"If you want to get hands-on, then you can simply join the base! There are enough training drills and missions that could help you all out."

"And how many of the ability users come back after they go on these missions that you speak of?" Lei Qian asked as he tilted his head and looked at the man who was speaking.

Master Li turned purple in the face when the man pointed out the obvious. He glared at him and said, "As a citizen of this nation, its your duty to fight for the country at times of need and stand with the nation!"
