as my crew rushed towards me.

"I want you to prepare a mission report. When we arrived the Navy detachment had already lost track of the escaped slaves, and the Blue Rose pirates had completely wiped out their entire fleet. From that point, we annihilated them to the point where nothing remained of their crew." I told him.

"What are you talking about? We're all still here." The Navy Captain said.

"Char like I said the Navy fleet needs to be on the bottom of the sea." I said.

"Heh, you got it." Charlemagne said as he proceeded to cut the ships to pieces one by one.

"Now Bell, we need a requiem. One fitting for mourning fallen soldiers." I said.

"Oh I see, how sad." Isabella said sorrowfully as she began to sing.

"What are you just planning on killing all of us?" A Navy officer asked nervously.

"Unfortunately, anyone that's a part of the Navy has to die here today. Do you understand?" I responded.

In the end the conflict ended and I then had to discuss how to proceed next with the Blue Rose Pirates Captain.
