Devastating The Murim with My Little Sister

Some distance away from the Ximen Clan, were the Lijon town used to be...

At a particular spot, 550 meters deep was a large crater which spanned across 1km.

Outside the zone of The Crater were demolished buildings which took on the after shock of the explosion.

Inside The Crater, there was big shining green hemisphere.

The hemisphere begins to fade after a while and we see Reiner over Rever who was passed out.

"Rever...

Fuck the poison is getting to her." He says.

He picks her up and mustering all the strength he could he rose to his feet and began walking, trying to climb up The Crater to treat himself and his sister.

He gets to the top and sees the devastation David had caused upon the town.

He was in shock for about six seconds before he got himself back and kept moving.

In the middle of the Crater laid a being, black, skin charred.

The being laid lifeless.

It was David.

A while after Reiner had left, we see the feet of a beast running into the Crater.

The beast gets to David and stands besides him.

It was Turbo.

Turbo sniffs him and then picks David's body up with its snout, rolling David's body over onto its back.

When David's body was now properly on its back it began running, steady and not too fast.

It went up the mountain and down into the cave at the other side.

As it gets to the cave the children look towards it direction suprised at how it suddenly rushed in.

"Huh? is everything ok Turbo?" Conan asks.

Turbo gently bends and drops David's body down unto the ground.

All the children react in shock as they rushed towards him.

Most were crying.

Beom and Conan managed to carry him deeper into the cave.

They place him on an elevated platform, padded by a lot of large leaves.

The didn't know what to do.

The stood there, Conan and Beom trying to hide their panicked expression.

Suddenly mother bear runs deeper into her cave and after a twenty seconds she runs back out with a pill jar in her mouth.

She moves to Conan and whines.

She places it in Conans hands and Conan decides she meant that he should feed him the pill.

His hands were shaking as he tries opening the jar.

He open ls it and pours apill unto his palm.

With his left hand he opens David's mouth and with his right he places the pill in his mouth.

He was shaking, and so were the other children, scared that they might see another loved one pass away before their eyes.

He places the pill and nothing works.

With a look of confusion and disbelief he turns to look at mother bear who turns her face away.

"No, no no, no no no, please, please no, please..." He says as he begins stuffing more of the pills in David's mouth.

He kept putting and putting until the jar was empty.

Now broken with tears rolling down his cheeks he sinks into his knees as he began sobbing.

"Please... God... please..." He said as he sobbed.

The other children were all sobbing around.

Hwa laid on David's charred body crying profusely.

Mother Bear and Turbo stood back with their heads down.

That was it...

No more hope...

He was gone...

At least, that's how it should have been...

Suddenly David's hair begins to stain red, and then from the tip of his hair, as if flowing like a stream, the red colouration flows towards the base of his hair.

Mother Bear and Turbo sense something and immediately move to take away all the children around David to a safe distance.

After about four minutes, the charred skin on David's body began to crack.

As they fall off they reveal a fresh new skin underneath.

"Y...Yeong?" Hwa utters as she stands some meters away with tears still all over her face.

His body suddenly vibrates and then stops.

As all the charred skin crack, his eyes slowly open revealing his jewel red eyes.

"Ugh, How am I still alive?" He groans in pain as he tries to sit up.

As he sits up, the charred skin begin to drop off his body.

He holds his head as he groans in pain.

He sits by the side of the side of th platform and his feet touches the ground.

As he sits, his hair fades back to black and so does his eyes.

Turbo throws a wrapping over him which covers his nakedness.

"B...big brother?" Hwa utters as she holds her hands together as if praying.

"Huh? Hwa? why are you crying?" David questions.

As he says this Hwa begins crying again and runs to jump on him as she sobs on this belly.

All the other children run to him calling out his name as they cried their hearts out.

David was confused but soon understood what was going on.

He turns to look at Turbo and Mother Bear who give him a bow of the head with a kinda smile.

The children cry him for some time.

After a while, they get off him and he wears proper clothing, he sits with them and they told him what happened, from when turbo brought him in to when he woke up.

"I see, so Turbo took me out of there..."Hebthinks out loud to himself.

"Thank you Turbo." He says as he pats Turbo who was standing behind him on the head.

"But how did you know where I was?" He asks.

"I don't know but we suddenly felt a strong gust of wind pass above the cave and it seemed like mother bear sensed something so she went towards Turbo who seemed to have also sensed something.

Turbo then left and after a few minutes he came back with you." Conan explains.

"I see, you two must have sensed that explosion caused by the Fifth Form of the Heavenly Demon Technique.

Thank you, both of you." David says to the two beasts.

David then thanks the children for their love and care.

"Brother, I know we already spoke about this, but I would love to ask again that you please, teach me Martial Arts." Conan says as he suddenly kowtows to David begging.

David heaves a sigh and then says;

"Conan, we have already ..."

"Please big brother, please teach us Martial Arts." Hwa suddenly interrupts David as she also kowtows.

"Wh...what?" David utters in shock.

"Wait... it's not so..."

"Please Big brother..." Nari says interrupting David also with a kowtow.

Now David was shocked and speechless.

"Please Big Brother, teach us Martial Arts." Beom says with a Kowtow.

"Please Big Brother!!!" Ae Cha, Hoon and Byeol all say together, as they Kowtow to David.

They all kowtow, begging David to teach them Martial Arts.

"W...wait... I..." David stammers.

"Please Big Brother!!!" They all yell in unism.

David looks at them for a while and then heaves a long sigh.

"You children, do you know what you are saying, do you think just learning Martial Arts would make your lives easier?" David asks as he heaves another long sigh.

"Let me ask you this...

Why do you want to learn Martial Arts?

To be strong?

To able to stand high?" David questions them as they begin to slowly raise their heads up one by one.

The cave goes silent for a while as no one says anything.

It was like they couldn't respond.

"I... all the reasons you said are valid but... for me, my reason for wasting to learn Martial Arts, is because... I want to help you, I want to be able to assist you, I do not want to see you how I saw you today and be unable to do anything... please brother..." Hwa says and then gives a bow.

David sat suprised.

"I... I do not wish to experience what I have experienced of recent again.

To not be able to do anything but watch helplessly as the people I care about are being harmed.

Please big brother..." Conan says and then gives a bow.

"I... even if I would not be able to protect everyone dear to me, I want to at least be able to protect you all here...

Please big brother..." Beom says.

"I've never been one who cared about the circumstances of people, I don't know why but I've always just been indifferent, ever since I was born...

But ever since you came into my life I... I may remain indifferent and uncaring to every other person but to us here, I have come to love and care for you all, for I who didn't care what happened to someone even if they were being badly beaten up, I have had my heart stuck iny throat twice just within the span of five days.

I who was know to uave never cried since I was born, even during my birth they said I never cried, and yet I have cried out my eyes numerous times within the span of these five days...

It was because of I that Da Som...

Please Big brother, I do not wish to cry any longer,

I do not wish to always be save any longer...please..." Nari begs as she sobs.

"I, just want to be able to help you all out whenever you need me and I believe that is enough reason...

Please big brother..." Byeol says with a bow.

"I, there was only one person I loved, I still do love him, but to a certain degree, I have come to love you all here too.

And I do not wish to feel as helpless as I felt as I watched Da Som...

Please big brother..." Ae Cha begs.

"I... I've always been the friendly and jovial type, I've never really taken life serious...

I thought fun and games where all there was to life but...

Life has shown me it's dark side... and I... I want to be able to also face this dark side... to not be helpless when this dark side hurts the people I care most about...

Please big brother..." Hoon says with a bow.

David sits there stunned.
